Ibis is the best for tourist guests,me and my friends are enjoy it our stay the best staff service Sharada is doing great job,very polite and humble.Food is so tasty.Here their is a Starbucks coffee with lot many varieties hotel is near and clean over we liked our stay thanks to everyone ☺️

Very nice hotel, excellent combinatorial of price/quality, good breakfast, bar be starbacks coffee at the lobby. Room aware quite big, there big TV and safe, nice bed. Cleaning is always in time, very professional, especially I want to say big thanks to Amara for the professional services.

Hello everyone.We are currently staying at the ibis hotel.
We really like everything.The rooms are not small.average, regular rooms.The most important thing is that everything is clean.the bed will be changed at least every day if you need it .we just put a sign on the door so that they don't clean it)) 4 bottles of water are brought to us every day.after the beach, we call the reception and ask for water and clean towels.Two minutes and you're done.we just take towels to the beach.
The breakfasts are great.The dinners are good too.not as plentiful as the breakfasts, but still good.it's bad that the transfer to the beach only goes on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.departure to kite beach at 12:00 from the hotel and 15:30 back.It's a very convenient time for us.since we like to sleep longer))) the area is good.mashrek metro station is exactly 5 minutes away and go wherever you want.there is a cool shopping center within walking distance.it is the second largest in Dubai.There are also 5 metro stations on the fountains in a straight line.it is convenient to get everywhere .
And most importantly! Ibis does not have a swimming pool and a gym, but it is in the novotel))) I just casually asked if I could use the gym.They told me a hundred times , of course ! No problem)))just tell me your room number))
I think it's cool! The hotel is three stars, but I would give it all 4

They wrote the truth about tea and coffee at dinner .for some reason they are not given at dinner.but they are in the room.so everything is fine.I wish you all a great holiday.Don't shave coming here.

Not a bad hotel, price/quality. We took the simplest room, as we spent all our time in the city and came purely to sleep.
The room itself was clean, but the furniture was shabby. The countertop wouldn't open, and the toilet paper holder would fall off. The audibility in the room is also high, and one evening we listened to the loud arguments of the neighbors. In principle, it's not critical, the main thing is that we cleaned every day. An iron and extra towels were provided upon request at the reception.
The staff is very friendly, some even know Russian.
The main contingent of tourists are Indians and immigrants from the CIS countries.
We took breakfast from the food. It was a good buffet. I loved to take pastries and watermelon with melon. Most of the dishes are vegan, the only meat dishes were sausages, which are quite good.
For a budget holiday, the hotel is suitable if the ideal room is not essential.

An ordinary room, justifies its 3 stars. The bed is good, the mattress is firm. There is a refrigerator, a safe, a kettle. One socket is universal. Wifi catches perfectly! The breakfasts are delicious, there is enough food. There is a shuttle service to the free beach in the morning. The metro is a 12-minute walk away. Nearby there is a good and not expensive cafe, Tasty, in the next building to the hotel there is a cheap Indian store. We had a rest in the middle of October . The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the metro. There is a pharmacy and a market nearby. At 9 a.m. and back at 1 p.m., the bus took the Kite to the beach. It is necessary to register in a day . There were no problems with the seats .The reception staff understood Russian a little. We took breakfast - it was enough. The room has a kettle, safe, ironing board, iron, air conditioning, refrigerator. The bed and mattress are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. Cleaning is optional - leave a sign, then they will clean it. Swimsuits don't dry well. The windows don't open, but it's unnecessary, it's noisy and hot then. Of course, the rooms are already in need of repair. But if you just spend the night, it's fine.

All that was great about this hotel was the food! Very decent, further on the cons: there is no swimming pool in the hotel. In the non-smoking room, when we arrived, there was a terrible smell (after cleaning, it was washed out for 3 days), the windows are closed and do not open. the most important thing:THEY STEAL THINGS CAREFULLY IN THIS HOTEL.I travel a lot, but this is the first time I've encountered this, the Arab Emirates is the most decent country in this regard, and this hotel (or rather the staff) is a disgrace! At first, my glasses were missing from my room (I took 3 pairs with me), I noticed the loss later when my nightgown disappeared after cleaning! It was a shock for me when I wanted to put on a nightgown at night, but it wasn't there. I went to the reception, the guy at the counter was talking in Russian, I told him the information about the loss: glasses and a nightgown, he immediately said that the glasses would not be found (a lot of time had passed) and tried to convince me that I had lost them. I am an honest person, I will not cheat, I do not need someone else's, I understand that people work for little money and I do not want to punish someone for no reason. But this is a fact of theft, the employee said that the problem would be solved. At 11 o'clock in the morning I went to the reception there was a girl (she spoke English) she was not even aware of my problem. I didn't like it.I asked to call the police , to which the girl told me to look at my things better, because the clinic staff does not take other people's things. Then my anger went beyond all bounds. I demanded to call the police because I looked at everything again before coming. The girl called someone, wrote, said she would try to figure it out. I went to my room and 10 minutes later I got a call saying that my nightgown had been found. I opened the door of the room and there was a girl and a cleaning employee with my nightgown. I apologized, they gave it back . No one has returned my glasses to me. It took more than one day after the loss of the nightgown, I had to sleep in my underwear, which was also not convenient! Therefore, I strongly do not recommend the hotel! Not in view of the safety of your belongings! If your choice is in favor of this hotel, take care of things that are valuable. There is a free shuttle service to kite beach, Dubai's best clean beach, with white sand, clear water, and views of the sail and Burj Khalifa. If there are not enough seats, they send another bus

We only had breakfast, the food was delicious, varied

Mashrek metro station is nearby, when we rested, it was closed for repairs after the rains
Near the Mall of the Emirates, there is an excellent Carrefour supermarket, an exchange office with a favorable rate, etc.

