Of the cons, everything seems to be done very modernly, but everything still works the old-fashioned way, although this is a minus only by a stretch. The organization of the event: terrible. People were allowed in based on the sector for which tickets were purchased. At the same time, there are no signs or personnel who could suggest the direction. The name of the sector is indicated only when entering the sector. There were cases when people, after standing in line, learned from police officers that they had another sector indicated on their tickets and they would only be able to enter there. By the time the performance began, the radio command "Launch everyone in a row, without dividing by sectors!" was received.
Why couldn't it have been done right away?
The upper rows of the ice complex are very uncomfortable. The stairs are steep, the treads of the steps are narrow. The aisles between the rows are also very narrow. It is impossible to go to your place without embracing everyone who meets on the way.

During the concert, the control of the audience is not observed. How many times have I been there, every time the same picture: everyone goes back and forth and sits down in empty seats,
someone gets up and turns on the flash and starts filming himself the whole concert, thereby the flash hits his eyes. There is no complete immersion in the concert, but mostly because of the disgusting sound.
At some of the concerts, there is no duplicate screen at all.
