The girl who did the registration said that after lunch they had a complete blockage, under 100-200 people in line to open accounts. Therefore, I advise you not to sleep until 12, but just come early.
The organization of work in the bank is simply disgusting, there are only 2 windows for issuing cards, after almost every client, friends of employees come up without waiting in line, occupying employees with other issues. 15 people passed in front of me in 3 hours. To receive a card, you still need to pay for its issue - and then you get to the cashier, the queue in which is as chaotic as possible, the speed of cashiers is very low, but this is due to huge bundles of sums from customers.
