Excellent holiday apartments in their own format with a reasonable price. The rooms are large and spacious. The room has everything for cooking, refrigerator, iron, electric kettle, TV and air conditioning. Cleaning every day. A comfortable bed for sleeping. Hot and cold water. The reception understands Russian. Convenient location in Dubai Marina. DMCC metro station is nearby (10 minutes). There are many restaurants with Russian-speaking staff nearby. I recommend.

I really liked the hotel, although it is a little tired, but the service is good. All the staff is responsive, they will always tell you everything, the food was delicious, on some days it was very diverse, on some days it was not very good, but it was always delicious. Cleaning is done every day, the rooms are spacious with their own kitchen, but it is better to take them with meals, since food prices are quite high. We stayed at this hotel. I liked everything. It is budget-friendly and at the same time high-quality. We got a large room on the seventh floor. It was clean, cleaned every day, a couple of times it was that cleaning was done even twice a day. Yes, I believe that someone could get a room with a view of the trash, but we were lucky and the windows looked out onto the street. We have to go to another building for breakfast, but it was not critical for us to walk there for three minutes. The breakfasts are good: buffet, there is plenty to choose from.
The location of the hotel is excellent - near the embankment and the metro station within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week at the end of January 2025. The hotel is located next to the promenade with magnificent views of the seawater canal. The room without a balcony is located on the penultimate 7th floor, above, on the roof there is a small swimming pool and a sunbathing area. Rooms below the 7th floor have balconies. I liked the room itself: large floor-to-ceiling windows, an excellent double bed with snow-white linens, comfortable pillows (2 pcs each. per person), a light blanket and an excellent mattress. But I liked the kitchen in the room the most: a large two-chamber refrigerator, a huge microwave, a two-burner electric stove, a kettle, a toaster, all dishes in 2 copies, a new frying pan and a saucepan. I didn't take breakfast, I like to cook at home. There are many supermarkets nearby where you can buy everything you need. Therefore, there were no problems with the products. Those who took breakfast had to go to the restaurant on the embankment, the hotel does not have its own.
The bathroom has everything you need, two large towels and, for some reason, one small one (although the room is for two). Stationary shower gel and body lotion.
There is an ironing board and a good iron in the large closet.
The Internet is great. I haven't watched TV, and I don't need it.... I was only on the phone.
Very close to the beautiful city beach, 10 minutes on foot across the first bridge, where the tram runs. The water is cool, about +20, the air is +25. The people were mostly basking in the Dubai winter sun.
In the evening or in the morning, it's so nice to stroll along the canal embankment and admire the beauty of Dubai's skyscrapers, hotels and many beautiful yachts.
If you get tired of the beach, you can easily find excursions (right at the hotel, a Russian-speaking guide comes).

Great location, great cleaning.

A room with small touches, somewhere ordered, plumbing is not the first freshness.
We stopped by in early April 2024 and took breakfasts and dinners, you will not stay hungry, but there is no variety, in general, if you rate the food, I would put 2. Breakfast can be taken, dinners and lunches can not be taken. For the cost that is charged for dinner, you can safely have dinner somewhere, it will be much better and more diverse.
The staff is responsive, does not speak Russian.

The hotel is not bad, with a normal kitchen- that is, an apartment hotel. But, the nearest mosque is 30 meters away. Therefore, every morning at 5:45 and 6:00 you will be awakened by the call of the muezzin from the minaret. A wonderful hotel!!! I recommend a convenient location - the end of the Dubai Marina, near the DMCC metro station. The hotel is clean and cozy, has everything you need. Rooms are Ala studio. In the kitchen there is a stove, toaster, microwave, pot, frying pan, etc. there is a washing machine, ironing board with iron and a normal hair dryer. The pillows are cool. Daily cleaning service. The advantages of this hotel are the location, studio rooms with everything necessary for living. A small kitchen area where you can cook food, which is very convenient for the Emirates. Since the food in restaurants and cafes is sooo expensive. The repair is average, the cleaning is generally good, the towels are changed if you throw them on the floor. We had a rest in November 2024, the weather was excellent and mild.

