Vacationed with my husband in September 2023. The hotel is old, it can be seen that it is very tired. The most friendly was our maid, there was cleaning, but she didn't seem to be there.Only changed the bed and towel.A huge queue of hungry, very hungry vacationers.I have been to Turkey for the 7th time and I have seen such queues for the first time. It's very annoying.Future tourists be prepared that it will always be 3 times a day.The photos on various sites are beautiful, in fact a very weak hotel. They save on everything.I would put 3-.I definitely won't come back and I won't recommend it.

The food is peculiar, but this is not the case in the hotel, it is the same everywhere (of course, there may be European cuisine somewhere). The juices in the vending machines are not diluted with water, the coffee from the machines is good, the bar is like in most cocktails.
We arrived on May 10th, maybe it's not the season, but after a few days it was already a little hot for us. The room was given a two-room room, although a 3-bed standard was ordered (and without any hints of money). The room is not perfect, some of the furniture is tired, but it is all good and high-quality, two balconies, a view of the pool-bar-sea, two TVs, two air conditioners, a small kitchen, there are no significant complaints.
You can't cross the road to the water, you can't walk to the shopping centers, we walked to Damlatash once, we didn't walk anymore, although it seems like 2 km is not so much, we took a bus a couple of times (drivers take as much as they want, some less than the cost, and some in full), there were four of us and everything else we took a taxi for a while (5 euros (100 liras) within a radius of 2-2.5 km, when further away, then according to the meter), to the Alanium taxi 120-130 liras.
In the dining room, the dishes are cleaned promptly, but they are not torn out of their hands. Practically no one speaks Russian, the majority of the contingent at the hotel are Germans and British.
A dollar under the ashtray does wonders with cleaning, towels were changed almost every day, washed with a decent amount of bleach.
The staff is attentive, but not annoying.
We went to the beach for an hour in the morning and in the evening, once we took sun loungers, but realized that we did not need them, we bought towels for 120 lira in the nearest store, in the next one we bought leather jackets for everyone, cheaper than in the big market.
Of the cons: there are no beach towels, no bathrobes, there is no free bar on the beach, but these are disadvantages for those who spend their days on the beach.

Let's start from the beginning: outwardly, the hotel is OK, when I went to the reception, I still had no idea that the hotel was so tired. Coming up to the counter with the words "I need to check in", a tanned Turk with white teeth and a wide smile told me "only in English or German", cool, right?) considering that 30-40% of the vacationers in this "hotel" are Russian. After my explanation in English what I still need from him, he handed me a card from the room, shoved a piece of paper with a schedule of breakfasts, lunches and dinners under his nose (fortunately I guessed to take a picture of it, he eventually did not give this piece of paper into my hands) I was sent to the room. A cool start?) Turkishhospitality in all its glory.
So, about the room: mine was on the 2nd floor, with a balcony and a view of the neighboring rooms, but it was quiet, you have to pay tribute. Of course there was no water in the room.When I came to the room, I immediately saw sand, hair on the floor, dirty mirrors. It was already evening, I did not deal with it, I decided to wait for the next cleaning. It so happened that the next day they cleaned up with me while I was sitting on the balcony. Cleaning took exactly 5 minutes… After the maid left, what I saw: yes, the same thing) the same dirt that I described above. The difference was only in the garbage taken out. The floor was wiped exactly in the middle of the room, a very small part, sand was everywhere, hair, unfortunately, too. It smelled terribly strong chemicals. Approaching the reception, I asked to clean up normally, to which the answer was "the maids have already left, they work until 16 o'clock (!), I will call a friend and she will clean up" Well, they really cleaned up better, but the ill-fated mirrors were dirty until the end of the vacation, as well as the bed linen, which is not changed not once in 10 days! Speaking of bed linen: there were stains on it, which apparently do not wash off. What it's like to sleep on this, judge for yourself. Towels were changed every 2-3 days, but some of them were all in the hooks, which is also unpleasant.

