We visited Minsk in November 2023, as if on a birthday vacation.
The choice fell on the Minsk hotel, we were very satisfied.
The staff is polite, the cleaning is of high quality. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance from all tourist points.
The photo shows the view from the window, and there was also a very nice birthday gift (which could not help but bribe, it lifted the mood for sure).
I recommend the place and I will stay here again when I visit Minsk.

We spent the night 2 times. Nice rooms. Buffet breakfast, a large selection. There is a parking lot in the courtyard. We expected to go to the pool and gym. But regular rooms can only leave for free until 12 o'clock. The rest of the time is just for the money.

A very decent hotel. My husband and I are very picky, however, we were more than satisfied! The room is spacious enough, clean, comfortable, clean bed, enough bathroom accessories, a sufficient selection of drinks in the mini bar. The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression was that we arrived at 12 o'clock and the room was empty. However, we were not settled immediately, but offered to pay 50% of the cost of the day, or "take a walk" until 14 o'clock. It was not pleasant! It is somehow incorrect to pay 50% of the cost of the day for 2 hours, and even more incorrect to force guests to "walk" these 2 hours. Unfortunately, the impression of the reception was a little spoiled!

The biggest plus of this hotel is, of course, the location, it does not happen more centrally, the whole center of Minsk is within walking distance, there is no point in describing the standards here. Everyone has different criteria, clean and in the bathroom they give out a lot of all sorts of things for hygiene and washing, which is nice, but, in my opinion, there are also disadvantages: the price for a single room, it is hefty even by the standards of Moscow for similar hotels (although I have never seen single rooms except RB anywhere), then it would be nice to place coolers on the floors, because searching and buying drinking water for guests of a 4-star hotel is just not the right thing and, finally, breakfast would be a little more interesting to do

Good day to all! Previously, when visiting Minsk, we always stayed at the Victoria Hotel on Zamkova, but this time (November 2024) there were no rooms there and decided to stay at the Minsk hotel. Clean, cozy, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a buffet with a choice of (approximately) 10-12 hot dishes and a bunch of snacks, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, tea, coffee, cakes, etc. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable, moderately hard. Parking inside the hotel for about 80-100 cars. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it. You won't regret it. Good luck and peace to all!

Good location and excellent room service staff.
That was the end of the advantages of my stay in this place.
An incompetent security service at the entrance to the hotel is the last thing I would like to encounter in such a wonderful place
Instead of tactfully and carefully asking us if we were hotel guests, we were interrogated at the top of our voices at the elevator doors.
Why us?
Maybe because the guard had never seen young girls in fur coats, hinting to us that we had come for a completely different reason.
First they asked to show the map, then to tell the room number. All this was accompanied by my complete bewilderment at the situation and the sur they had arranged.
A man who had obviously had too much came to pick us up at the hotel on such a beautiful Saturday evening, but they didn't check ANYTHING on him.
There was no polite "sorry" either.
Our lively conversation prompted that very tourist to come up with us in the elevator to the 6th floor and from the elevator cabin show us his request to contact us by phone.
I thank the wonderful team of employees for leaving me with such unforgettable emotions from the trip!
And in order not to be surprised by the capabilities of others, I recommend just working.

