A variety of drinks and snacks in the minibar, however, at quite high prices: a pack of waffles cost us a couple of glasses of good wine in the city center. A pleasant opportunity to have a morning coffee at a table near the bar. The hotel bar itself is very decent, elderly Europeans had dinner there without going out into the city. There was a Russian TV channel. There was a wellness and spa center, but they could not appreciate them: they spent all their time on impressions and walks around the most beautiful Budapest. Cons: lack of slippers, bathrobes, iron in the room; insufficient sound insulation. The electronic key is too big and not very convenient. The impossibility of early check-in: we arrived at 5:30, a taxi took us to the hotel around 7 a.m., and although I noted at the time of booking that check-in would be early, the receptionist informed that the room would be free and ready to move in only by 15 o'clock. It was only upon check-in that I found out that the room fee (€230 for 3 nights) does not include breakfast for € 16 per person. As a result, they preferred to have breakfast in cafes and restaurants in the city. The view from the room window – into the inner narrow courtyard - a stone well, directly into the windows of the building opposite – can not be called picturesque in any way. Well, we didn't come to Budapest to admire it from the window...

Budapest is my favorite city)) I know him "like a native")) In my opinion, it is a very good option...and for a business trip... and for a tourist holiday. It is located on a quiet street, next to the Opera House, within walking distance from the main attractions and central streets. There are also many cafes, restaurants, shops and any kind of transport nearby. The rooms are large and cozy. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, but you need to come earlier, otherwise the British will eat everything))))

Nice hotel. It is perfectly located. The very center. Excellent breakfast (as a disadvantage, I can only say that during the 3 days of my stay, the coffee machine constantly broke down... coffee was brought in thermoses, it's not good to eat. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. It's clean enough. The price, let's just say, in my opinion, is somewhat overpriced.

My husband wanted to give me a birthday present and took me to Budapest. I have booked a room with one large bed in this hotel. We arrived at 12, we were invited to walk, because check-in at three (although the bvl hotel is incomplete), and check-out at 11, for the first time I encountered such non-standard hours. We took all the data, and we went for a walk. We came in late tired and all over again. What a surprise it was when they saw two beds in the room. The husband went to the reception, they told him that their maid would steal them now. I was not satisfied with this, since we ordered something else and it is not comfortable to sleep in a tight one. With my poor English, I went to ask for it myself. She was aggressively rude to me that they didn't have a bed. I explain to her that I have a doctor tomorrow and we have chosen your country and hotel, booked a certain room and everything is new. I asked for a Russian speaker, she rudely switched to Hungarian, stands blinking her eyes and looks at me arrogantly with hatred. I wanted to go to another hotel, even though booking had already written off the money. I switched to mixed Russian-English, said that I did not believe that the entire hotel did not have the room we had ordered and would not leave until my order was delivered. You know, they found the number, oh, a miracle! Probably this is revenge against the Russians, I have a deep dislike. Even a compliment the next day in the form of a small bottle of champagne on the dr did not soften my feelings. We left late and left our things at the reception. When they took me away, I asked to go to the toilet, they pushed me down with gestures, I got into the garage. It's hard to imagine that there is no toilet in the lobby of the hotel. Nito did not react to my outrage. Guys are gods of indifference and everything is on the pick! I will not stop in any country on this network.
