We rested for 6 weeks in July-August 2024, with children aged 6 and 10. We liked everything. The territory is well maintained, every day, like bees, the hotel staff work to make it clean and green. The territory is quite large, I liked it: after eating, it is useful to move around))). The food is excellent, we always chose what we want to eat, there is an afternoon snack in a restaurant near the beach. The staff is friendly and professional, we wanted to thank them and leave a tip. The beach is big, there were always enough sunbeds, the reef is gorgeous, there is almost no entrance near the shore, so only the legs can be wet, but our children swam beautifully from the pontoon, jumped and dived with masks to watch napoleons, tuna, stingrays, moray eels and many other representatives of fauna

For a quiet stay, the hotel is good, the food is varied and delicious, crabs, shrimp, beef with lamb and fish are well cooked, entering the sea only from a pontoon. The rooms are different in size and cleanliness, for the first three days I lived in a room with a sea view, very shabby, then they overpowered a little smaller, you can see the sea, but very clean and the furniture is not so old. You can say there is no entertainment at all. The staff is attentive and all issues are resolved quickly. There are a lot of sun beds, there are free ones at any time.

I'll give you a 4 for the location (Soho area) and for the best reef in the area. We went on several excursions to Dahab and the nature reserve, but the reef hotel is the most beautiful and lively of all. We also stayed at a hotel 2 km away 2 years ago, so there is something to compare it with. Otherwise, I wouldn't put up more than 3, it's a very very old housing stock, although they take good care of the territory. The food is normal, no better or worse than other Egyptian ones. I just arrived! Clear, honest and to the point, so far fresh impressions:
+ The beach. It's not big, but it's really sand. It's a beautiful bay, there are other hotels on both sides, and it's really beautiful. It's a good riff, but not a "wow." There are not enough fish, in general, it is also a plus of the hotel.

+ Sometimes they gave shrimps, crabs, strawberries, melons. That is, sometimes they spoil.
AND THAT'S IT!
- The hotel is old, all "dead". Everything, everywhere, is in very poor condition.
- Alcohol. They pour it reluctantly, and a little into cups of 150 ml. There is no standard alcohol. Beer is poured into the same foam specifically into the same beakers. A sea of paper cups and a 20ml bottle.
- Food. A standard buffet set. but! The cooking is terrible. Overcooked, over-dried, over-salted, spice wagon. The food is not delicious. Also for distribution.
- Animation is weak in the evening, almost none. For a jackdaw. It's still going to rain on the beach.
- Furniture, sun beds, hotel, toilets, everything. All the dead.
- The plates are rusty, dead. Not all of them, but out of 6 rooms, 4 were in trash.
- The working day ends after 4:30 p.m. and everyone is dispersed everywhere. Nothing is working. Beach, court, billiards, etc...Nothing is working. There's nothing to do.
- There is no movement, pensioner
- Attention! The hammam and sauna are paid. They won't let you anywhere.
- The territory is large, but it's full of houses in concrete. The sea is only on the beach. No views.
8 people went. Everyone is shocked by this "garbage dump". It's not even 4*. This is a real threesome! I have been to Egypt 7 times, always in economy 5*. I assure you, it's not worth it. There's nothing to fish except the beach. Everywhere they save on you, they are greedy. The food is bad, they pour it like in 3 * 20 ml each. Even the fat bald manager doesn't help. He always seems to be watching, but the mess is everywhere.
We had a good rest, just because we had a lot of friends and our own alcohol and music. We paid 150 rubles in January for 11 nights , which is very expensive for this asshole.

We had a rest from October 23 to 11/3/2024. The hotel is very well located, close to the airport and not far from Soho Square.
The rooms are old, cleaning every day. The staff is helpful. Beautiful landscape design. The food is delicious and varied, and the desserts are excellent

We had a rest in two in this hotel from 11/24/2024 to 12/01/2024. Personally, I liked everything, for such a price, the rest seemed great. Yes, the rooms are not new furniture, but everything is clean and everything worked. Only there was no iron, but that's a small thing. Every day the room was cleaned and water was brought, although we still had water. We were fed three times a day, the range of food is varied, for a week +2 kg😂 We came to the sea late after breakfast, but we always found two sun loungers👌
The sea is clear, clean, but fenced in places where there are corals, this is for safety. Corals are diverse and numerous fish, very beautiful😍

