We had a double room: a large room with two Windows with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, Wi-Fi, sofa, refrigerator, coffee table, kettle, large bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet. In general, there was everything to have a pleasant rest after long walks in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. There was everything so as not to carry a lot with you on the weekend: towels, soap, shampoo, tea, sugar, drinking water, hair dryer, kettle, cups, glasses. In three days, the room was cleaned once and towels were replaced. It was cozy. I am also delighted with Belovezhskaya Pushcha itself: magnificent nature, walking and cycling, an excursion to Santa Claus, delicious food (complexes to choose from). Polite staff. A small wish: in a restaurant, cleaning tables between visitors is not pleasant to sit down at a table with crumbs after previous guests)) But otherwise everything is fine

The territory is a clean forest, centuries-old! There is a place to run or ride a bike! An interesting sightseeing tour! You will not regret 2.5 hours! We lived in the 3rd building in a junior suite! Don't turn around! Take either the 4th building or the 3rd suite! Modestly, but very clean, cleaned and changed towels every day! The breakfast is comprehensive, plentiful, delicious!!! There were three days, that's enough to see everything! Bison are power!

We were here for the first time. The rooms are clean, not worn, as they say. We were in the 3rd building, a double suite. Everything is very decent and even excellent. Wooden furniture and nice bed linen. And the red carpet carpets resembled the Soviet Union, despite the fact that they were in the purest condition. Attentive and helpful staff. The breakfasts in the restaurant are really for 4 people, but the polite attitude of the waiters corrected our opinion. Nearby there are 2 cafes where the food is very excellent, it's a pity that they work until 19 hours. Those living in this complex can dine only in the restaurant. In general, the arrival left a pleasant impression. Aviaries with animals, the estate of Santa Claus, which I recommend everyone to go to, get a lot of impressions. Well, the old town is for those who love history.

The room is warm (we were in May, when the frosts came), the water is hot, only first you need to drain it a little for a couple of minutes, then everything is OK) The complex itself is located on the territory of the Belovezhskaya Pushcha forest, there is a swimming pool, which is included in the price, bicycle rental for walking all day (if you do not live- rent only for a few hours). The territory is spacious, you can walk along it, near the village of Kamenyuki, where there is a shop, a gas station. The price also includes a visit to the zoo. He's certainly not so-so, but still. You will see a couple of bison, deer and a wolf) Breakfast is available on the menu. According to the type of combo. You choose one of three options. The breakfasts are good and hearty. For example, one breakfast is Birch juice, tea/coffee, oatmeal, cottage cheese casserole, sandwich. The second one is pancakes with caviar, dumplings, and a sandwich. Everything is very tasty. There are also several other restaurants on site where you can have lunch, take tea or coffee with you. The prices are affordable and no higher than in other localities. The hotel's service resembles the times of the 80s))) and generally leaves much to be desired. If you need something, don't even ask. You have to pay for everything. You need another blanket- pay, a towel-pay. Moreover, everything that you do not ask for costs as an extra place in the room, i.e. for 15 rubles I can buy a blanket in the store) usually in any hotel they give an extra blanket without problems and there is nothing catastrophic in this, but as the lady at the reception said - there is no extra blanket. Let's say the hotel is designed for 100 people, so we have 100 blankets, and in general, they don't even run to bring something for money. In general, the hotel is normal for a couple of nights, if you are ready to close your eyes to small flaws

The rooms are different, more like sovdepov's. The eac had a family room with a sofa and a bed - the sofa unfolded, but did not fold. There are not enough dishes in the room. Cleaning for four. There is a swimming pool, 1 hour per day. You need to have a hat with long hair, you can buy it at the reception. There is Russian billiards, tired and cheap
There is table tennis and darts. The breakfasts are rather too dense than delicious. The territory is clean, tidy, there is a Playground, walks to the aviaries are included in the price. In the evening, except for the restaurant (expensive and dull), there is nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Everything is at the highest level!) the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, it is not hot in the room, there are screens on the windows. A gorgeous swimming pool. I will not describe the territory in any words, as it is simply impossible to do! You have to see and feel it, it's something incredible and magical! There are many museums on the territory, everything is worth a visit. The staff is friendly, with a sense of humor and will help with any question. We'll come again.

We just left the hotel today, and we already miss you!
The last time we were here before the pandemic, and when the opportunity arose, we came again. We were very afraid that they would be removed from the reservation, because we were driving from far away, and arrived around six in the evening, but we were greeted by friendly girls at the reception, everything was quickly arranged and after 5 minutes we were in the room. The staff is helpful. The price includes breakfast, access to the pool and animal enclosures. Breakfast is now served in the main restaurant, a very cozy and atmospheric place. Everything is clean and well maintained. The nature is amazing. The days flew by unnoticed. We liked everything very much. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely come back!

We took 2 rooms in 1 building. For the same money: one room is spacious enough for 2 people, the other is a "kitchen in Khrushchev", where they somehow put a double bed. You can only walk sideways around it. To go out on the balcony, you need to pull out a chair and a table. The balcony is really big). There is a kettle, water. The breakfast is delicious and hearty. A good sports pool and a bonus discount on mountain bike rental is generally cool!