The only thing that needs to be fixed is a sewer system, and with water, the shower is elastic , it hits hard , but it's hot, then it 's coolPillows, blankets, bed linen are all perfect. kettle, coffee , tea, sugar , excellent breakfasts , varied , coffee machine , fresh juices , carrot, orange , plenty of everything and when it ends, desserts are served. They didn 't want what they took . The hotel is the very center , a grocery store on the corner of the hotel , there is also a yeast cafe, everything is delicious 👍💯, if you buy something home from the products, then there is an underground passage next to which the products are Belarusian 👍prices are about the same as in Russia. We stayed at this hotel for 9 days. Of the advantages, only excellent breakfasts and location. That's where the good ends. The cleaning was disgusting, when we stopped by, there was dust on the furniture, no one had cleaned the dust during the stay. The garbage will be taken out, then it will not be taken out. There were crumbs on the terrible carpet, and no one had removed them either. The maids didn't even try. The furniture needs to be updated. The reception staff is not very polite. It's like some kind of travel gift, not a hotel. The location is ideal: 15-20 minutes on foot from the railway station, on good asphalt and convenient crossings. Nemiga is a leisurely 30-minute walk away, and Lenin Street is 15 minutes away. While walking to Lenin Street along Independence Avenue, you look in all directions, if you come for the first time) There are many interesting places on this segment: GUM, a cinema, a Cornflower restaurant, a Belarusian art store, etc. Stolitsa Shopping center is 10 m from the hotel. Check-in - the work of the booking and accommodation service is excellent! The room was nice. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
Yes, the interior is from the USSR, but clean, sound, everything is working properly. The corridors, of course, are tired, but in good condition for such a period of construction of the hotel. If you expect there to be something similar to the Metropole in Moscow, then no. But the hotel is really solid with a good customer orientation. There is a parking lot. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room for free.
The service in the restaurant is excellent. There are business lunches.
Until 12:00, you can visit the Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi for free (the hammam is not provided for free at this time, the Jacuzzi is very small - for one person only, maximum two, while the hydro massage is turned off).

1. The location is top. This is noted in all reviews :) convenient parking with check-in from another street. Big. There is an entrance to the hotel from the parking lot
2. The room. Nice, the bed is comfortable. The stop on the windows is very thoughtful for ventilation. A complete set of care and cosmetic products. The only thing is a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is cleaned every day. I would like to mention the terrible handles on the doors, which are dangerous for young children. It was very difficult for a 4-year-old child to figure out where to turn.... Well, shower curtains are the last century, glass partitions are more aesthetically pleasing and hygienic. What I would like is that it is usually known how many people are in the family that comes to the room. I would like to immediately have full sets of towels, bathrobes, cups and water, etc. and not call the reception with requests to deliver.
3. Breakfast and restaurant. You won't stay hungry. There are both adults and children to eat. We also came for dinner, everything is delicious.
4. Reception. Upon arrival, there were questions about payment, although the room was paid in full. The girls moved from one computer to another, counted, and even called a third girl. Who told us, like, don't be nervous. What? 🤦🏻♀️When they tell you that you have paid for one day, although all of them have been paid, well, then we figured it out, but there was an unpleasant expectation. And the next morning, coming up with a question, I observed a similar picture with another family. It is unclear whether the problem is in the program or in the employees, but it looks unprofessional.
5. New Year's Eve. The program was great, fun and contests and a presenter and a singer. The table is also delicious. Wish-there were a lot of children, it would be possible to hold a small Christmas tree in the afternoon purely for the children of the hotel. Not everyone buys tickets to the city's Christmas trees, and I would like to have such a children's holiday with poems and a round dance for children.

The security system at the entrance deserves special attention, the guests' belongings are checked on a scanner. I stayed at the Minsk Hotel twice: in November 2019 on a business trip and in January 2024 during the New Year holidays. I liked everything both times. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, easy walking distance to the Upper Town, theaters, restaurants, shops. There is a metro station and a train station nearby.
Check-in is fast, payment is made with a Russian Mir card. There are polite and helpful staff at the reception. The room is clean and cozy, daily cleaning and replenishment of supplies (water, tea, shower accessories).
Despite the fact that this is the city center, the room was quiet, no one was making noise under the windows.
I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, there is a lot and a variety of everything, for every taste. Once we needed a dry ration for the tour, we collected it without any problems, in the morning before the tour I took a large bag with two sandwiches, a bun, an apple, an orange, jam, honey, juice and two bottles of water to the reception, a great breakfast! So it's a great choice for a vacation and a trip to work.

However, despite all this, I put only four stars, since breakfast in the form of a buffet for such money (37 rubles) leaves much to be desired. The choice of main dishes is not varied, but the worst thing is that the menu was the same day after day. It was four days and each time they consistently served fresh oatmeal porridge, poultry sausages and regular ones, cheesecakes and omelets. The choice of drinks and desserts is more diverse, but the same thing was served daily, so if you go to this hotel, it's better to take rooms without breakfast, they are not worth the money
