The hotel is all great. We got a suite room. Beautiful view from the window and a kind of veranda on the second floor. The only thing was a little rusty water from the shower. The restaurant itself gives 2 points. The staff is not very pleasant, the prices are high, and the service is terrible. It's more like a restaurant, not a canteen. You'd better go there are cafes in the complex. The food there is very tasty and the prices are nice

A very pleasant place, a country atmosphere :) the rooms are not large, but well maintained, cleaning is like everywhere once a day. A very nice bonus is the pool, a huge deep one, you can dive from the tower and a large children's pool with hot water like in a bathtub :) the breakfasts are not particularly interesting, complex on the menu, but satisfying. In order to enjoy the nature of Belovezhsky Pushcha, it is quite a suitable hotel!

We have been dearly in love for 10 years. For 2-3 nights - great. Clean, comfortable beds (in rooms of all categories, were everywhere), towels are changed, cleaning is done conscientiously. Friendly staff.
The restaurant has turned into a nightmare in 5 years. Eating there is not tasty from the word at all. If it's with a child, then at least cry. There is no basic children's menu or something that can be fed to a child.

We rested in the 4th building , with a small child , we liked everything . A friendly and sweet girl at the reception. Clean room on the ground floor , refrigerator, towels, everything in the room is available. An hour of the pool is free, entrance to the aviaries and breakfast. Only, of course, the old furniture and carpets on the corridors are dipped in some Soviet time. But , as I understand it , this is the style .

We lived in the 1st building. A great place, check-in happened quickly enough, the rooms are comfortable, the bed is excellent, a kettle, a refrigerator are available. A good hotel in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. The rooms are clean and cozy. Silence, and what kind of air is there! Hiking in the woods around, to the aviaries with wild animals. Again, the residence of the Belarusian Santa Claus is not far away. I really enjoyed my stay there.

We were here with my family on the weekend of November 4-6, took a weekend tour, a 2-room suite in the 4th hotel, I want to note the terribly organized food, because of the large number of people (excursions, corporate parties, residents), the restaurant staff can not cope, the food is sooo long and not of proper quality (for example, for me on the first evening instead of potato slices, boiled potatoes were brought, not the first freshness and not very warm). On the second day we came to lunch and heard from the administrator - we would have to wait about an hour - despite the fact that we were with a 4-month-old child and choosing a suite did not think that there could be such nuances. In general, the catering service was very disappointing. In all other respects, I liked everything, the hotel staff is pleasant, the pool is excellent.

We were a family of 3 people. The room is nice, spacious, everything you need is there. Breakfast is included and very satisfying and delicious, you can choose complexes. Wonderful air and nature. The staff is friendly.
There are 2 cafes and 1 restaurant on site. But the cafe has days off... Breakfast is included, but the choice is always the same.
In the summer season, the masseuse goes on vacation. Why not hire a second one? Climbing stairs with suitcases is not convenient, there is no ramp, nor is there an elevator.
There is a small playground for children, and a children's room without an animator. It would be great to organize workshops for children...

That's great! We were accommodated in hotel 4. All the corridors are covered with soft carpets. Towels were changed every day and drinking water was brought. The bed is just great, with good linens.
Special attention: breakfast in the restaurant is just for slaughter. There are three options to choose from. I remembered one of them: dumplings, two pancakes with red caviar, apple juice, bun, jam, cheese, tea/coffee. Plus an hour in the pool. In total, it turns out to be about 4,500 Russian rubles. per night, all this is a pleasure. I'm thrilled! And the air of Belovezhskaya Pushcha cannot be described in words. Saturated, pure. I really hope that I will visit there again.

The best way to see Belovezhskaya Pushcha is to stay on its territory at the Kamenyuki Hotel. There are not enough stars from the sky, the rooms are small and make you plunge into nostalgia for the USSR. BUT, there is a swimming pool, a good restaurant, a living area with bison, bears, wolves, deer. All this can be obtained for free when booking a room. If you take a bike ride, then say that you just go for a ride in the park without any routes. You can visit Santa Claus's cottage by simply following the route in the navigator.

Clean, well-maintained, the staff is responsive and smiling. The rooms are furnished with solid wood, we had a double standard, the room is large with two Windows. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast is included in the room rate, not a buffet, but a complex of three types (very decent and hearty). You can rent a bike for 15 rubles a day, the routes through the Forest are beautiful, the roads are paved. There are a lot of blueberries along the road in the forest 🙂

We lived in the 1st complex, junior suite. The rooms are nice, clean, you can see that they are being watched. Plumbing without corrosion, daily cleaning and change of towels. There is a balcony overlooking the forest. BUT there was no sound insulation, the neighbors showered at 8 a.m. and were already going out for breakfast, slamming the doors. All the conversations in the hallway are clearly audible. Fortunately, there are carpets everywhere, at least the steps are not so audible. And we also had a fire alarm going off at night and then again during the day... She screams very hard and terribly, you can go deaf. Then it turned out that it was just faulty and turned on like that when she wanted to.

We stayed for a couple of nights in building 4 (building with a swimming pool). We checked in immediately, you could pay at check-out. Our 3 standard rooms were located on the 1st floor. The rooms have a bed, a sofa, 2 chairs, a table, a large refrigerator (at least there was one in room 102); 2 cups, 2 glasses, tea bags, sugar, a kettle; soap, shampoo, towels (not perfectly white, but you can use them). The price includes: accommodation, breakfast (to choose from three options: 1) pancakes with caviar, dumplings, jam, bread, butter; 2) oatmeal porridge, bread, cottage cheese, salmon, egg; 3) omelette, sausages, bread, butter, sausage + birch juice and tea/coffee), walk along the aviaries (unlimited number of times), 1 hour swimming pool (we lived for 2 nights, could visit twice per arrival), a cap is needed for the pool, can be purchased at the reception. P.S. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and place. Wonderful receptionists at the reception, explained everything in detail and calmly.
