We rested at the Cheng resort beach spa from 09/14/24-09/20/2024. At first everything was great , the transfer to the hotel was good , the guide who escorted to the hotel was generally a great guy , special thanks to him .
1. I'll tell you about the guide who drove from the airport. I immediately started talking about local attractions, how to behave with the locals, and generally about Turkey. There was a stop at the store with which kilit global cooperates ( the guide immediately said that there was nothing better to take here , it was expensive + you could get poisoned ) , it was a pity that I did not remember the name of the guide .
2. Now the advantages end there. The next day we meet with the hotel guide and then it started. The guide's name is Bakhtiyar. First of all, we started talking about excursions and we immediately told him that we wanted to go to the Turkish hammam and we bought an excursion to the hammam from him for $ 30 per person ( but the guide who met us said that this service costs $ 20 ) I think maybe the price was wrong , did not focus on this.We took the second tour of the basin canyon for $ 70 per person. We also wanted to take an excursion to antique Side , but the price of $ 60 for a transfer ( just a taxi ) scared us off ( taking the bus for 40 minutes and 180 lira per person ) , but he began to dissuade us from the bus that we would spend a lot of time on it , etc. in fact , all buses are local with air conditioning and they walk every 5 minutes and will always take you to the place ( just show the bracelet from the hotel and the drivers will tell you everything themselves ) . Bakhtiar also offered us a free transfer to the outlet (there and back), promised that all brands (Waikiki, Adidas, etc.) would be there + said that we could walk around Side and they would take us back as we wanted.
3. Now let's start with the excursions. The first is a hammam. When we took this tour , it was described to us so beautifully that the hotel hammam with spa seemed to us just nothing (but in fact 100 times better ) . We arrived at the hammam, it turned out to be some kind of basement, they took us further first to the sauna , it was a maximum of 40 degrees and stank of urine , then they took us to the hammam , and it was turned off altogether ( later turned on , but we did not wait until it warmed up ) .Then we were told to go to the washing hammam for the procedures , but we sat there in a queue for 40 minutes on cold stones , by the way, there should be a warm base in the hammam on which the procedures are performed , but it should be , but in fact cold stones , a queue and disgustingly rendered services ( someone does 10 minutes , to whom-that 's 5 ) .
4. "Free transfer to the outlet" was the height of deception. They brought us to some fur center, where they took us to the 1st floor and told us that they had ultra-good things here and the price tags were very adequate and they had 6 floors here. I think okay, maybe now I'll run here for 10 minutes and go for a walk freely on the Side . We passed the first floor , the second floor , I see prices of $ 1300 for shoes , $ 3000 for jackets + a woman walks with us who tells us everything . I honestly tell her that I am not interested in this , that I need an outlet with brands , to which she answers me that they have an agreement with killit global that they bring to them and back ( it's like with shops on the way to the airport and back ) prices x10. She said that a representative of the company was waiting for us downstairs and we could tell her everything . We met with a representative and she asked in surprise , why didn 't Bakhtiar tell you anything ? We only take you to the stores with which we cooperate, if you want to go to the state outlet , then there will be no return transfer, get there yourself, fortunately they took us to Nova Mola , thank you for that.
5. Basins canyon. The tour itself is good, but there is a problem with the prices . We were sold this tour for $ 70 per person, but to another person who lived in a hotel in Antalya for $ 60 . She has an hour more to go before the tour than we do , but the tour is cheaper by $ 10 , how so ? We were on the tour on the same day, both from Kilit global.
In general , I will say that the company may be adequate , but the guides spoil the whole impression of it . There is deception at every step and essentially no help. Everyone asked Bakhtiar to find out about one excursion , he found out all week , so he didn 't find out , he worked hard .
Bottom line: 1) do not take excursions from guides , leave the hotel and there will be a lot of sellers with excursions with prices 40 percent lower ( you can still bargain) . The hotel guide is your enemy, he wants to leave you without money and sell you everything x2 , or maybe x3
2) do not change money from the guides, you can change a few lira for travel and get to the nearest bank ( the course there is very good) , the guide has a very unfavorable course.
3) There are no free transfers to cities! They will take you to some of their shops and you will walk in these catacombs
4) They didn't give us a single check for the tour, always ask! I fucked up myself and thought about it only at the end of my vacation

