The receptionist ignored and taunted the visitor that these were his last shifts and he was quitting. I have repeatedly asked to talk to me and explain why they sell this to people, because it is impossible to eat it. For some, 35 rubles is a small thing, but for others, a loan should be paid for this amount. I asked for a complaint book. I started writing, because when I asked "how can you sell this to people and why you can't cook these burgers right away," the administrator ignored and served the visitors further, discussing, without hesitation. When asked about calling the police, an employee of the institution jumped up from behind the counter and shouted "call". But, before my question, this employee persistently approached the checkout, but the administrator turned her around. Then the cashier's friend, the receptionist, came up, I understood from their friendly conversation. This guy said that he also worked in catering and these complaints were nothing, the administrator continued to smile. In this catering, you just need to check. God forbid poisoning. It was just a terrible evening, a spoiled mood, and just wasted money. This is the first time in 30 years that I have come across such a traceability and quality of products.

The floors are covered in urine, there is no toilet paper, there is no soap, there is no hot water, the booths are always busy, the queues are kilometers long. Dirt and stench are everywhere. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned since the opening. I don't go there anymore. Not to go to the toilet, not to eat, not to sit.
