They set a time at which they do not arrive, then another and again the same thing and so on several times. Then write on your website that you are not interested in installing without selling and there will be no questions. Why specify a service if you don't want to implement it? I thought about installing an air conditioner in the apartment. At work, I put it through another company, cooperation with which left, to put it mildly, not very good impressions.
I decided to cooperate with this company to install an air conditioner in the apartment, and I did not lose. Everything worked out from the moment of application, to installation.
Manager Konstantin selected the best option for my needs, answered all my 100,500 questions, put the equipment in reserve, waited until I received permission to install from the administration, and it took about 3 weeks.
The installation was carried out at a convenient time for me. The installation guys (two Dmitry) are great fellows. We did everything as quickly as possible (about 1.5 hours). They work very well together. During the installation, they answered my questions and took into account all my wishes. The whole installation process took place in a friendly atmosphere (we laughed and talked). They didn't leave a speck of dust behind. In general, I am 150% satisfied with the work of the entire company (and I am a very demanding client)). Nowadays it is extremely difficult to find high-quality service. I definitely recommend these guys.

At the appointed time, no one arrived and a couple of minutes before their office closed, the manager called and said that they could not find the woods or someone allegedly took them and did not give them away. He said we could do it tomorrow at a convenient time. There is no feedback the next day either. The tubes are not lifted, I could only get through to the installer, who said that they would not be able to arrive at the agreed time.

The next day he called back , saying what was going on ? They say there was an overlap - let's rewrite you ..............

I put gree 12 to my mother at about 17 years old. The master installer Sergey steered everything and did everything in the best possible way.
Then, in the summer, I installed a 7-piece Chinese in my bedroom. The installation is terrible, Sergei broke his arm then and two young men came. For 2.5 hours, they beat into the connection of the concrete slab fittings of the balcony (corner of the slab). A piece of the slab was chipped off from the outside. We arrived late, but before 19 pm. I felt sorry for the neighbors and I could easily get a fine. The management says that I had to prevent them...
They were installed with grief in half, when the plug was connected, the ground was simply bitten off. He asked to restore it. When connected, even closed. Then I disassembled the plug, and the ground, contacts, burned off and the grounding wire just touched the contact.
They no longer vacuum the system, but simply release a little gas to fill the empty system. It's probably faster this way...
they apologized for such a situation and, as compensation, offered a free one, without which their seven-year warranty is canceled. THEY ONLY WASHED THE INTERNAL UNIT WITH STEAM, NATURALLY DISASSEMBLING THE CASE. There was no washing with chemicals, no pressure measurement, as their manager sang.
That's why they call in the cold, I put the air conditioner on in the summer, they called for the first time after 1.5 years in winter, they spent it and now they call in winter. I ask you to spend IT in the summer, they threaten that they will withdraw from the warranty!
They charge 90p for that, and all they do is wash the indoor unit with steam and that's it!