I had a rest in Side from 17 to 23.09.24. When booking a tour, I saw that the tour operator Biblio Globus. After paying for the tour, I saw that in Turkey we do not have a Biblio Globe, but Kilit Global. Everything seems to be fine, but 2 moments have greatly spoiled our impression. Firstly, the hotel guide Ekaterina! An extremely unpleasant, unorganized girl. She talks to tourists like we're ruining her life. We wanted to go to a concert in Antalya. The transfer from the airport went well, except that the organization could have made a better route to the hotels. It turned out that people were dropped off at the first hotel, drove for 15 minutes in a westerly direction, dropped off at the second, and then went to our hotel, which was a couple of minutes from the first.
The next day we met with our hotel guide. One of the groups vacationing at our hotel was represented by one person. This angered the guide, and he asked the woman to call others, claiming that this situation offends him (after all, he was driving 20 km to us!), and that the children also need this meeting. Then he told everything according to the rules. We asked him if the Letim card we came with was working. He suggested that we check through his card payment machine by withdrawing 5 liras (which he did not return to us). Further, when all organizational issues were removed, he began to sell us tours, which, as we already knew, cost 2 times more expensive than what is available on the Internet and on the street. When everyone refused to buy something from him, the offended one left.
Our departure was originally scheduled for 4 a.m., and the information about the transfer at the hotel was supposed to appear between 18-19 of the previous day, i.e., taking into account the time to the airport, 3-4 hours before departure. As a result, we assumed that we would be informed about the transfer a day earlier, which did not happen. We contacted the guide, who first accused us of not looking at something ourselves, then sent us to the reception.
The return transfer arrived 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. On the way, our bus stopped 30 km from the airport at a store with all sorts of Turkish sweets, wine and other things to squeeze money at last.

During the vacation, my girlfriend became ill due to cake poisoning - I contacted killit global, and they put us in the Alanya Anatolya hospital under insurance. Everything was at the highest level: food, doctors, attitude towards us - all this was paid for by the insurance company. We were very pleased that the insurance that was included in our tour turned out to be not just for a red word, but really works: a day later my girlfriend has already recovered. 2. Excursions. Hotel guides are apparently so strongly motivated to sell excursions that they are ready to sell anything to anyone. As a result, a family with a child was sold a bus tour for 9 hours. The child vomited continuously along the mountain serpentines.
In general, the hotel guide is determined to get rid of you. They will "forget" to remind you about swimming trunks before the tour, and you will find out that there will be a swim already on the bus. They will tell you that there will be an amazing "yacht trip" when in fact you will be taken out 100 meters (right behind the buoys of some hotel) and they will say: "kupaites!".
In general, do not experiment. There are many good operators. KG is not worth your rest.
3. In general, KG guides on transfers are a separate kind of art. We're going on a field trip. We arrived on time and found our bus near the hotel. There is no guide. We sat down and went to look for it. The guide Sofia is sitting in the lobby, reading a book. To the question: what are you doing here? We rested at the Side Yesiloz Hotel from 18.08-27.08, the guides who met and escorted us, very nice girls. They told me everything in detail. They are very nice, sincere and pleasant, for them the rating is the highest) their quality of work is at a height) after arriving the next day there was a meeting with the hotel guide Jamal. Two men came, when asked where you can change rubles for lira, the guide said that only in Manavgat where you need to go for a long time, and said that there is no place in the vicinity. I exchanged rubles for lira at the rate of 1k6. The sum of 12 thousand rubles became equal to 2000 liras. Which surprised us a lot. But since they were very tired, they did not specify why such a course. The guide also provided information that new rules for picking up vacationers 15 hours before departure have been introduced, thereby imposing the purchase of an individual transfer for 70 dollars, which we of course refused. Having rested and walked around the territory outside the hotel, we found 3 exchangers nearby 5 minutes from the hotel. The conclusion is a terrible guide, the quality of work is poor, imposing and ripping off money from vacationers using incorrect methods, also misleading and deceiving. We give this guide a rating of 1. Very bad. Since we previously rested and collaborated with other tour operators and always helped and explained, and most importantly, we did not try to deceive and promote tourists for money. Next time we will definitely know that it is better not to contact this tour operator, but to go with another one where people do their job efficiently, without cheating. One big disadvantage of the trip, which was very upsetting.