Nice apartment hotel. Cleanliness is a key value of the hotel, the room is offered to be cleaned every day. There are rooms with a view of the lagoon.
The room has a kettle, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, washing machine, stove, cutlery and a saucepan. In general, you can cook by yourself, but it's cheaper to eat in a cafe, the products come out expensive. Meals at a hotel near the same hotel chain.
There is a small pool on the roof of the hotel, towels, sun beds are provided free of charge.
I immediately write that there is a deposit and a tax, which I was not warned about. As of June 2024, the deposit is 200 dirhams, the tax is 60 dirhams, the deposit is refunded after eviction.
The hotel building has Kazakh and Turkmen (if I'm not mistaken) the cafe is passable in the first, delicious in the second. There is also a store with basic necessities and groceries, which is also very convenient.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach, the sand is beautiful and clean. The beach overlooking the Eye of Dubai, you can take a lot of beautiful photos, there are also various water sports, I did not recognize the prices.
The staff is attentive and responds quickly to requests: my room key was demagnetized and three people took turns coming to check if everything was fixed.
I recommend it for those who come for work or training, like me, for a relaxing holiday or sightseeing, when you are just at the hotel for an overnight stay and food, the rest of the time you spend on your own business.

Great hotel!👍 at the reception they speak fluent Russian 👍 no one bothers with tea, etc. they clean the room every day, you don't have to worry about things at all. Not even the money will be touched. The food is delicious, mostly European food. In 10-15 minutes on foot you can walk to the beach, and if you are too lazy, there is a free bus. But we're on foot, it's more fun this way. In a five-minute walk you can walk to the grocery store, where there is a hidden door without a sign of an alcohol market. In general, the hotel is class and the location is also recommended.

We stayed at the Jannah 4* Hotel for 5 days in January.
Positive:
-Location and proximity to the metro (you must take it with a balcony overlooking the Marina);
- Large room with kitchen: there is a stove, dishes, refrigerator;
- Nice comfortable bed;
- Bathrobes and slippers in the room;
- Staff who are trying to make up for the "greed" of the hotel owners.
Minuses:
- Upon arrival, there was a restriction of hot water in the room (as we were told, there is a boiler in the ceiling for 50 liters), but one person did not even have enough water (it took 5 minutes) to wash himself. After the complaint, the problem was somehow solved.;
- Apartments include accommodation, as well as cooking. There are dishes, there is a refrigerator, but there is nothing to wash the dishes with (no sponges, no dishwashing detergent);
- They did not provide towels for hands and face;
- The chargers weren't all working in the room;
- Everything in the room is tired (the soap holders are falling off, the microwave frames are "on snot", and the whole room is in such a state, despite not recent repairs - they were afraid for every sneeze that they would not refund the deposit, but it blew through);
- Disgusting water pressure in the sink (all recent repairs were sloppy – they tried their best, but it didn't work out);
- The food is very poor and tasteless, omelets were saved. For breakfast there was tea and coffee from 20 liters of thermoses, it is impossible to drink. Dinner had the same meager buffet as breakfast, and there was no menu card. Also, for some reason, tea and coffee were not included in the evening meal (dinner). After the complaint, this was corrected AS an EXCEPTION. In the dining room, everything is tired: the chairs are stained, the tables are old
- There is a strange ventilation in the room, with the air conditioner turned off, it was periodically very draughty.;
- There is a swimming pool, all old and in need of restoration;
- Towels are not provided on the beach. They are not allowed to take it from the pool. From the room, one administrator allowed it, the other forbade it. There is a paid service on the site, but in fact it does not exist.
To summarize, the idea of the hotel is great, but the owner does not deal with global issues. The staff is doing what they can, no questions asked.
The 4–star category does not correspond to this hotel, it's a shame. I had the experience of living in Dubai in 5 stars and 3 stars, so Rove 3 stars is MUCH better.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, we were kindly offered to leave our luggage and were allowed to visit the pool before check-in and after (on the day of departure). The reception also allowed you to choose among the available rooms (they showed several options with different types - without surcharges). You rest in May, there is no restaurant in the hotel, you have to move to another building in the heat for breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 10 minutes. The diet is the same every day for lunch, no variety. Breakfast is meager, and dinner is so-so, there is no liquid food at all (soup, broth, etc.), my child loves liquid food and did not really eat anything all week. The chicken was 1 time a week. The waiters are rude, they asked for bread and the administrator himself freaked out, but brought it with a dissatisfied face. The city is beautiful and I am glad that it is adapted to the heat, air conditioners work wherever possible, I work without exception, including on the bus and subway👍

