The Humo Arena skating rink is a total rock bottom for ordinary visitors. The skates are terrible, almost falling apart. Thanks for not stinking or it's so lucky. They charge money for an hour, and in fact, it takes about 20 minutes from hour to hour to select their "galoshes" and search for a working locker.

There are pros and cons, one of the cons for some reason is that on the days of mass events 70% of the stalls in the toilet are closed and there are no hygiene products (paper and soap) I think it is unacceptable to artificially create queues due to closed stalls and lack of toilet equipment! 1. There are no signs of where to go and where the entrance is.
2. It is simply impossible for people with disabilities to get inside.
3. For all its "huge" appearance, the building is very small.
4. There is a small food court, toilets through each sector along the perimeter.
5. Very tired seats and supports. I even saw a couple of broken seats.
6. The light from the scenes is terribly tuned, the lasers just hit the eyes and dazzle for a couple of minutes.
7. I saw a skating rink a little in the other direction, it's a plus that at + 40 you can ride on ice.

At the same time, there are no signs or personnel who could suggest the direction. The name of the sector is indicated only when entering the sector. There were cases when people, after standing in line, learned from police officers that they had another sector indicated on their tickets and they would only be able to enter there. By the time the performance began, the radio command "Launch everyone in a row, without dividing by sectors!" was received.
Why couldn't it have been done right away?
The upper rows of the ice complex are very uncomfortable. The stairs are steep, the treads of the steps are narrow. The aisles between the rows are also very narrow. It is impossible to go to your place without embracing everyone who meets on the way.
