The staff who work with clients on the ground floor are not competent in their work, they ask each other something, they communicate with each other on topics not related to work, plus the queues have become large and slow moving, for example, in order to get a% deposit, you need to wait at least 2 hours.
Good Service, courteous staff, even in time pressure mode. A good exchange rate. I was there for the last time and did not wait in line, there were 60 more visitors in front of me…
There is an electronic queue, waiting for the card to be issued took 40 minutes in the queue and another 25 minutes for registration along with the card itself.

Kapitalbank is under secondary sanctions! Currency cards are opened to everyone, and to non-residents, but it is impossible to transfer to them, as well as to pay them outside Uzbekistan!!! And no one reports it!!!
