The terrible and low-quality organization of the maintenance process itself in this laboratory. We set up an electronic queue, which the administrator could not adhere to, we took a ticket for the delivery of UAC to a child under 5 years old without waiting in line, and instead of us, a man was served using our ticket number, and when they came up with our ticket, the administrator could not understand for a long time who should be served due to confusion in the queue. Then, in general, a complete mess began: instead of our queue, people who were registered after us began to enter the treatment room, my question was answered after 5 minutes when we would go with a small child. We sit and wait for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes... the flow of people who are registered after us goes and goes to take tests in the treatment room, and we sit. As a result, someone was called and we finally handed over the UAC to a small child in this laboratory. There are no complaints about the staff themselves in the treatment room for the performance of their duties, the nurse who came did everything quickly and efficiently, the child was given a lot of gifts, for which special thanks (!!!), but the customer service process itself is deeply disappointing due to disorganization, long waiting and what a mess.
But the result of the UAC came to us very, very quickly ... we received the result of the analysis within 1.5 hours !!!
No laboratory has sent us the result of the UAC tests so quickly and promptly, for which we thank them again!!!
It was necessary to give the child a general blood test from a finger. They came to the nearest branch near, said that they only take children from Vienna, called the call center, the answer is in Minsk there is only one department where they take blood from a finger for children - for briquettes. We came from the other side of the city, there are 4 people in the queue, we are 5. One receptionist, who worked the first day and very slowly, did not know anything, was constantly distracted, registered one person for 20-25 minutes, as a result, after standing in line for more than an hour with a small sick child, she did not take us, since we need the original passport of the child. I was often in the Invitro. My data is all there, I had my passport, and a photo of the child's birth certificate, the child is entered in my passport! What problems? Why didn't the operator on the phone say that the child needed a passport? I asked you! As a result, time and nerves were spent. The room is small, everyone is standing one on one, coughing, sneezing, and I was also infected!!!!!! It was 09/14.24

We arrived by appointment (it's good that we arrived in advance).One receptionist, we waited for more than half an hour until a queue of 4 people was drawn up. So there is also confusion and staggering, the registrar leads to the patient's office when the previous one has not yet come out, the patients themselves are bursting. The room is small, everyone is jostling at the cupboards, water/coffee and on the sofas, the queue looks like a crowd. I first met this in an Invitro. Usually everything is organized and neat
Because of their fault, they did not perform the analysis, and they refuse to return the money. More precisely, there is no direct refusal, but they constantly create obstacles to return: then you need to come to the office to write an application, then they will think about returning it or not, then they want to send it to the card, but you need to come to the office again with your passport, then you changed your mind about giving it to the card and you need to come to the office to pick up cash, then you changed your mind about giving cash, and you need to go to the bank and get a certificate that the card belongs to me and is linked to my card account. And this refund for the analysis not done through their fault has been going on for 5 years. They have not been able to return the money for 5 years and they all tell some fairy tales and constantly need to go somewhere, humiliate themselves, prove something.

Очень понравилось! Персонал вежливый, аккуратный. Брали ребёнку кровь из Вены, шарик дали, горячий шоколад дали. Результаты cito пришли за час. При этом был выходной день. Восторг от обслуживания.
16.03.2019 Столкнулись с непрофессионализмом сотрудников компании Инвитро в новом здании по адресу Минск ул. Брикета 30.
Не рекомендую использовать услуги данной лаборатории!
По направлению из МОМ необходимо было сделать ребенку определенные уже оплаченные анализы в данной лаборатории.
15.03.2019 при личном общении на ресепшене был оговорен приезд для сдачи анализов на следующий день 16.03.2019.
С утра, мной было заказано такси и отменены все личные запланированные дела, ребенок так же не пошел на тренировку.
По прибытии в Инвитро на ресепшен мы просто получили отказ, те же самые девушки, с которыми был оговорен приезд и сдача анализов ребёнком - они просто сказали нам извините но сегодня вы не можете сдать этот анализ...
Время и деньги потрачены зря!
Обходите и обьезжайте стороной лучше!
