2) Due to the lack of staff, the quality of service has dropped significantly. The staff makes mistakes (ordered one burger - they bring another one), it happened several times a week. The staff is clearly very busy, no one is smiling, poor people!
3) The quality of the chicken itself has sunk. Perhaps due to the lack of customers, the shelf life has been increased, but for example, the layout is sometimes not crisp, it feels right. It wasn't like that before.
