It's like some kind of travel gift, not a hotel. The location is ideal: 15-20 minutes on foot from the railway station, on good asphalt and convenient crossings. Nemiga is a leisurely 30-minute walk away, and Lenin Street is 15 minutes away. While walking to Lenin Street along Independence Avenue, you look in all directions, if you come for the first time) There are many interesting places on this segment: GUM, a cinema, a Cornflower restaurant, a Belarusian art store, etc. Stolitsa Shopping center is 10 m from the hotel. Check-in - the work of the booking and accommodation service is excellent! The room was nice. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
Yes, the interior is from the USSR, but clean, sound, everything is working properly. The corridors, of course, are tired, but in good condition for such a period of construction of the hotel. If you expect there to be something similar to the Metropole in Moscow, then no. But the hotel is really solid with a good customer orientation. There is a parking lot. There is even a doorman at the entrance. I definitely recommend it!!!

I liked the hotel as a whole!
1. The location is top. This is noted in all reviews :) convenient parking with check-in from another street. Big. There is an entrance to the hotel from the parking lot
2. The room. Nice, the bed is comfortable. The stop on the windows is very thoughtful for ventilation. A complete set of care and cosmetic products. The only thing is a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is cleaned every day. I would like to mention the terrible handles on the doors, which are dangerous for young children. It was very difficult for a 4-year-old child to figure out where to turn.... Well, shower curtains are the last century, glass partitions are more aesthetically pleasing and hygienic. What I would like is that it is usually known how many people are in the family that comes to the room. I would like to immediately have full sets of towels, bathrobes, cups and water, etc. and not call the reception with requests to deliver.
3. Breakfast and restaurant. You won't stay hungry. There are both adults and children to eat. We also came for dinner, everything is delicious.
4. Reception. Upon arrival, there were questions about payment, although the room was paid in full. The girls moved from one computer to another, counted, and even called a third girl. Who told us, like, don't be nervous. What? 🤦🏻♀️When they tell you that you have paid for one day, although all of them have been paid, well, then we figured it out, but there was an unpleasant expectation. And the next morning, coming up with a question, I observed a similar picture with another family. It is unclear whether the problem is in the program or in the employees, but it looks unprofessional.
5. New Year's Eve. The program was great, fun and contests and a presenter and a singer. The table is also delicious. Wish-there were a lot of children, it would be possible to hold a small Christmas tree in the afternoon purely for the children of the hotel. Not everyone buys tickets to the city's Christmas trees, and I would like to have such a children's holiday with poems and a round dance for children.

A good Buffet breakfast; varied, delicious, the staff is nimble! The main advantage of the hotel is its location! The metro is under the hotel, a large shopping center is under the hotel! I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The location is great, the breakfasts are great. The room is clean and spacious. The security system at the entrance deserves special attention, the guests' belongings are checked on a scanner. The only drawback is that the receptionist selectively checks the guest rooms at check-out, as he explained, this is his personal choice, so to speak, the head of the pedal, as a decent person, this approach is unpleasant to me.

The service is excellent, the room was cleaned carefully and the linen was changed without reminders, every day they brought a free bottle of drinking water without gas. I had breakfast included in the accommodation, there was a buffet with excellent quality products and delicious cooking (from 7.00 to 11.00). From 12.00 to 15.00 in the restaurant, a business lunch for 18 Belarusian rubles with a good choice and very tasty (you will not find cheaper in the center, experience has proven). The hotel is clean. The atmosphere is great. There is a bar with good beer. The most excellent memories, I recommend it. No wonder they have 4 stars.

I stayed at the Minsk Hotel twice: in November 2019 on a business trip and in January 2024 during the New Year holidays. I liked everything both times. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, easy walking distance to the Upper Town, theaters, restaurants, shops. There is a metro station and a train station nearby.
Check-in is fast, payment is made with a Russian Mir card. There are polite and helpful staff at the reception. The room is clean and cozy, daily cleaning and replenishment of supplies (water, tea, shower accessories).
Despite the fact that this is the city center, the room was quiet, no one was making noise under the windows.
I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, there is a lot and a variety of everything, for every taste. Once we needed a dry ration for the tour, we collected it without any problems, in the morning before the tour I took a large bag with two sandwiches, a bun, an apple, an orange, jam, honey, juice and two bottles of water to the reception, a great breakfast! So it's a great choice for a vacation and a trip to work.