When checking in, they do not give any information about breakfast, going to the beach, etc. It's a 20-minute walk to the subway, which is also not convenient. I do not recommend it, the price/ quality does not match. The tour operator convinced us to take it, ostensibly because of the good location. I stayed for three nights. Among the advantages, excellent breakfasts, a large selection. The staff is helpful and interested in guests. The Wi-Fi in the room works great.
Cons, the hotel is very old, the kettle did not work, it was changed, it leaks. The watering can in the shower is leaking, it falls from the holder, it is impossible to close the door in the shower. The conditioner was working, but strangely. From the metro station to the hotel, it takes 15 minutes to walk either along the sand or along the highway, part along the sidewalk.

There is always a smell of humidity in the rooms (all winter things that were brought from Russia smelled of mold), the rooms are small, bad breakfasts from meat only paper hot sausages, breakfast vegetables (sour cucumber tomato, cabbage salad) rice, steamed potatoes.fruits are orange apples and watermelon. From what I took except juice and toast with jam, there was nothing delicious, the location from the metro is 15 minutes. I do not recommend this hotel because for this money you can rent a good hotel elsewhere. 3 times in the UAE and there is something to compare it with .
The furniture is all worn out, the cleaning is not done efficiently , vacuumed every other time .
2 times I asked to change the bed linen as it was all stained .
Towels may not be left at all , but call the reception and they will bring them.

The staff is friendly, but they forgot to close the door to the room after cleaning. The room literally had the door ajar all day. Cleaning for a solid 4. Furniture, shower condition is no more than 3. Linen and bedding for 5. Food for a solid 4 is not a very large selection, but delicious. We took breakfast and dinner. There was plenty to have dinner at 22 o'clock. The suitcase was in a closed room for free after the eviction.

I have been resting for one week since the beginning of February 2024. There are no questions for the staff: everyone is friendly, there are Russian-speaking administrators, they will always help with any questions.

The room is a separate problem. There is no way to choose a room, which will be given, and you live there. The windows do not open, there is no fresh air supply, the air conditioner does not save. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom, the shower stall door is difficult to close and open, the taps are literally rusted inside.
The TV doesn't have Internet, it doesn't matter, but I can't even watch YouTube, although maybe I got it that way.
The bed is comfortable, I slept great. But any sounds could be heard in the corridor, the audibility is very good.
I was satisfied with this hotel for the night and breakfast, but next time I will look for another one.

They put me in a room with one bed (although the reservation was for 2 beds), the windows do not open, when asked to move, they said that while everything is occupied, the room is small and uncomfortable, there is mold in the bathroom. Of the advantages, a good location, close to the Mashrek metro station, friendly staff, delicious pastries for breakfast. Once as a budget option is possible, but in general I do not recommend it.

Interiors in the style of the Ibis network. The rooms are cozy. From the metro 15 minutes on foot- not for long, but in the heat it can be uncomfortable to walk a little more than 1 km. Elevators always arrive quickly, you don't have to wait long. Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous, but you won't be hungry. Very tasty fish for dinner. Desserts may not be brought an hour before the end.
Now about the cons. When checking in, the nutrition information was incorrectly noted, which is why we had to prove that dinner was included in our accommodation. A cockroach was seen in the room 1 time, also in the eating area, too, 1 individual was sitting under the table. The room was not cleaned very well - yes, the bed linen was changed daily, but the shower was not cleaned at all. Towels were given like this - 1 common for the legs and 1 for two large bath! That's it! In the last day, they did not even come to us for cleaning, they did not bring a bottle of water (it is updated daily), and when the shower gel ran out 3 days before departure, they did not pour it to us, even though the empty container was put in a prominent place - the bottle was simply hung back empty (and so they did twice in a row).

We had a vacation in March 2024. We liked the hotel (yes, it needs repair in the shower, but we washed there and left, we didn't take selfies), there is a medium-hard mattress on the bed, after a long walk it rests well. The bed linen was changed every day, everything is snow-white. For breakfast, muesli, porridge, boiled eggs and six dishes to choose from their national cuisine. You should ask them to cook scrambled eggs or an omelet and they will bring it to you. The fruits for all 7 days were watermelon, melon, oranges. Dates of various varieties were given at dinner. Marshek metro station is a 15-minute walk away. There is a transfer from the hotel to the beach, although you need to sign up for it immediately upon arrival, there are a lot of people traveling. There is a grocery store not far from the hotel (towards the metro)

I rested here for the second time, 5 years ago it was better. The room is shabby, there is mold in the toilet, sockets are falling out. At the dinner, they generally said that we should pay 49 dirhams for dinner for the second person, although a reservation for two people automatically assumes that both guests will eat, after the scandal they realized their mistake. For 5 days in a row, the bed linen was not changed, the toilet and sink were not cleaned, only the bed was made and towels were changed, this was the end of the service. They burst into the room without waiting for the door to open. The breakfasts are monotonous, the dinner is supposedly international cuisine, in fact all the dishes are full of various spices, it gets boring quickly.
