A quiet small hotel in the city. The menu is varied, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are all included, everything is very tasty. Cleopatra City Beach is a two-minute walk away, right across the street from the hotel. The hotels are newly renovated, the rooms are clean and everything works.

I have been vacationing since December 1 with Pegasus. I paid 60 tr for 6 nights (all inclusive) I read negative reviews and was surprised((. Hotel 4 is great. The room has a sea view. The location of the hotel is perfect and the best beach and center are nearby and the bus station is nearby. We checked in as soon as I arrived, I didn't wait until two o'clock. I'll start with the pros :
- they cook very well!!
We did not expect such a turn from the troika at all.
Basically, these are vegetables in different variations - fried , stewed , grilled .
It 's really delicious .
But if you don't like vegetables, then you will stay hungry.

Now to the cons :
- there is a mosque nearby, every morning, at 6 o'clock, we were woken up by "singing";

- I asked for a blanket for three days, but they didn't give it to me ;
-the elevator in the hotel is a separate art form. Every time we thought - will we get there or not😂😂;
- there is no pressure in the shower, no soap, and even no toilet paper!!!

We were in November (11.11. - 18.11 2024), The location is fine. Not far and not close to the center. The food was monotonous (chicken, fish) terrible. The staff is not very friendly. Apparently tired of vacationers.
The bartender thinks he's an important person. He gave out drinks - one tank per hand, no more. He demanded to return the tank back to give a new portion of the drink.
The rooms are almost clean. I clean it every day. But by the end of the season, the towels were tired. The audibility in the rooms is very very high. I can hear everything.
But I can say that the price of the tour corresponds to the quality of the hotel. So you take economy and you get economy. If you don't want to spoil your vacation experience, I don't recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, we were checked into a nearby hotel ("Miss Cleopatra"), because there were no rooms with double beds in Golden Beach. The Miss Cleopatra Hotel is under restoration, I saw a cockroach on the first day + the room is a thousand times worse than the one we paid for. I noticed a tendency that many Russian speakers initially do this, and if you do not demand a normal number, everything will be left that way. One woman immediately contacted the hotline and was put in a nice room. As a result, after 3 days we were moved to Golden Beach, but I could barely catch Wi-Fi in the room. Our host party (a guide in Turkey from Coral Travel) also said that the Miss Cleopatra hotel is also a founder and he can settle wherever he sees fit. Although it is not spelled out anywhere.
The food in the hotel is disgusting. We are not particularly picky, but we would like high-quality food. There was often a smell. Of the fruits, only an orange, an apple (not always) and a watermelon.
Alcohol is included, but local.
According to my feelings, the room was not cleaned much, only the garbage was taken out.
There are a lot of people on the beach, the water is often dirty. Chaise longue and umbrellas are paid, 210 liras.
The only advantage is the Location - it is really convenient to get there, we went to the bazaar, the lighthouse and climbed the fortress. Everything is on its own.
In general, as it turned out, all the bad reviews are true. It's up to you to make the decision, but after this hotel, I won't go to Turkey for a long time.

Why is the table so terrible? It is clear that the products are good - but the cooking is completely tasteless, just a translation of the products! The rice is undercooked, the pasta is overcooked, tomato paste is in all dishes (unfortunately I can't eat it), potatoes are baked right in the peel and with the ground.... for the first time in Turkey, I find myself in a hotel where there is nothing to choose from food. The bucket from which pancakes are made for breakfast has such a dirty appearance that it is scary to try them. The pan where the fried eggs are fried is terribly dirty. The fish (mackerel) is overcooked and like rubber, oval cutlets are generally not clear from what.... Well, it's just a quiet horror. Moreover, those dishes that are elementary to cook are spoiled - in general, all cooks are either not cooks at all or they are hacks. Figure it out, please!!
The hotel itself is not bad - it was settled quickly, the room is clean, the sea is across the street, the hotel is small but cozy. But the food is a disaster.