If you choose a place to stay in Charm, then I recommend it. When other hotels have a red flag (no bathing), there is no wind in this bay. I called, they came, opened it, showed me how to use it, and let me sign the documents that were opened in our presence. After 3 days, we noticed that 80 dollars were missing, and different bills were 20, 10, and 5. The food is normal! A separate topic is the beach bar!!!! Cardboard cups! Beer is poured with more foam... for what? They do not respond to comments! People come up with their glasses! I came to this hotel for the second time! The hotel is for a quiet family holiday, although it is located in the center of Soho! Nice reef, there is a place to swim! The food is very good, a variety of meat and fish daily! Desserts are very tasty, you can easily gain a couple of extra pounds if you get carried away) Animation compared to last year is about nothing! But the big plus for me is the location near the airport, 15 minutes and you're at the hotel! So I recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport, 10-15 minutes drive, near the pedestrian entertainment area SOHO. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room stock is old. We had a suite room, spacious, cleaned every day, replenished the water in the room also daily. About food: rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, herbs, various rolls. The choice is large, without frills, you will not stay hungry. The territory is well maintained, there is always a lifeguard on duty at the pools, security guards patrol the territory. The beach is small, come early to get a sunbed with an umbrella. Towels are provided both by the pool and on the beach. There is animation, not very incendiary, the guys work on the beach in the morning and evening at the restaurant. Buildings are being built on one side of the territory.
The hotel is generally good, I recommend it for a family holiday.

The pool bar was open, you could do and drink drinks or smoke a hookah without leaving the pool. 2 dollars. The bartenders are funny, they try. The water is very warm at this time in the sea and in the pool, I do not want to go out. I liked the blue slide. By the way, everything is very clean, this is a big plus! The janitor twisted new figures for us every day, funny ones. Tips were left every other day. The car goes around the territory. Several times he brought us to the reception from the beach. And then there are only disadvantages. A very "tired" hotel. Everything in the rooms is worn and dirty. Don't be surprised if instead of a whole towel they bring you only half of it - we had it regularly. Absolutely does not correspond to 5* - maximum 3*. Bedbugs in room 130. After the complaint, the number was changed, the problem went away, the sediment remained.
That is why this hotel is the most inexpensive in this bay. It's up to you when choosing. I don't recommend it. In general, the attitude of some of the staff is very well demonstrated by a photo of a hotel employee's car (Misha in Russian)- the head of the animators, who defiantly puts the car in front of the hotel entrance and reacts aggressively to the remark - my country, I write what I want. That's how they treat us. Unfortunately, the hotel's reaction to this defiant behavior has not been received.

Cozy, comfortable, despite such heat - a lot of greenery, everything that is cooked is delicious! Politeness, tolerance, solving current issues - all at a high level. It's quiet at night. If you want to take a walk in the evening, please, Soho Square is nearby (this is an entertainment center with fountains, bars, shops, even an ice rink). Entering the water from a fairly mobile pantone is not realistic with small children. And there are no screams, no lovers of raising their children from a distance, across the entire beach, only music. And there are not enough words to describe the beauty of the underwater world.

We had a rest with children from April 20th to 30th. We were lucky with the weather and the warm sea, the reef is beautiful, the pool is clean, the territory is well maintained. Rooms are cleaned well, water is provided every day. The rest are disadvantages:
Very old furniture in the room, half of the drawers are not closed. I'm not usually picky about furniture, but I've never seen such junk before. There was nowhere to put things, there were only hangers in the closets, and the drawers did not open. Everything in the bathroom is also shabby, small ants are running around by the ton, we had medicines with us, we had to throw everything away, because the ants attacked them. The fan is cracking, it is impossible to sleep with it at night. Our room overlooked a nearby hotel, there were discos several times a week until 3 a.m., we could not sleep. To set up the water in the shower is a whole quest, then ice, then boiling water, it's terrible.
The food is very monotonous, there is only one type of meat (chicken, beef, fish), but there is no choice and there is always a queue for them. There are a lot of salads and sweets, side dishes, but the trouble is with meat. There have always been crabs, but they are small, there is nothing to eat there and it is inconvenient. The shrimps were given only once and then 3 pieces per person. Cheese for breakfast was not edible and only of one kind. Waiters carry drinks, but rarely, apparently only for tips. They only brought it to us on the first day and that's it, they didn't come up to us anymore. They didn't give cheese to pasta for lunch and dinner at all, pasta was only in sauce, the children didn't eat it, they had to ask to do it separately without everything, but they were undercooked. There are no fruits at all, only green melons, oranges and tangerines, dates, rarely bananas. They gave me peaches once. Mango and other exotic fruits were not in sight. Prices in the supermarket are more expensive than in Moscow. Ice cream was not found at all, although they said that they give it for lunch about once a week, there is also nowhere to buy it at the hotel, only in the supermarket for $ 2. In general, the supermarket is overpriced at times, even in the store at the hotel it was much cheaper.
The restaurant is only at the beginning of the territory, for lunch I had to walk from the sea through the very heat on a steep slope, it is very difficult with children. On the beach, the restaurant only snacks with burgers and potatoes.
Beer was poured into half a glass, half of them foam.
The pool is heated and cool, there are slides in the pool, but children under 12 are not allowed there, and the children's slide has been turned off. The children were very upset. My husband negotiated with the builders to let them in a couple of times, but the main one came and yelled at them in the local language. Awful. The caretakers do not allow anything, they constantly swear. They were not allowed to go to the pool by the sea with children at all, the reasons were not explained. In the afternoon, the pool is closed for some reason, they are not allowed to swim.
I don't know who wrote about good animation, we didn't see it. There is no pool at all, by the sea it is only very sluggish, mostly for adults. There were no incendiary and interesting animators, there is no children's animation, only a children's club, but we did not go there, there are mosquitoes and midges. The children's disco is so-so in the evening. There were a couple of small performances, but so-so, to be honest. The rest of the entertainment is after 21, when the children need to be put to bed already.
In general, we were dissatisfied with the rest. We paid 310k and expected not such a bad service.