So, let's move on to one of the most important points, food. She was nothing, in my opinion. Absolutely tasteless, incomprehensible piggy. From normal meat there were nuggets))) overcooked, shriveled, frozen in the former, everything is classic. There were almost no fruits, oranges, plums, apples - I came across all unripe. delicious watermelon and melon. This is where the variety ends. And this despite the fact that there is a migros with delicious fruits and vegetables in a 2-minute walk (by the way, there were only tomatoes and cucumbers and greens from vegetables in the hotel) The funny thing is that the visitors of the hotel could be seen not only by the red bracelet (which by the way was terribly scratched), but also by the bags of products from Migros)) There were delicious sweets, but not all of them. The dining room itself is a separate pain: cooks in dirty aprons, without gloves. In the mountain of "clean" dishes, I several times came across leftovers on plates, forks /spoons were also dirty. And I remind you, the velvet season, there are a lot of vacationers! The tablecloths on the tables are stained and stained. There was a cooler with water in the hall and the inscription "do not collect bottles", so I went and bought water in migros))) cool, isn't it? Come to all inclusive without water and food norms! The only plus from this situation: I lost a little weight.
Next, the beach: yes, really very close, cross the road and that's it. But! Sunbeds and umbrellas are 75lir, they say it's cheaper on the neighboring beaches, but I haven't checked. Sun beds are dead in places, umbrellas are torn somewhere, rusty somewhere. The entry into the sea is abrupt, almost immediately the depth and plates. There is a small good approach on the sand, but there are always a lot of people grazing there. The beach is generally clean, the staff is nice, funny guys.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools, also generally good, I didn't smell a strong smell of bleach, I swam once and didn't catch anything - it's already good.
The conclusion is: the hotel is sooo tired, they save on everything they can (in the lobby, even the lights are not fully turned on and you sit in semi-darkness), Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby, rather slow, so I advise you to buy a local SIM card. Service for 3, in principle, no one cares about you) go figure out for yourself what is how and where it is, but fortunately, everyone is quite friendly. The food is terrible, the atmosphere is like in a boarding house built in 2010 (this explains that there are quite a lot of elderly people in the hotel) They clean up badly, get off. It was a shame to pay a rather large sum for accommodation for THIS, I won't even call it a hotel. This is a 3* stretch. All inclusive where you have to pay extra at every step. It was possible to give the same money for a good 5*.
Great hotel, had a rest in October. Very close to the sea, far from the center, which is also a plus, very well fed , wonderful rooms. I really liked it.

Officially, the hotel is 4 stars. Really, it probably pulls three. Cosmetic repairs and plumbing repairs are required. No sound insulation. The food is buffet style, but not very varied. We rested for a week in May, for a week there was never any meat, only chicken or turkey. For lunch, there is only one type of soup, one type of fish and poultry in different types. Of the fruits, only oranges and grapefruit. Side dishes include rice and pasta.
But we are more interested in the sea, and it is two steps away - just cross the road. The hotel is on the first line.
This is a terrible hotel. It's not 4 stars, I wouldn't put 3 either. But I went there for a few days for an event, so I can survive. The rooms are dirty, the plumbing is old, everything is in a raid, in the morning the room stinks of burnt fried eggs from the kitchen, The linen is clean, there are no complaints about towels, everything is clean, everything is changed. A separate story with blankets - there are none! You cover yourself with a waffle towel, and if it's suddenly cold, then wool blankets come from the 90s, which certainly do not wash in any way! I'm sure there's a new life in them. There is only one card from the room and it does not matter how many of you live there. There were three of us and it was completely uncomfortable! Paid wifi for the room is generally a song, of course, the only thing I put at least some kind of star here is the food, it's delicious and quite varied, white wine and beer are also OK. This is the only thing that brought pleasure from staying in this place. And of course the beach is across the street, it's convenient. But it's not 4 stars! In general, I do not recommend it and I do not plan to return.