NICE, QUIET, PEACEFUL HOTEL
70% of vacationers are elderly Germans. The location is excellent, away from the center, it is noticeable by the prices around. Within walking distance of the shops migros, bim, 101. Carrefour is open 24/7, generally an excellent store. Bus 1 runs constantly, to the center and to the other end of Alanya is not a problem. The beach is good, sun beds are paid, it is better to buy them for rent on the beach, you can bargain much cheaper than they offer at the hotel. They don't give you beach towels. the lobby is free, weak, but it is quite possible to correspond, people managed to talk. Terrible service. We came for a honeymoon, we ruined the whole mood. They put me in a terrible room , everything is shabby , old, a view of the neighboring house, when asked to give me another room, they send me away for half an hour, then they say that there are no places. A wonderful hotel! Stylish interior, clean, cozy rooms, renovated. They do not clean willingly, the floor is washed for show, but this is nonsense. The food is quite decent, if you are not picky. For breakfast, cereals, porridge, eggs, sausages, ham, cheeses, herbs, vegetables. Lunch and dinner: meat, fish, chicken, salads, vegetables, side dishes, soup alone, tortillas, wonderful sweets. Fruits : apples, watermelon, plums. There are local drinks on the bar, quite decent. The hammam is good, I expected a little different, the massage is excellent. The staff is trying, smiling. In the evening, there is music by the pool, there is no animation, but we didn't need to. Near Cleopatra beach, 3 minutes walk, great beach. Within walking distance of the funicular and Alanya fortress, cave. Walking for 15-30 minutes. I would come here again, but I need to visit new places, and I recommend it to you!

The room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. WiFi is free only in the lobby and at a low speed. You can purchase room access for 13 euros (for June 14-22, 2023). I advise you to go to the sports bar nearby, order something and ask for a password from the network. We used this wifi for 6 days, but every 5-7 days the owner of the establishment changes the password)) There are no kettles in the rooms (there was information about their availability at the time of booking). There are 2 swimming pools (well cleaned), sun loungers, a water slide, a bar, an area with a hammam and massage. Thin walls between adjacent rooms and noisy with windows facing the road at night. Quiet and nice apartment. The furniture was "tired", but the room was not neglected. After reading the tips on how to get one, she immediately gave $ 30 to the reception and asked for a room in the main building, on the 4th floor, with direct sea views and a well-functioning air conditioner. The admin said, "No problem," and gave me the number I asked for. The second typical complaint in the reviews was about food. Well, of course, not Michelin. But there is something delicious for every meal. The most delicious food is cooked outside. Chicken and turkey predominate. But it's strange to expect pork steak in a Muslim country. They gave both liver and beef. There is fish every day. There are a lot of different delicious eggplant dishes. Juices, of course, chymose. But there are always sliced oranges. We stayed at this hotel with my daughter in early June 2023. We thank the staff for their hospitality. A HOTEL WHERE WE WERE NOT EXPECTED. We had a family vacation at this hotel from July 15 to July 25, 2023. We drove from Antalya airport for 3 hours with the delivery of all tourists. They were late for dinner until 21 o'clock. I had to eat in a cafe at my own expense, so also our rooms, which we ordered in advance two standards with a sea view, were not there. They said there was an electrician repair and settled in economy rooms in the second building. The next day, the hotel guide Evgenia did not help us with the settlement, she said it was not for her, but she was only interested in what time we were in Turkey and whether we would take excursions. Naturally, we refused and, having provided her with the necessary documents, went to solve our problems with resettlement. After paying 30 euros at the reception, we received our standard rooms in the 1st building. And Evgenia did not even send information to the reception on the day of departure about the time of departure from the hotel. I had to call the hotline to find out because her phone was not answering. That's how the hotel guide works there. And it doesn't matter which tour operator you have, she's there alone for everyone.

The food is normal, delicious, but it does not shine with variety, everything repeats every other day. The fruits were apples and oranges, sometimes watermelon, unripe peaches and apricots, once there was a melon. Drinks include packaged juices of 3 flavors, carbonated drinks, tea, coffee and locally produced alcohol (the wine is terrible, the rest can be drunk).
Internet is paid - 13 euros per person! in 10 days. The lobby is free, but sooo weak.
The hotel consists of 3 buildings, 2 swimming pools.
On the plus side: the sea view (if the room allows) is gorgeous! The beach is a minute's walk away, although the beach itself was disappointing, namely, the entrance to the sea itself is washed away by waves and there are curved stone slabs underfoot, on which you can cut your legs or even break them.
Sun loungers on the beach are paid, but they give you an Internet password (valid for several days).
The sea is very warm, calm, moderately clean.
It is better not to take excursions from guides, the cheat is up to 200%, the service is the same, but it is better to ask around on the street.

We had a rest from May 14 to May 25, 2023. I paid a little extra for a room with a sea view and was not disappointed. You go out on the balcony and in front of you across the street is the sea, it's a great view. The food is also very good, for all the days it has not been so that something did not like it. In general, it's nice to have dinner with a view of the sea.
We bought a sunbed on the beach and connected the Internet to us (Beach No.16 network), so this Wi-Fi reached the balcony of our room. The room is on the 3rd floor of the second building.