It's terrible! Merchants sell excursions above the market price by 2 times, while misinforming about its content, half of it is a lie! Don't buy anything from them! It's better to take it outside, really. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews before buying something through them. So, for example: I bought a TWO-DAY excursion to the Cappadocia Valley. What is the first thing you think when you hear "two-day"? Well, that means two days there. No, that's not true. On the morning of the second day at 7.50 we flew back. I deliberately went to Cappadocia for 2 days to take a quiet walk, with a rest after the flight, but no!!! Everything was crumpled up in the afternoon and back in the morning. We were tired and exhausted, and in the last two stops before going to the hotel, people no longer GOT OFF the BUS, but just sat and waited for it to finally end. The air conditioning on the bus was working very poorly, it was stuffy. Also, in the middle of the day (not at the end, so that we do not go out, but so that we are still more or less active), we were brought to two places "for tasting", where within an hour we were actively sold products 4 times more expensive than the market price. A package of lukuma for $ 25 is an unprecedented divorce)) later, I bought the same one in Migrace (it's like our Auchan) for 400 rubles!!!!
And so, after an 8-hour walk in the heat of 35 degrees, we were brought to the hotel tired and sweaty without air conditioning. But the rest of the hotel was pleasant, colorful, if not for everything else, I would have liked it there.
The most interesting thing happened next, about the balloons, photos of which are shown when selling this tour and which are a kind of business card of this place - to see them, you need to get up at 3 a.m. (before the tour, we also got up at 3 a.m., then we spent the whole day in the heat, it's not difficult to guess which one we beat condition) and pay, attention, $ 50 per person. The guide in Alanya called $ 15 when selling the tour!!!!Skating is paid separately, I was ready to just watch. This and only this option was already told to us by a local guide who was in Cappadocia. The fact that it turns out you can call an Uber for $ 45, get four of us in the car, drive to the observation deck, the driver will wait as long as we want and take us back (it all costs $ 45 per car, not per person), the guide did not tell us, I found out about it at 9 pm from a hotel employee. Well, it's unlikely that the local guide living there didn't know about it, right? Yes, he knew. I didn't tell you because everyone at this agency is trying to squeeze the most money out of you. I don't recommend it.
Our guide Daria offered a tour for a lot of money. I found out from the locals that the prices are two times lower than those offered . When the girl told me about the beauty, I did not specify whether it would be possible to refuse. But she herself did not tell about force majeure (these are their percentages ) .. I called her and asked for a refund because it is very expensive and I can go on this tour twice for this amount. The girl refused, citing the fact that it is not possible to cancel the tour and return the money under the terms of the company.

This office is trying to extort money from you in every way. The hotel guide Agabek gave us a trip to the hammam, showed us a video where everything is beautiful, and as a result we ended up in a public bath with a persistent smell of mold. They promised that women would do the procedures for women, but in fact there were male bath attendants (about 6 people) and only one girl. This is despite the fact that the visitors were mostly women. We spent half a day of our vacation on this nonsense. We decided for ourselves that we don't need any more excursions. But Agabek persuaded us to go on a free shopping tour, he just begged us, because it doesn't cost us anything and he's ticked off. Let's go for nothing!!! The first store was a jewelry store. Gold products with sultanite were sold to us. Upon closer examination of these jewelry, I realized that it was all jewelry, and crudely made. They could not sell the "gold", so they asked to take at least silver, well, at least a small pendant. After much persuasion, he realized that we would not take anything and showed us the way out. They took us to the Ponto MK leather store. That's where they tricked us. My husband tried on a lot of jackets, but we especially liked one, that's right for him, high-quality genuine leather. At that moment, the store's director appeared and very deftly began to process us. When they realized that we were ready to buy and lay out the money now, the consultant quietly took the jacket away. They didn't give us a check, they distracted us with discounts all the time, in general, they talked our teeth out. And they quickly put us in a taxi so that we wouldn't immediately suspect anything. In the evening, after a walk by the sea, we decided to look at the jacket. We just couldn't believe our eyes, it was an exact copy of the jacket that we measured only made of oilcloth!!!! In the morning, we walked to the store ourselves and changed our jacket with a creak. Before that, as they changed, Agabek was at the hotel every day and always greeted cheerfully, but then he disappeared from sight. On the day of departure, the same car that brought us arrived. The guide is the same girl Alana, only this time she did not even greet us (they probably already informed each other there that we did not silently swallow their scam)

