We were on a business trip, the company rented us a room for 2 weeks, they did not let us out of the room, they referred to quarantine and that our company forbade us to leave the rooms. This is half the trouble, we were fed 3 times a day, my colleague and I threw out breakfast because it was not particularly edible, we ate only an egg and yogurt for lunch, allegedly "borscht" 2 cabbage 3 potatoes and pale pink water for the second, either macaroni (without delicious) or hard raw rice (side dish by the way delicious) dinner is also what and for lunch without delicious macaroni and meat or cutlet. I don't say anything about Wi-Fi at all, he worked either with me or with a colleague at 2. using Wi-Fi is simply not realistic. The room service is not bad, they came to clean every day.
I put 2 stars for food and Wi-Fi, since for 2 weeks of quarantine from entertainment only the Internet, which barely worked.
The rooms are good. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered in the room. But it is necessary to update the plumbing in some rooms.

The old renovation, the staff is sleeping, the security is generally frightening, the windows and balcony are stupidly sealed with selicon, the only plus is a good parking lot. In short, for 35 thousand for a junior suite, for this money you can find a fresher hotel.
He lived in quarantine. The service is terrible. The staff was uneducated, rude. He communicates "according to concepts". Cleanliness is not monitored. You ask to clean the room once a week, the reaction is like we're asking to build a rocket. You ask to bring water, you wait at least a day (excuses that they fill out some lists). They brought a disposable spoon for the entire quarantine, they said that it was no longer necessary to "guide from above". There are still a lot of disadvantages (it takes a long time to list everything). Although the payment for a room per day is quite huge (the company paid, I went to work through quarantine at this hotel) There are no advantages at all!
The staff does not respond to comments. I stopped twice. The first time everything was fine, except that the reception does not guess to offer a better room if they apply for additional services (tea set, water)! The second time they were moved into a room where there was a persistent smell of cigarettes and not a single window and balcony opened! There is also no extractor hood in the bathroom!!!
