Terrible service.
I made an order through the app so that it would be ready at 18:00. The result: 18:15 the order is hanging on the scoreboard, as if it is being prepared. I approach the employee to clarify how much longer to wait and it is clear from his eyes that no one has seen this order at all and they ask me to wait another 5 minutes. The order was given at 18:25!!! Ice coffee caramel is disgusting, caramel is just a drop on top of the foam, watery taste!

I bought a burger, it turned out to be a very hard piece of bone or something else in breadcrumbs, of course my teeth and gums met with it and this meeting was very unpleasant, I thought that anything happens, I put this piece on a napkin and you know what? I got the second one as a gift! I turned to the staff, they looked at me like an idiot, they said that they would not beckon, since I had almost finished (I ate a little more than half), with a dissatisfied look and rolling my eyes, the girl asked the guy to replace the burger, the guy quickly gave me a new one already ready, and it was icy, straight cold, I took it he didn't even turn it around and said it right at the checkout, the guy said that he was normal after touching it, but no, he was straight cold in the end, he admitted it and went to make a replacement burger himself (can it be done by a non-kitchen worker? I don't think so). As a result, I got rid of it and got my normal schefburger. Now the question is: was it worth it and do I have a desire to come again?