We took one tour, Tazy Canyon. The guide said it was close to Alanya. It turned out not to be. The journey takes one and a half to two hours in one direction. On the spot, it turned out that at almost every stage of the tour there are quite strict restrictions for children under 12 years old. We have children 10 years old and it would be good to hear about these restrictions before buying. You can only walk through the mountains by the hand, you can't row on rafting, you can't have a rope park. Of course, in the end you can try everything, but why arrange unnecessary obstacles and not even warn about them?
Nothing was told on the tour. There is no information about what kind of canyon, why and how, what kind of nature, the name of the river. Nothing! Another group of tourists, I do not know from whom the guide, was told about sandalwood trees.
If you just want beautiful photos and vivid impressions of rafting, then you can go. But there won't be anything else.
Kilit Global is a disgusting company. It all started with the girl guide Ekaterina, who assured that their excursions were the best, but in fact it was complete bullshit, on the way the driver forgot to pick up people from one hotel and we returned for them back for 30 minutes, the program itself also leaves much to be desired... lunch in the heat of +40 , screaming music and a pesky animator girl spoiled the mood at the end. On the day of departure, the transfer driver was 45 minutes late! as a result, the whole bus ran to the airport so as not to miss the flight. We do not recommend it.

Day X has arrived. They brought us in furs and said: "If you are not going to go out in this store, then we are not taking you to the hotel. After the shown correspondence with the guide from Killit Global, we were offered to take us to the shopping center, but we get back on our own.
Excursions are very expensive. It is cheaper to buy an excursion on the street, under a canopy. For example, the aquarium on the street costs 55, the company costs 75. When asked Why it is more expensive by 25, the answer surprised me - "if something happens to you in Turkey on an excursion with 3 people, then we will not provide medical assistance, and if with us, we will provide medical assistance." There was a guide, Eugene, who told us everything during the trip, explained and even shared the Internet so that we could inform our relatives that we had arrived.
The next day we had an appointment with the hotel guide Shamil, who talked for a very long time (almost an hour) about all the excursions of the Kilit Global company, which of course was not interesting to anyone. And he said that you can call him for any question, solve any problem 24/7, Killit Global is legally responsible for us during the vacation.
As a result, I decided to take an excursion to the Aquarium in Antalya, worth $ 65, and it was said in advance that the tour includes a check-in at one store next to the Aquarium, and walking around the Aquarium for 2.5 hours.It was said that the bus would pick us up at the hotel at 9:15, and Shamil himself would take us to the bus. I was given a receipt where all this information was indicated, even the name of the store was indicated.
The next day we arrive at the reception at 9:10, we are waiting for Shamil, 15 minutes pass, so there is no one, neither Shamil nor the bus. As a result, at 9:35 Shamil goes to the reception, but he did not come out to us, but to new tourists who have an appointment. I go up to him, I say we had an excursion scheduled for 9:15, and we are still here. He started calling somewhere to find out something, and then he tells me that the bus is already approaching, he was delayed, and sent me the state bus number. All right, we're waiting
It's already 9:55, I'm already calling Shamil and saying that if no one is there at 10:00, then he returns all the money to me (and as it turned out, I had to do so). Suddenly, Shamil throws off the state number of another bus, and says that it will arrive now. It's been 5 minutes, there's no one. I go to the conference room where Shamili had a meeting and explain to him that there is no one there. He abruptly leaves the hall, quickly goes to the exit, without telling me anything, I do not have time to follow him with a small child. He goes outside the hotel, and a minute later he calls me that the bus is waiting behind the barrier. I go there, it turns out that the bus was waiting for us there, and this guide didn't tell us anything about it. Okay, in the end, after almost an hour, we still drove.
