I would like to express my deep gratitude for the well-chosen tour to Georgia from 03.07 to 18.07. It was a great vacation😍 The warm clean sea and bright sun accompanied our entire vacation. Everything was clearly thought out, all stops, good transit hotels, a wonderful Anorita hotel in Kobuleti, a comfortable bus cooled us in the heat. The accompanying Elena is a good and pleasant woman, we were delighted with her!🩷🩷🩷Always with a smile, she did not leave anyone, solved all issues, gave advice. In Kobuleti, we rested at the Anorita Hotel. The hotel left a great impression, a great location on the first coastline with direct access to a private beach. Friendly and friendly staff who will always come to the rescue with any questions)clean rooms with balconies, there is a swimming pool on site. A quiet place, with beautiful and fascinating views to relax in. And I also can't help but mention the Georgian cuisine, it's an abundance of delicious wine and cheeses.

A review of how my husband and I went to a bus party with the KobuletiTravel company. 17.07 - 1.08. There will be no intrigue, everything was excellent!
Starting with booking a trip. Julia took into account all our wishes, picked up everything for us in the best possible way and sent us with a good mood and gifts for sleeping on the bus.
We were greeted by a comfortable bus with soft comfortable seats, USB charging, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The transit hotels were of very good quality, and some even surprised!
I would like to say a huge thank you to the people who were with us these bus days and decorated them incredibly!
Thanks to our best guides Natalia and Igor! You created the mood for us to rest and travel! It was so easy, fun, sincere, comfortable with you, as if we had known each other for a long time, you are calm and kind to us in any situation.

A very interesting situation has developed with this tour company.
We bought vouchers from another travel company in Batumi, they did not have the right number of people and we were joined by Kobuleti Travel (there were not many people either). The trip was from 18.09 to 03.10
When we went there, we were put in one person for 2 seats. It was quite convenient to drive. Transit hotels, breakfasts in them, most of the stops were not bad. The tour from Gruzinsky near Mtskheta and around Tbilisi was wonderful. Actually, there are 2 points for this.
When we were driving back, people took the bus to us who bought tickets as a transfer (we were told that this would happen). And they put us in jail for 2 people (they also warned us). But not everyone sat down for 2, literally 10 people (5 pairs), 4 of whom are new people. There is still one free pair of seats left. a woman moved onto them, the guide immediately came and told her to move. The woman objected to why almost everyone is sitting on 1, and we have to sit on 2 (2 people on this bus to go is just hell, it is not designed for long journeys, it is banal - there are no tables). The guide replied, almost quoting, "because these people bought tickets to Kobuleti Travel, but you didn't. But those who sit for 2 can also ride comfortably, you can buy the remaining 2 seats for $ 50." Excuse me? We are obviously not going for free, what is the separation between our own and others? How much is it legal? Is the management aware? There was also a moment at the gas station when the guide offered a strange man to pay with points and take money in return. It would be interesting to hear what the tour company will say to this.

Good service, the trip was 17.09-02.10.2023 to Georgia, when booking the tour we were fully informed about everything, fully answered all our questions and gave advice. The trip was about 3 days , the bus was comfortable , the attendant answered everything and was not annoying , but unfortunately he lacked an internal rod to rein in some passengers who from the first minute of the trip started drinking on the bus all the way and interfering with others , but this is not the fault of the company , but the fault of people who are all exactly and others . The hotel was a Panorama in Kobuleti , the hotel is like a hotel , the pillows and the bed are terrible , the room itself leaves much to be desired , dirty , so when choosing a hotel , look at the reviews on at least 3 different platforms , but they offered us better , but we decided to save money .
The travel agency itself is good , I advise you , everything is on time , quick answers and complete , there are zero complaints about the quality of the services provided . Thank you very much for a good rest!))))

I issued vouchers with my wife, I also paid for the last 5 seats on the bus so that my wife could lie down

We drove very slowly after Bryansk, because the clutch flew in the bus
They were supposed to be in Voronezh at about 20.00
But we arrived only at 2 a.m. for the night
The rise was already at 8.00 and breakfast immediately
During breakfast, we were informed that we would leave no earlier than 11-12 o'clock, so we still sat on our suitcases for several hours
In general, we left....
We hadn't even driven 200 km when the breakdown started again
But that's it, there's nothing you can do quickly on the spot
We were told that we had to wait for another bus for 5 hours
We are sitting and waiting
The Georgian bus arrived
Well, like a bus, outwardly yes, but inside there is no salon
Half of the cabin without seats
There were not enough places for people
Not to mention our last 5 places
But in general, we drove to Rostov with such a Makar
On the way, of course, the Georgians treated us to wine (burnt), in Rostov my wife vomited
Then we got on another bus
We reached the border and crossed it quickly
The program included visits to several attractions
But since we were already driving 8 hours later
They decided that we would go to Tbilisi in the morning to watch
We were briefly shown all the places (although we had to ride on them for half a day (Kobuleti travel wanted to absolve themselves of responsibility, allegedly we took you)
We got to Kobuleti, checked into the panorama hotel
Very close to the sea (it's great)
But the rooms are damp, you can't put anything in the closet and chest of drawers, because then you have to burn your things from the stench of dampness
In general, the hotel itself is more or less and the city of Kobuleti itself is wonderful
But I don't recommend Kobuleti travel to anyone
During the rest, the whole group of us thought we would have some kind of dinner, like for joints all on the road, but no one even thought about it from the organizers
The guide is just g..... with a small letter
I'm not at ease at all

