The hotel is good, but the location is not good, near the railway, it is very difficult to sleep. The air conditioning system is not working, so the window is constantly open.
Otherwise, the hotel is quite good
We stayed for a few days during the New Year holidays. Friendly staff, clean rooms, daily cleaning on the floors. The only hotel in the city where you can stay with a pet. Dog friendly. The breakfasts look delicious. Unfortunately, it was not possible to try. There will be a reason to come back.
The only drawback is a disposable paper cup as a stand for toothbrushes and accessories and the lack of a shelf in the shower. But this is a minor disadvantage.
The hotel is not worth the money they charge, but there are no special options in Aktobe. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, it is clear the international hotel chain. There is no sauna, no swimming pool, no gym, the restaurant is expensive, I went to lunch and dinner in the Baku courtyard nearby. The breakfast is continental, buffet style. In general, if there are no alternatives, I advise you.
A relatively new hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. My single room is quite comfortable, albeit small. The breakfasts are varied enough not to get bored in a week. I had dinner at the restaurant 1 time, the portions are large, the food is delicious, but there are no dishes of national cuisine on the menu. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to the center and close to the airport.
New, the interior is beautiful, the staff is excellent, the room is small, very compact, there is a railway outside the window, the walls are shaking from closing the neighbors' doors. Breakfast for 3+.
Everything is not bad, for the money that the room costs, a budget option. The room has everything you need, except bottled water, you need to buy or type in the cooler, which is located in the corridor. I would especially like to mention the breakfasts, a large selection for every taste. A quiet area, but one sleeping side of the hotel faces the railway tracks, people with poor sleep may be disturbed by the noise of passing locomotives. No matter what, I liked it, I will definitely stay at this hotel
Not a bad hotel. However, there are a couple of nuances.
Firstly, the hotel seems to be three-star and the restaurant does not provide room service. Plus, the waiters' communication skills can be tightened up so that they can tell you about the menu and the kitchen a little more confidently. The restaurant's kitchen itself is still weak, the chef lacks skills, apparently, the dishes stated in the menu do not always correspond to the proper quality, and the cooking time is quite long, but unfortunately the food does not become tastier from this. The rooms are compact and quite comfortable. The bathroom is not bad, the toilet is equipped with a shower hose instead of a bidet, but the water from it is icy, I told the administration about it a year ago, but nothing has changed. Plus, there is clearly a cool breeze from the window and pulls on the floor, the region is not southern, so the problem will be solved either by additional thermal insulation of doors and windows (I am silent about burnt floors) or good-quality, warm, disposable slippers, a trifle, but it would be very nice. I give it three stars because there is room to grow.
Nice hotel. Clean, cozy. I stayed in a standard room. The room is small but quite comfortable, always clean. There is everything you need. Quite decent and delicious breakfasts. The staff is friendly. I had dinner at the restaurant. The dishes are quite good. They cook quickly. I recommend.
The hotel is not bad, new, modern, the staff is polite. But it doesn't pull three stars. A double room with a large bed for a couple, and there is only one bathrobe, one toothbrush, no cotton buds, cotton swabs. In the morning, the hot water ran out, a polite and clean plumber came with keys, looked, said let's add heat to the boiler room, left. The situation has not changed until 15:00. The restaurant is mediocre, but very expensive by local standards. The waiter was new, polite, but did not know anything from the menu, the white wine was brought warm, they justified themselves by saying that everything was over and only took out of the box of the new arrival.
The hotel is too expensive, the price increases in the presence of a bathrobe and a kettle, the cost increases x2😁. And so everything is clean and cozy, the kitchen is not bad
The room is standard. Clean. Comfortably. One of the disadvantages is the lack of bottled drinking water. This is a minus. Otherwise, everything is normal
Comfortable, friendly, satisfying. But - the railway at night under the window itself is not a plus, even with the window closed, the noise was very disturbing). The room was for two, and personal hygiene items were for one person (although they were provided on request), glasses are not provided in the room by definition. The parking lot in front of the hotel is spacious and free, but for such a hot region (it was at the very end of May, the daytime temperature was up to +28) an underground parking lot would be preferable. After a day in the sun, the car did not cool down even at 4 a.m. for further travel. In general, I recommend the hotel.