In advance, I looked at the map that the Aquarium is not far away (on the outskirts of Antalya, how to go towards Kemer) from our hotel, by bus about 30 minutes away. After 40 minutes, I realize that we are being driven all the way to Antalya, and I ask the driver where we are going, he shows me the name of the Bizon Max store on my phone (as it turned out later, this store is located near the airport) I started calling Shamil, and telling him all this, and reminding him that it was said that the store was located near the Aquarium. And in response, he started talking all sorts of nonsense about money, that the store would bring you and so on. I say, give me the office number, he dropped it off. We have been driving for more than an hour, and I started calling the office, where the girl listened to me, said she would find out everything and call me back, and that's it, there was no feedback. As a result, we were brought to this Bizon Max store, where I explained to the girl that I was extremely unhappy that we had come to them, and that we were not going to go shopping. They found out something for about 10 minutes, and eventually gave us another bus after about 5 minutes. We are being taken to the Aquarium, and previously the driver said that we would drive to the Aquarium for 15-20 minutes, and he would wait for us there until 13:30, at that time it was already 11:40. While we were driving, I started calling the office again, and asking why we were limited to walking around the Aquarium for up to 1.5 hours instead of 2.5. To which I was told that I did not know how much our tour would count on, and they would clarify this information and call me back. As a result, by the time we were approaching the Aquarium, they wrote to me that the driver would be waiting for us at 13:30, and did not explain anything for what reason. I could have ignored it, but I was worried that we would be thrown here, and I didn't know how to get back to the hotel with a small child. And we arrived at the appointed time for the bus. But that's not all. They only gave me a receipt, and they didn't tell me where to go to the Aquarium, where to get our already purchased tickets, and so on, and no one from Killit Global accompanied us. Thank you very much to the bus driver who brought us and told me everything (it's good to have modern translators on the phone).
BOTTOM LINE: the tour was ruined, they didn't even apologize to us and didn't give any answer. I have a lot of experience buying excursions in different countries, but this is the first time I have met such an attitude from a tour operator.
Do not take a tour from this company, it seems they are only interested in money. All correspondence and receipts are kept with me, for proof.
NEVER USE THE SERVICES OF THIS OFFICE. Unfortunately, no one warned us in advance, maybe someone will read my review in time and it will benefit him. Do not agree to any baths, any shopping, any and even free, and even more so to paid excursions. They will take money from you, organize everything at the lowest level, and throughout the time they will try to sell you something and in a very imposed form that the rest will seem like hard labor. However, after watching the reviews and videos, we decided to abandon the Zipline - it's scary, and the age is a respectable 59 years for flights. We called the guide on the day of payment before the end of the working day and warned that we would not use the attraction. The office staff wrote to the NET guide without explanation
All Friday (the day of the tour) we wrote to the office , sent a written application for a refund or replacement . But neither the transfer guide nor the instructor simply reacted.
After my persistent calls, they answered: The issue will be resolved on Monday. Then they asked to write a complaint on the official letterhead - and everything was exactly the exchange and compensation was refused, arguing that they had already paid the partner for the ZIPLine.
I contacted the Zipline office and they informed me that the tour operator had not paid them anything. But even this correspondence did not lead to loyalty.
The TOTAL of $ 150 remained with the tour operator.
KILIT Global. Neither 50% nor a 50% replacement was provided. The girls on the hotline tried to help, but the management is just a GRABBER.

