No bank in Tashkent can serve customers. People wait in queues all day long just to top up their card balance. There are no ATMs in the city, they are there, but they all do not work.
The situation is at 19.10. There is a live queue for receiving cards from 7 a.m. The guard starts issuing electronic queue coupons at about 8 a.m. The reception starts at 9. At 10, the queue may already be occupied for the whole day
The waiting time is long. The service is not very good, the staff treats the client not important, the vanity and laziness are noticeable. Half of the building is renovated, there is no car parking.
It sucks, 5-hour queues, terrible service.complete lack of professionalism in the work of this bank, in all respects!

During registration, they did not ask about the SMS registration, although it is needed to log in to your personal account. Therefore, after receiving the card, I called to be connected.
The most dibil bank! It is not possible to pay via card to send a money transfer. Only in cash or in foreign currency. But you can buy currency through the card. So why the hell should the client take 2 queues first to the exchanger, then to the transfer? In other banks, all this has been automated for a long time. The operator who handles money transfers immediately issues a document according to which you can pay with a card. And yet, the queues are always long at all branches of this bank. Customers have been recruited, but no new customer service points appear
