The stage is always located very far from the viewer, why can't it be placed in the center? Only the fan zone is close, but an adult will not buy a ticket in the fan zone. Whichever side you sit on is still far away. The acoustics are good, the concerts are great. But it is absolutely not convenient for the viewer.

A beautiful, modern building! The interiors on the ground floor are gorgeous. There are escalators. The building is warm. But at the very top, only 2 cubicles in the women's toilet were specially opened, which caused a huge queue to form. At the same time, everything was open in the men's room. As a result, men were nervous waiting for their women, and families were fighting. Why would you do that? Moreover, there are always a lot of women in the toilet. On the 3rd tier, little is visible even with 100% vision, so do not spare money and buy seats on the 1st and 2nd tier

Good multi-level Parking, we take our son to figure skating, they are engaged in a small skating rink.The bad thing is that there is no separate skating rink for figure skating classes, you have to practice on the same ice with everyone who comes just to ride.They interfere with each other, the guards do not look at ordinary visitors, do not instruct them about the rules of skiing.It is possible to practice normally only on Sunday morning.It's bad that the figure skating federation, if we have one, does not pay any attention to figure skaters, at least so that the skating rink would be free

The locker rooms are clean and large, the ice is super, the lobby is convenient for waiting for players. The only thing I would ask the management to pay attention to is the toilet for visitors, which is near the security at the entrance (repairs, cleanliness, paper, soap, etc. are required)

During the concert, a traffic jam is created near the entrance to the Humo Arena.
At the ice palace, there are guards at the entrance, checking bags. The queue of people is usually impressive.
The room itself is quite cool (in September 2023, I wore a light scarf and a light sweatshirt).
I've only been there three times, at hockey, and twice at a concert. There is a place for a dance floor (if a concert is provided).

Every time I visit our ice palace, I rejoice in its existence.... a modern complex with comfortable functionality ... the last time we were there with the whole family was at the final of the Kazakhstan Hockey Cup..Our Humo was playing with a Nomad.... the second place for our young team, in my opinion, is cool. So, I like everything there, except.... An eternally clogged parking lot...

If you are 39+, you will most likely get ice hockey skates (not very convenient for girls).
Tickets can only be purchased at the ticket offices of the rink, there is no way to buy online.