Standard rooms, they are cramped. Comfortable bed. Everything is clean, but there is not enough light in the room, it is dark. I wish there were some drinks in the bar. Breakfast 3.5 out of 5. The choice is not big
Everything seems to be fine, but the rooms are very small and cramped! We were with a child, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. All rooms with an extra bed are supposedly occupied. We've been there more than once, and it's the same story every time…
The staff is friendly. I arrived in Aktobe in the evening, on the way by taxi I could not buy anything for dinner, I was quietly provided with food in the hotel restaurant for 20 minutes, although it was already 23:30 (the restaurant is open until 02:00). My room cost 22400 tenge (breakfast included) . I don't know if it's a lot or a little at local prices, but everything is decent, the interior is interesting. There is a safe in the room, an electric kettle was brought upon request. The only thing that gives a small minus is the lack of cups or glasses in the room. But it's all solvable. In addition to towels (2 pcs), the shower set includes soap, a toothbrush with paste, even ear sticks. The lighting is well thought out, when you leave the room, it goes out, but as soon as you go in and insert the electronic key, everything that was turned on (except the TV) works. By the way, when the TV is turned off, it is programmed to have a quiet sound when turned on. In general, I liked everything.
Everything is ok in general except for the restaurant in the evenings. The food is average.
Young and positive managers at the reception.
Like all Ibises, they suffer from the lack of a mini-gym.
I really need it on a business trip. Since in northern Kazakhstan, you can't work out much on the street most of the year.
There are dead irons and boards in the ironing room. You need to manage to stroke something with them.
There is no kettle in the standard rooms. The question is 10,000 tenge.
They don't fight Chinese smokers. There is some strange attitude towards them. Like they can do anything.
A great hotel like everywhere else in Ibis. The curls are delicious, but the pillows are not very good, they need to be changed. Otherwise, everything is fine
A good hotel, I was surprised by the Wi-Fi that works 100 meters from the hotel ahahaha, I put 4 stars for the prices, the hotel is certainly good, but not excellent, prices for 4-5 star hotels
The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located. The staff is very friendly. I would even say caring. Next time I will be in Aktobe, I will stay there. Near the park and the center. An Orthodox church and a mosque.

Nice hotel. After all, a brand is a brand. It's a little expensive, though. But overall a good location. And fresh enough for now.
The name and service speak for themselves.
I did not find any flaws, but sometimes the air conditioners do not work, and in the heat the windows cannot be opened because there is a railway nearby.
And so everything is great, well done.
The service is good. The staff is excellent. The room is very small for two adult men. The food for breakfast is weak. About the order, I liked only salads except Greek. Borscht is not tasty, after the salted olivier. According to the Turkish soup, ezogelin has nothing to do with Turkish at all. Clear. To be honest, on my next visit, I will try another hotel.
An excellent chain hotel, responsive and attentive staff, excellent breakfast (buffet), you can have dinner, there are also several restaurants and a supermarket across the street in the shopping center
There are no questions about comfort and conditions. A very big question for the booking staff and at the reception. We were looking for a place to stay near Kievsky train station and chose this hotel because of the "late check-out service", which eventually turned out to be a complete divorce. Firstly, I was not told that if you check in after 15, you need to immediately pay in full for a day, then that we will need a late check-out service was indicated by me repeatedly both by phone and in person, to which they answered no problem. On the morning of the second day, I was refused and wanted to be evicted from the hotel because of the heavy workload, besides the fact that we were with a small child, tell me when there is no heavy workload in Moscow??? I had to pay for the second day, and it also came out more than the first. Complete disappointment, a sense of deception. I think the staff intentionally does not tell all the conditions in full. Or it's negligence.