On the way back we met a good guide
At least he told me some interesting things
The road ruined the rest, but Georgia itself is very wonderful

Tour to Georgia, Kobuleti from 06/01/2023 to 06/16/2023. I must say right away that you will not get a vacation with this travel agency. I'll start with the most terrible thing — the road to Georgia. We left Minsk at 6:30 a.m., somewhere at the beginning of the journey across Russia, our bus began to break down. Of course, they didn't tell us about it right away, but we noticed that the bus was going slowly. After 9-10 hours of driving, the drivers stopped on the highway and tried to fix the bus for about an hour. As it turned out, 5-6 gears stopped switching. Then the drivers or escorts decided to somehow get in 4th gear to our first transit hotel in Voronezh and fix it overnight. Due to such a breakdown, we drove even slower, which is why we checked into the hotel in Voronezh in the dead of night (after 1:00), which shortened our stay at the hotel after a long journey. In the morning they said that we would leave at 8-9 in the morning, but as a result, the repair of the bus took longer, and we left only at 11:30. Of course, we all thought that the bus had been repaired after all and everything would be fine with us, but as it turned out, no. After only 3.5 hours of driving from Voronezh, the bus finally broke down, the clutch burned out. And instead of stopping the bus somewhere at a gas station or parking lot with a normal toilet, we were stopped in a field with local sheds and a wooden toilet. There we were informed by the attendant that the bus is broken, and we need to wait for a new one for about 5-6 hours!!! QUESTION: why were we not initially left in Voronezh at the hotel, so that since we are wasting so much time, but at least not in a field with a wooden toilet!!! But the story did not end there, 5 hours later a new bus arrived — a Georgian bus, where A COUPLE OF ROWS OF SEATS were MISSING in the back, and SOME PEOPLE SIMPLY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SEATS!!! Of course, people started arguing with the attendant that it was simply dangerous to ride on such a bus! As a result, after 1.5 hours of swearing, they decided to somehow get on this bus to Rostov-on-Don and transfer to a new normal bus. In Rostov, we boarded a new bus, which we rode all night, and in the morning, for some reason, we boarded the 4th bus again. The bus was much worse than our first one: the cabin was still fine, but the air conditioning was almost not working, it was very stuffy and hot on the bus on the way to Kobuleti. I also wanted to add about excursions to Tbilisi. According to the plan, we were supposed to arrive at the transit hotel in Tbilisi in the afternoon and catch the tour, but due to a bus breakdown, we arrived there around 9-10 pm. When we arrived, our escort informed us that we would have a night tour of Tbilisi after check-in. Just so you understand, it was raining outside, it was late, it was dark, and after such a long and hard road, people want to take a break at least a little. Of course, we all started arguing with the escort again so that the tour would be postponed until the morning. It's good that we managed to insist on this. Our first escort was Andrey, a man who did not understand at all what to do and how to do it. When we boarded the second bus, he didn't even have a connected phone. Fortunately, one of the passengers had a Russian SIM card, and we were able to arrange a transfer to another bus. I will say a little more about our hotel "Amirni". Yes, it was the most budget-friendly, so it was very old. Old furniture, a bathtub and a toilet are combined: the shower is just a faucet in the middle of the wall with a shower head (therefore, the floor was always almost wet, as well as the toilet, since there is not even a curtain or some kind of shower compartment). Pros: the room has a refrigerator and a TV with Internet connection. The hostess of the hotel is a wonderful Georgian woman, always ready to tell you what and how. In general, I do not advise contacting this travel agency. Yes, a bus breakdown is such a thing, it can happen to everyone, but in such situations we expect support from escorts and a quick solution to the problem, and not a stop in the field for 5 hours, a change of 4 buses and then an offer to go on a city tour at night, immediately after the road and in the rain.