However, despite all this, I put only four stars, since breakfast in the form of a buffet for such money (37 rubles) leaves much to be desired. The choice of main dishes is not varied, but the worst thing is that the menu was the same day after day. It was four days and each time they consistently served fresh oatmeal porridge, poultry sausages and regular ones, cheesecakes and omelets. The choice of drinks and desserts is more diverse, but the same thing was served daily, so if you go to this hotel, it's better to take rooms without breakfast, they are not worth the money

Conveniently located- either 5-7 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes on foot to the railway station.
The breakfast is standard, but it is quite possible to have a hearty meal.
I have never taken lunch at the hotel, but I saw the price for a business lunch of 18 bel rubles. This is about 500 Russian rubles. On the street, a business lunch costs an average of 17 bel rubles (the difference is ridiculous).
The hotel bar is very inexpensive. A glass of beer costs 300 rubles for our money.

Very cool location! Right on the corner of the square. Nearby there are fountains, recreation areas, a supermarket and a shop in the subway.
The room has water, tea, coffee, kettle. Large bed, bedside tables, TV. Bathroom with stone sink, large range of hygiene products. A mini bar is available for a fee.
Now about the cons: the bed creaks very much, every turn at night was accompanied by a strong creak, the furniture is clearly not the first freshness. The bathtub in the corners did not cause a fresh look either.
The service was not used. The hotel has a spa and guests can use the Jacuzzi or sauna in the morning. The Jacuzzi is very small, we came and there were two of us, so we waited with my husband until he was free, went to the sauna.
The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast is offered according to the buffet system, we did not take it. It costs 30 Belarusian rubles, we decided that it would be better to study different institutions in Minsk)

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a suite, two adults and a child of 9 years old. In general, the hotel is not bad, but definitely not worth your money and stars! We travel very often, there is something to compare it with! The main advantage is its location. I was also pleased with the bathroom equipment, everything is enough and of good quality. There are also disadvantages that significantly spoil the overall impression: 1. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no bedding in the room for the child, although I asked for them in the comments when booking, and the hotel replied that the wishes were accepted. I had to wait until the maid made the sofa, when I arrived at almost 12 at night, it does not please at all. 2. We were provided with a late check-out at 14 o'clock, which was very pleasant. But! On the day of departure, the keys were locked at 11.45. I had to go down to the reception. The keys were reprogrammed for us, but why couldn't it be done immediately upon arrival? At the same time, the reception staff did not even apologize. 3. The breakfast is very modest, there is practically no choice, it does not correspond to 4 stars and its cost. There are no complaints about the quality of the products themselves. 4. The bed creaks violently, the water from the bathtub does not drain well, the water pressure is normal every other time, there are no air conditioners, there is an old noisy cooling system. The window can't be opened because of the noise from the avenue. As a result, the whole night is stuffy. Perhaps this is due to the fact that you can not spoil the facades in the historical center. Otherwise, I do not know how to explain the lack of air conditioning. Next time I'll think about whether it's worth overpaying just for the location in the center. I do not recommend the hotel for those who appreciate comfort.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, arrived from St. Petersburg and read a lot about local hotels for a long time in advance. What I want to say is that we were satisfied, everything corresponds to what was stated. First of all, we stopped right at the parking lot, they clarified whether we were checking in and gave us a card for entry and exit (it must be activated at the reception and extended for the duration of our stay, there were some problems with this when we decided to leave the parking lot on the second day, it turned out that the card was extended only for a day, but that's all it is solvable and did not spoil the impressions). The rooms are wonderful, clean, all the amenities are there, bathrobes, tea, coffee, kettle, refrigerator, etc. This is one of the hotels in Minsk where the windows in the rooms open, it was important to us. In the reviews, we read about audibility, it's true, you can hear if they talk in the corridor, but this does not interfere, the windows went inside the building (to the parking lot), you did not hear noise from the street, as previously written, you slept well all nights. There is 0.5 water per person in the room, all "consumable" items are replenished every day. Regarding breakfast, this hotel is also one of those that offers a budget breakfast, prices in other hotels are much higher, my husband and I can't say anything bad about the food, yes it is monotonous, but there is always something to eat, breakfast at the hotel was convenient for us, since we are lazy before 12 it is difficult for us to go outside, and so we went down for breakfast, and then returned to the room to do our business.
The entire hotel staff is very friendly, this is a huge plus! If we are still in Minsk, we will definitely choose this hotel!

I love Belarus, Minsk and the Minsk Hotel too.
Nice people, nice atmosphere.

The location is good for living in the center of everything. The room in which we lived is spacious , cozy , clean , fairly fresh renovation. Good sleeping rooms , 2 bathrooms are convenient for the family. But there's a problem with extra beds. They are paid and very inconvenient. The sofa in the room does not fold out. I liked the breakfasts, a good selection, fresh food. The interior of the restaurant was amazing -worthy of a visit.