Great hotel. Price - quality. Yes, the restaurant is in a nearby hotel, but the restaurant offers a gorgeous view of Dubai Marina. Excellent service. We took breakfast/dinner. It was possible to change dinners for lunches. The breakfasts are very cool, like lunch. Lunches and dinners are on the menu, but you can eat if you do not belong to the type of people who are accustomed in Turkey as uncultured sows to put food on themselves with a slide.
Cleaning was every day. A paradox! We never found the cleaners in the room, even leaving the room for literally 30 minutes, coming back - the room was already shining.
Special thanks to the woman Early, who sells tours in the lobby of the hotel, do not take excursions from the tour operator, it is expensive. We have inexpensive excursions. I told you everything about Dubai, all the shops and other chips early.

A great hotel, we had a huge family room with its own kitchen, super cleaning, a rooftop pool, although it was probably repaired, since the tiles from the pool floor were removed. There is not much territory nearby - a construction site and a road, but across the street there is a shop with normal prices, a mosque, a canal that is great to admire in the morning.
The staff is responsive, there are no Russian speakers, but the translator solved all the problems.

The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes to the beach with a quiet walk. We had a room for 4 (2 adults+2 children). The room is large, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms. Comfortable, spacious. Loud sounds from the mosque - calls to prayer - were very annoying at 6 am.... The usual breakfasts are omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, pastries - there is a choice. The building itself is not very new, the furniture in the room is too old. But for Dubai, apparently, such quality is normal at such a price. The main thing here is walking distance to the sea, to cafes, to shops. You can take a walk in the Dubai Marina in the evening, along the embankment along the beach - there are also many cafes, shops, there is no need to go anywhere. The prices in the cafe are normal.

The apartment is old, but the bed is big and good. Dampness in the room. If you come on vouchers, then you should not take breakfasts and even more so dinners. They have an agreement with some mediocre department of Egyptian origin. For breakfast, a couple of sausages, an ovary and coffee, some fruit. Very sparse. For dinner, everyone gives a choice of a couple of dishes and all the time fried potatoes, nuggets, like a salad or something. It's not worth it at all.

We stayed here in July 2023. The location is convenient - near the Marina Mall shopping center, metro and public transport stops, the sea is within walking distance, there is a swimming pool on the roof. The mosque nearby and the prayers coming from it did not interfere with sleep at all, the room was without a balcony, the windows did not open. The air conditioner was smartly configured initially, did not turn off even in our absence and maintained a comfortable temperature in the room. There are no construction sites nearby, no dirt and noise from them was noticed. We went to eat 5-7 minutes on foot to a building nearby, the food was delicious. There were no complaints against them for the entire vacation. The room was cleaned every day with a change of linen and towels, they give 2 bottles of water daily. It is convenient that the room has a kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine and a minimum set of cooking appliances. The staff is polite, on the first day they gave us a free adapter from an American outlet and a sewing kit. In the closet there are bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and an ironing board

Minuses:We booked a room for three with a balcony marked:in fact, there was a room on the 7th floor without a balcony with a panoramic view of the landfill.
There is a girl sitting at the reception who hates tourists from the Russian Federation and she does not hide it, when asked if there is a room with a balcony, she replied there are no balconies at all.Then she just ignored us and didn't say hello.
We checked in for 7 days during the stay, the hot water was turned off, the plumbing broke, and there were three of us in the room.
The hair dryer stopped working after 4 days of use.