I had a rest from January 20 to January 28 in Gudauri hotel Gudauri NUT, I was satisfied.
Thanks to the girls from the travel agency, they organized breakfast + dinner for me, I did not have to pay extra for single accommodation, I flew alone, there was constant feedback on Wi-Fi, it feels like they rested with me, I would still stay for so long. The vacation is unforgettable.
Mountains, a wheelchair, saunas, discos, friendly hotel owners Akaky, Natalia, Kobo. New acquaintances are Czechs, Estonians, Americans of Russian origin, Russians, Australians, Germans, etc.despite the military actions, everyone was united by a wheelchair. Friendly Georgians were treated to all sorts of sweets by the locals, treated to wine and tea. But most of all the impressions are from the mountains. Next year I will fly again and only with Kobuleti travel 🎿🫶🥰

We rested at the Anorita hotel with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, then moved to the YES hotel with the best staff, the wonderful guys are always ready to help. The sea is clear with pebbles, but this does not interfere in any way, especially if you are lovers like me to pick them up. We visited a lot of places, I have not seen such views anywhere. I am really grateful for such a high level of organization.

We ordered a trip to Georgia from this travel agency, the benefit is that the country itself was very admired, but the quality of the services provided by the travel agency leaves much to be desired. The bus broke down after crossing the border with the Russian Federation, we stood in the heat with children for more than three hours, there was no question of changing the bus, a smaller bus was sent on the way back, some tourists had to ride almost on the steps, almost the whole way there was one driver, the hotel in reality was far from the description on the website... In general, I do not recommend it....

We had a rest with our family from June 27 to July 7 at the Kobuleti Anorita Hotel. I liked the hotel itself, the rooms, delicious breakfasts (were included), proximity to the sea. The only thing is that the embankment was not yet completed, but there was not much work left, so I think it is already ready)
The beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is also frequent, waves are frequent.
The flight was very comfortable and fast, the service at the hotel was good.
Close to Batumi (you can easily and quickly get by minibus), but also in Kobuleti itself and the surrounding area there are things to do and see).
The girls from Kobuleti travel are very attentive, they helped you navigate and choose the perfect vacation option!

We purchased a tour to Georgia from 13 to 28.09.22 by bus. The road to Kobuleti is generally tolerable, only the distance between the rows of chairs for dwarfs is hard to sit. The group was about 30 people and the representative of the tour operator, Andrey, immediately began trading vacant seats. If you want to sit alone, pay 60 euros. It's kind of weird. The company's executives were on the bus to Georgia, but they did not stop these violations of tax and currency legislation. In principle, there are no questions about the hotel and rest. The miracles began on the way back. A Georgian bus was brought to us and, in response to our question, they said that a Belarusian bus was waiting in Vladikavkaz, where we would transfer to it. It seems like an extra hassle, but come on - we loaded up and let's go. The bus ran out of fuel in the mountains. We waited for 4 hours until the diesel fuel was delivered. Finally we arrived at the border crossing, and there was a complete collapse. Terrible queues. The border was crossed for 2 days from the morning of 26 to the evening of 27.09.22. There is no water, food, bathrooms. We stood in the tunnel all night - it's a problem to get out. Finally, they passed the border crossing of the Russian Federation, they were happy, but early. The driver of the Georgian airbus said that he was not allowed out of the border control zone and we should pick up our things, leave the bus that would return to Georgia, and we should wait for the Belarusian bus from Vladikavkaz. We knew from the drivers of the transport going to Georgia that the queue from the Russian Federation to the border crossing stretched for many kilometers. The journey from Vladikavkaz to the border takes at least 4 days. We were offered to wait for the departure of the Belarusian airbus in the open air without water and food. We refused to leave the bus and turned to the accompanying Andrey. In response, we heard from this dealer of vacant places that he has nothing to do with the Kobuleti Travel travel agency, he is the same tourist as us?!?!?! Andrey's attempts to decide our fate with the management of the travel agency did not yield results. Seeing that the company had simply abandoned us, we contacted the hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, where our problem was taken under control and data on the stranded group was transferred to the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation. We started calling the presidential administration. After learning from the "tourist" Andrey that tourists were calling government agencies, the travel agency became more active, it suddenly turned out that the Georgian bus could travel through the territory of the Russian Federation. We were offered seats and we set off for Vladikavkaz, having lost 5 hours of time.
If you do not want to find yourself in a similar situation, do not use the services of Kobuleti Travel. You can ruin the whole vacation and get paid.

On 07/26/2022, my family and I took a tourist bus to the Amirani hotel in Kabuleti, where I was supposed to check into a comfortable room for four people. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that our room was occupied and dish would be released four days after our arrival, since Kabuleti Travel sold the same room to several clients and for frequent overlays occur in 3-4 days. At the same time, Kabuletitrevel employees in every possible way avoid contacts and compensation for material and moral damage for poorly rendered tourist services.
If you want to spoil your vacation and sue Kabuleti travel for a long time, then contact them for vouchers to hotels in Georgia. For your money, the company's employees will arrange a lot of adventures for you