I had a rest last year, I'll go again! Now with relatives. Good! I add: we had a rest from 09.08 to 17.08. 2024. Everything went great, my daughter-in-law and grandson liked it. There are, of course, some disadvantages, but they do not cover many advantages. A reasonable combination of price and quality. And the beauty of the reef, the underwater world, the warm, gentle, calm sea, from which you just don't want to leave - it's priceless! Definitely, we will come again.

I went to this hotel knowing its disadvantages. The main disadvantage is the rooms, furniture, appliances - "tired". And our knowledge allowed us to "understand and forgive"! 😊 And for the rest, everything is fine: attentive reception service, even personal Internet was distributed by the administrators to solve my problems; room cleaning - every day and for our small rewards, the cleaner did some crafts from towels every day! Delicious food, a large area, Green and full of wildlife: lizards, herons, hoopoes, bats! The first line, a coral reef right next to the shore, constantly swam in a mask and flippers, admired the sea promises! And there is a huge variety of them! Even stingrays, hedgehog fish and needles, Napoleon, hirurki! Don't move! In general, it's great to relax there! I'm not talking about Pyramids, boat trips, desert safaris at all!

I had a rest in October for 24 years with a child, if you do not take into account the condition of the rooms (although it is quite normal to sleep and relax), then otherwise we were extremely satisfied. The food is excellent, seafood, chicken, delicious beef, desserts, vegetables, fruits, cereals, omelets, hot dogs, pancakes, pizzas and much more. You will never stay hungry and you will always choose the dishes to your taste. Animation is always on top, the guys try their best, organize competitions on the beach, foam parties, dances, etc. In the evening, too, you can attend performances, performances, participate in contests. The staff is very friendly, for just a "thank you" or for a small reward (Alyonka,💲), the cleaner will surprise you with figures made of towels. In general, the impression is excellent and for a pleasant small price, just what the reef is worth, it's incredibly beautiful, there are a lot of fish that when you see you can't believe your eyes that nature has created such beauty. And most importantly, in the hotel, near the reception there are shops that have quite reasonable prices, these are clothes, sweets, cosmetics, and bags, and we concluded that there is no need to go to the city, because there we paid the highest price for everything. It's a pity that we only found out about the shops in the hotel in recent days. AND AGAIN!!! If you don't know each other yet and have never visited Rubik's perfume store, you've lost a lot. He is an unrealistically talented person in his field, he creates fragrances of any brand, and even made a special fragrance for me according to my individual order. In addition, he is a polyglot, speaks excellent Russian and is so sociable that people just come to him to drink tea, chat, and spend time with him. I have never met such positive people in my life who charge you with such crazy energy and fulfill your desires in creating fragrances. In addition, many people who already know about Rubik and his store come from other hotels, but he manages to give everyone time, treat them to tea, consult, talk about oils, herbs and in general he is a very pleasant conversationalist. I will undoubtedly return to the same hotel to see Rubik and recharge with his wonderful energy. P.S. The perfume is unrealistically thin, delicate, fragrant, has a train and many people come up to me and ask what kind of fragrance it is. Thanks a lot to Rubik for such a fragrant creation. We stayed at the hotel from December 16-15, 2024.

The numbers were disappointing. 2-storey houses, outwardly very beautiful, but inside- a shock. The rooms are very shabby, everything is very very old, there is no kettle, and accordingly no tea and coffee items. It was very stressful, as it gets dark early in winter, the beach closes at 16-30 and it gets cool. But there was nothing in the room, all the bars were closed and I had to go to the reception for coffee and carry it in a paper cup to the room, it's not close and it's not very convenient.
There is a reef, fish too, but not as rich as we would like.
In general, the rest was normal, but because of the very shabby room stock, we came to the conclusion that we would not come there again and would not recommend it to friends.