The dust from the bed, which is not covered with a separate blanket, but only with the one you cover yourself with and the linen on which does not change as stated in the hotel services, also had to be shaken out on their own. The second time, three specialists entered the room twice, without knocking and without permission, opening the door to the room with a hotel service card. And only after TWO times, after receiving comments about the incorrectness of behavior, they called from the reception and asked for permission to enter the room. There are also many minor problems - there was no water in the room several times, the elevator got stuck twice for a couple of minutes, toiletries are put only on the day of arrival, bed linen is not changed, the outdoor air conditioner unit of the neighboring room, hung on the wall of your room, makes noise and interferes with sleep, audibility everywhere as in one large room). One of the employees of the reception (see photo) does not react at all to the appeals of vacationers. He works more often than others. The idea arises that this is also the policy of the hotel management, because not a little has been written about its work, but there are no changes. Do not use the services of a self-taught manicurist from their rural house of culture (she cuts her nails in different directions, does not apply the varnish carefully and removes it all from the skin just with her fingers, the coating is not of high quality, the nail broke on the second day). Who really works at the hotel is the kitchen. They cook well and treat their work responsibly, but the menu is meager. But its diversity depends on the budget allocated by the hotel management. The hotel consists of 4 buildings, only the first building belongs to the 1st line, where you can get only for an additional payment, which you will be asked to pay at the reception immediately upon check-in in various ways (surcharge for a safe, for umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, etc.). There are no irons and kettles in the hotel.

They are fed in the dining room for 3 people. Soups are some kind of goo. It is not clear whether it was boiled carrots, or semolina was diluted, generally so-so. This is not the kind of hotel where you can live on the territory with pleasure for the whole vacation. The food is monotonous. Absolutely not worth the money. During the whole vacation we visited three different hotels, this one was the most expensive, the biggest disappointment. Wi-Fi works poorly and only in the room, although they used to write that they even took it on the beach. There is no children's animation, the playground is running. Adult animation once every 4 days and then - the guys arrived, danced and left.

The Turks are excessively indifferent...this blurs the overall impression of a vacation in this country, so nothing has changed since my first visit. As for a specific hotel, I put 3, if quarantine does not allow hotel owners to provide a higher level of service, then this approach to business (eternal and total savings on everything)... A huge plus of this hotel is its
location relative to the beach - less than 80 m (4 minutes walk). I do not recommend a hammam in this hotel, because because of the quarantine, the hotel is forbidden to provide sauna services, you will be stupidly rubbed with foam, for the same money as in a full range of services in a hammam ... The hammam was gorgeous in a luxury spa center called "Cleopatra". Wi-Fi works every other time, the only Russian-language channel is on TV, it's going badly, the staff is restrained, tortured, without enthusiasm.

I looked at the computer for a very long time, choosing my single room. As a result, I gave it with two beds and a bathroom with doors on top instead of curtains{((((. I returned and began to explain that I had a single, but I did not tip, so there is no conversation. In the morning I wrote to my tour operator and at a meeting with the guide I told him and together they gave me a normal room. In the puffs, I forgot my sneakers there, because I wore flip-flops and it was comfortable at a temperature of +30. I realized this when I started packing my suitcase home 10 days later. I turned to the reception desk to the same owner of the counter. At first he had no time, then he has no idea when the cleaner comes, and when I found her and came up together, he ran into her at all. Then someone called and said that no one had seen anything. I also tried to ask different services, but Alas. I'm going to St. Petersburg in sandals.
I want to write about nutrition separately. You can eat, you won't be hungry, but you need to see freshly cooked food. Since what remains from dinner and lunch is mixed with garlic, sauces and a bunch of onions. It's mostly salted or peppered chicken or turkey. The fish was given some kind of steamed tadpoles, semi-steamed or undercooked mackerel and something like sprats, fried in old oil, bitter. This is in 10 days.
