Pilaf is not brought by themselves, I had to stand in line for a plate for 15 minutes. Very little meat was put in, I had to make a remark to be reported. The rice turned out to be hard and bland, I had to add salt. Not the best place, but advertised.

Perhaps pilaf is delicious if you try it. But this is not accurate.
Come at 13, stand in line for about half an hour (with a guarantee that you will have lunch, as the employee assured, "wait, there will be enough pilaf for everyone"), and in response hear: "the pilaf is over." It's not serious.
Perhaps we would have been able to have lunch with pilaf and the queue after us, if not for the waiters constantly running around with plates, taking food to someone and somewhere. But this is not accurate.
But the fact that there is a lot of PR for this institution - that's for sure!