There was already a nicer girl planted, took a small bus (20 seats) to the hotel. On the way, my son got seasick, but they treated us with understanding, waited until we came to our senses, did not hurry and took us to the hotel. The next day there was a meeting with the guide, if I'm not mistaken, Daria, told us a little about the hotel and insurance, we immediately refused excursions, since small children and went exclusively to the sea, she did not be rude and impose something, she said when to find out and how about the return transfer, and that's it we said goodbye. During the vacation, we did not write to her and she did not write to us, and there were no reasons. We left back at 4 am, the group transfer arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time, a large icarus for 15 people, drove comfortably, slept.
During the vacation, we were met by 4 pleasant Russian-speaking girls, everything was fine, the rest was a success.
P. S. On the way back, the accompanying girl (I didn't remember the name) said that their company was quite new, she would be glad to have reviews and about 500 Russian guides came to Turkey this year. I hope that they are all as friendly and competent as our girls with whom we managed to meet.

The organization of the transfer to the hotel and the accompanying person were good, they were comfortably taken on a large air-conditioned bus, on the way they told a little about Turkey and its procedures, gave instructions on staying in Turkey: what documents to have with you outside the hotel, what to do when an insured event occurs, information about the return transfer, etc. In general, there are no questions about the transfer, both there and back were taken well.
Minus the first guide for agitating to change the currency at the hotel, although in fact it is more profitable in the city.
The hotel guide, telling about the excursion to Istanbul, either does not know what the excursion includes, or does not specifically finish. For example, they said that a walk along the Bosphorus would be included in the trip, in the end it turned out that it was a pleasure for an additional fee - from $ 35 per person.
They also offer a free trip to the shopping center, but with a visit to their advertising store. I do not advise, it is better to get to the shopping center yourself, without wasting time on it.
Also, do not fall for the trick that only today and now there is a discount on a two-day tour to Istanbul at the price of a one-day one. We are not in Turkey for the first time and we know about such techniques, but in the absence of more profitable alternatives, we bought an excursion.
The organization of the tour was at a normal level, we were met at Antalya airport, sent where we needed to, upon arrival in Istanbul, we were already met by a Russian-speaking guide who conducted the tour. The guide was good, joked, told interesting stories.
I didn't like the fact that in the heat of 10-point traffic jams for 3 hours they drove around Istanbul along the same streets to bring them to an advertising store with sweets and souvenirs. Because of this, we got into an even bigger traffic jam and had to walk up the hill in the heat to the first attraction, and everyone was exhausted after the flight, etc.
I also did not like that drinks were not included in meals, well, just, for example, 0.5 water. It seemed to me that such a joke with drinks remained in the 2000s, apparently not. People are buying drinks and souvenirs at exorbitant prices in shops even now.
Most of all, I did not like the hotel where I was accommodated for the night, the hotel was very tired despite the 4 stars, and a bed bug was found in the bed.

It is also worth noting that the transfer was delayed for 30-40 minutes, and the driver seems to have forgotten about us at all, because they realized only after we called OURSELVES and found out everything. We were given a printout with excursions, I wanted to clarify questions about them, and in general, the guide's phone is needed just in case. There was no stand at the reception desk, the administrator gave me the phone number of the guide Agabek. But the guide wrote that he no longer works in this organization. It turns out that when he does not inform the tourist, he is so offended, he punishes tourists. On the eve of departure, I was waiting at the reception for a printout of information about the transfer time. Departure is in the morning and it is unclear when they will arrive, whether I will have time for breakfast and whether they will arrive at all. In general, there was a hassle on the last evening, the hotline phone did not answer. I had to write to the Novosibirsk operator who sent me. It turns out that it is the hotel guides of this company who have so much fun and punish tourists who, for some reason, do not come to meetings. It is clear that I will not buy more tours from this company and I do not advise others. If it is difficult to find normal employees in Turkey who help tourists solve some problems, and it is not clear what they are doing, how can you trust such a company? They will only help to spoil the mood and exhaust the nerves on vacation.

We wrote to the hotel guide, he did not help in any way, not with the illness, not with the refund for the tour, he was no longer interested in us. The tour cost $210 per person. For this money, you could rent a yacht for 2 people, and not contact a guide who deceives tourists and communicates until you buy excursions from him!

We had a rest in Konakli in August 2024. Our guide was Balabek. He promises to keep in touch at the meeting, but he doesn't even pick up the phone when there are problems. This company is constantly trying to sell you something, with aggressive sales. They are constantly being delivered "on the way" to their stores with crazy prices))
They promised us to get to Alanya through the shops, but after the second one they said "we're going back to the hotel." As a result, so far we have tried to explain to the store staff that we were promised something else. Balabek did not answer the phone, did not respond to messages. We had to write a transfer waiver and walk!!! For a moment at +34. The friend himself asked after 4 hours in a text message "have you figured it out?". Then he promised to come to the hotel tomorrow and call, make amends somehow, and of course disappeared until the end of the rest. We bought excursions to the Water Park from him ($ 110 is acceptable) and to green Canyon ($ 60), you can safely buy the second one without him, since their price is $ 20-30 on other sites. The girls who accompanied us on the excursions were quite pleasant.
But the impressions are spoiled by that conflict and lack of feedback.
Even on the way back to the airport, we were taken back to some of their souvenir and sweets shops so that we could walk there, and as a result, we arrived at the airport almost in time for the flight.

Then it started to smoke, we got out of it and refused to go any further until we had a car replaced or a taxi sent. We only paid $680 for all the fun.
I really do not recommend contacting this travel agency.

In the evening of the same day, a group of vacationers from another tour agency arrived and they were also settled in the wrong hotel, where the tours were originally purchased.
