I want to share my experience of working with the Climat24 company, which turned out to be extremely positive!
Recently, I decided to install an air conditioner in my apartment and contacted Climat24 on the recommendation of friends. From the very beginning, the interaction was at the highest level: manager Daria listened carefully to my wishes and suggested several suitable models. She explained all the details and features that helped me make the right choice.
When it came time to install the air conditioner, the installation team was just great! They arrived on time, worked quickly, but very carefully. After the installation was completed, they cleaned everything up and even explained how to use the device correctly. I was pleasantly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.
As for the air conditioner itself, it works flawlessly! I enjoy the comfortable temperature in the apartment, and now even the hottest days are not scary for me.

I ordered the installation of a split system in one of the rooms of the apartment at the peak of the heat. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and services. We discussed split system options with manager Nikolai and after 4 days the split system was already installed, which I was incredibly glad about. The installation itself was very fast and professional, practically free of dust and dirt, since all work on drilling holes is carried out using a construction vacuum cleaner, all my wishes for the highway route, taking into account the minimization of damage to the house decoration, were taken into account. The air conditioner works properly in all modes. Many thanks to the company Klimat24 in the person of the manager Nikolai and the team of installers (who out of modesty wished to remain anonymous:-)) for the professionally and qualitatively rendered services, you are well done and keep it up! I'm thinking about installing a second air conditioner in the kitchen in autumn or winter.
UPD. In the next 5 months, 2 more split systems were installed in the apartment, now the entire apartment can be cooled in summer and heated in the off-season. I have no complaints about the quality of the equipment and installation work, everything was done at the highest level. Thanks for the discounts, as a regular customer)

When you buy an air conditioner or order paid services, the company is interested in you. They will call, write in messengers, and be very active. God forbid you get into a warranty case.... Unfortunately, after buying a new brand of air conditioner a year ago, a new model, so praised by the sales manager, the compressor failed.. And this is where the company's services end and interest in you as a client disappears. You will spend a lot of time to get through to them, and if you are lucky and you get through from another number, they will apologize at most and promise to call back, but of course they will not. Warranty (that is, free service) from the company Climate 24. White is missing from the word at all. Think 10 times before you go for the slogans "7 years warranty". Most likely, this means that if a warranty event occurs, you will repair their air conditioner for 7 years... Sadness and shame..

Hello everyone. I ordered two air conditioners in klimate24 at different times. I bought into a 7-year warranty. The first air conditioner was installed for 5 hours. It took a long time, but in fact it was good in the end, if compared with the installation of the second air conditioner. The second air conditioner was installed by another team at another time. It was delivered quickly in 2 hours. But the outdoor unit was not hung on a level with the first one, i.e. it would have to be hung 15 cm lower. The view from the window is blocked. It seems a trifle, but the bandura is in front of your eyes every time you approach the window. I called the company, the advantage is only paid and it is unknown when.
I fully support the review of one of the clients, who wrote that the whole interest of the company lies in the sale of air conditioners, and with the installation of strain. I will order subsequent air conditioners from another company.