I just returned from vacation and decided to leave a review.
1. the location is convenient, 20 minutes from the airport, but there are no planes in sight, not like in Alanya
2. The hotel is beautiful, corresponds to 5 rooms, solid, wooden furniture, in good condition, heavy curtains, spacious rooms with balconies or a terrace, a large bathroom with a window. I prefer this kind of environment than a new cheap minimalist style.
3. Cleaning every day, bring drinking water to the room. I already hung up on the 3rd day: do not disturb, because they cleaned too well - I felt sorry for them, my place was clean anyway. Towels and sheets are new, terry towels are perfectly white, it's already scary to dry off))
4. The food is delicious, varied and in abundance in just enough quantity to limit yourself in time and not roll out a bun. Alcohol is bullshit wine, strong is normal, the monopoly of the state is brandy, rum of the same brand
5. The territory is large, well-groomed, green, 3 swimming pools, 2 with slides, comfortable sun beds with mattresses.
6. The sea is gorgeous, and not too warm and not cold, which is necessary, refreshing. The entrance from panton, which suits me personally, is convenient. You can also lie on the shore up to the corals, 1.5 meters there is a place for children and it's not scary to leave them there - they won't go anywhere.
7. There is beach animation, exercise, entertainment, a beach bar, a barbecue area for those who did not have time to have breakfast, but few people participated in animation programs, everyone is lying, but in vain, the killograms are growing.

1. The beach closes at 18.00 it's early, another hour, to swim, when the sun no longer bakes, it sets beautifully and the view becomes stunning, but you have to leave, the pontoon is closed, the lifeguard leaves, and the guests are escorted from the beach area. But for those who are in a hurry for dinner by 19.00 it is normal.
2. After dinner, a small entertainment program: watch, listen, contests, but we would also do a little disco at the amphitheater, because we want activity- dancing, fun, but all this is not there. You can go with the animators to a disco outside the hotel, some cool disco, $ 15-40, but I didn't go, which I regretted later.

Nice hotel! Old rooms, old furniture, but all this is compensated by cleanliness, courtesy of the staff and a beautiful well-maintained territory! We arrived early, but there were no problems with check-in - we offered two rooms to choose from! The food is excellent, the reef is beautiful!
They write a lot of negative things about alcohol, although such alcohol is almost everywhere now if you relax in budget hotels)

A solid 3-star hotel. The main and biggest disadvantage is the infrastructure. Especially the numbers, it's just awful. The hotel is 30 years old, apparently the rooms have never been renovated since the opening. The sun beds are old and torn, towels every other time, too. Well, everything is so old everywhere. There is no alcohol, however, as everywhere, but it is bottled in disposable 100ml and no more at a time.
One of the advantages is a very beautiful reef. There is an entrance cleared near the shore, it is very convenient for small children. We have been vacationing since early August 2024. The hotel is very tired, water is leaking in some places in the bathroom, a little rust, sockets are hanging out. As elsewhere, the stated 5* is not present, there are 3*. In general, I eat everything more or less, without frills, but you can live if you "warm up" the waiters a little, then they bring beer, coffee, wine, juices to the table, i.e. you do not have to insert yourself and go after them. The territory is good, but part of it is under repair. The beach is small, but quite pleasant and clean. Antlers are only 30 meters from the beginning of the reef. It's hot in August and there are a lot of people in the afternoon, we swam from the opening of the beach from 7.30 am, there are still no people, and there are much more animals on the reef than in the afternoon. If you are not critical of the condition of the room, everything is fine, if it is critical, then you will not like it. Cockroaches and other animals were not noticed in the room. They clean up for three, but they smile all over their face.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, checked in at 12. The room consists of two rooms, it's dead, it's cold in the room, like in a basement. Check-in is from December 19th to December 29th. The blankets are just awful. The bed linen was changed 2 times in 10 days.
A separate topic is the restaurant. It's just a factory canteen. There's not much choice. We weren't hungry, but everything doesn't look appetizing either. The tables are cleaned quickly, of course. I would like to have tablecloths in the 5th, not napkins. Everything is very modest. There are guys who clean the tables, they are very arrogant, they extort chocolate brazenly.
There are always plenty of sun beds on the beach, but they are just dead. The material is all stretched out, collapsed. It is impossible to lie on them. Animators on the beach dance and have fun for 2 hours a day. There is no anamation of any kind. We were invited to a nearby hotel once. But it was something. Everyone was leaving this show. If you can call it that.
The area is clean, workers are constantly planting flowers and removing garbage.
Beach bar, only beer and spirits. To have a snack, you need to climb the stairs only from 3-30. But there's nothing there but a burger and fries.
I do not recommend this hotel to elderly people at all. You need to go down and up steep stairs.
I will never return to this hotel.
