A gorgeous hotel. Thanks a lot to the staff for the prompt early breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by such a surprise. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, but the price is high.
The atmosphere is wonderful, quiet, in the forest, I liked everything. The staff is polite and responsive, immediately responds to requests. I really liked the pool, it's small, but very cozy.

A chic small hotel with a wonderful restaurant.
Very nice location in Pyshki Park. We met the transfer at the station, conducted an excursion upon check-in, helped with solving issues and surrounded with care. I would like to thank everyone: managers, restaurant and bar staff, cleaning service. Wonderful people to return to. We had a great rest in 4 days and did not regret at all that there were no places in Semashko for our dates.
The rooms are all different, each decorated in its own style. There were two rooms in our category, one of which I really didn't like visually. The correspondence manager was able to fix this, take into account our wishes and put us in a room that she liked. For which we are especially grateful)

It's an extraordinary place, we're thrilled. The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy place in the heart of the forest park. When choosing a hotel, we had no idea what kind of beauty we would get into! A small hotel on the territory of the forest park is just a fairy tale! The hotel is very cozy and atmospheric, excellent cuisine! The staff can be given 6 out of 5 points, they are very courteous and provided so much information upon check-in that there are simply no questions left. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

10/10 kitchen, large bar with a good selection of alcohol. Snacks, hot ones, cocktails - everything is perfect, the serving is very beautiful, and in combination with the interior of the place, you want to come again and again.
By the way, halls are a separate kind of art, you definitely need to sit in each, each has its own atmosphere, as well as get out on the terrace in the summer, in the evening it's just perfect.

An unambiguous recommendation. I have not seen such places anywhere in terms of service level. All the little things are taken into account 👌 The menu is beautifully decorated, the positions are diverse, the waiter is like from a movie (in a suit), furniture, decor - everything is very luxurious and atmospheric. Despite the fact that the park hotel itself is located on the territory of the forest park, it is easy and fast to get to it from the center. By car 10-15 min. You can take a taxi for 5-7 rubles. There is a parking lot nearby. In Grodno, I consider this the number one recommendation) it is not necessary to stay here. But for breakfast - must-hev!
Prices don't bite. Breakfast - 10-20 rubles. Coffee is about 6-7p. Sparkling wine - 15p approximately per glass.

We were there this year.
The advantages are the location! In the park, around the trees, there is so much air and space, I don't want to walk))
The courtyard fascinates at once, this fountain and tables on the street, waiters in snow-white uniforms, very atmospheric) I want to drink champagne and enjoy the beauty)
The restaurant is also stunningly decorated!
The food is very tasty!! Snails must be tried (local)! The tuna was not bad (although the next day I was unwell)😅
The compliments in the room are pleasant, nuts and cookies) the mini bar is not bad for a fee)
And mimic chocolates on the bedside table with good night wishes)
In the evening, a fireplace is lit in the lobby! It's just wonderful to sit in a comfortable armchair, look at the fire and drink a glass of wine!
A big plus is the free transfer to the city! Since the hotel is still a bit far away)
Minuses. We were impressed with the serving, the dishes and the atmosphere at dinner, but when dessert and tea were brought, this French press ruined the whole picture. For me, it stood out from all the beauty on the table)) For me, a teapot from a tea set would be relevant)
Well, the minus is in the plumbing, the small watering can does not hold in the fastener (there were 2 rooms and both like that), and the upper watering can is a rain shower, literally 15 jets in different directions.
I also considered it a minus, too much with pathos) it does not hold up in small things, of course)
In the afternoon, after a walk, we decided to have a glass of beer in the lobby before dinner, the wait was more than 20 minutes 🤦♀️
as I understand it, people can come to the restaurant and lobby from the street, and that's why they probably didn't take us for their guests, that's where the extra pathos upset me from the bar.
Well, it seems to be useless to talk about the rules of serving beer in such a place. The beer was opened at the counter, bottles and corks were thrown away, then it stood on the counter for another 5 minutes, and then it was just brought. How to understand exactly whether we drink the beer that we have chosen is not clear .

The hotel is located in a park area, surrounded by greenery, birdsong and the absence of urban bustle! The rooms are spacious, two extra beds were put in for two children, the room did not get any smaller (yes IKEA, but it's better than the clamshells looked in the interior). The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a bidet. Fragrant soap, shampoos, shower gel and body lotion.
The internet was working well.
The restaurant is a separate topic, they cook very tasty! The breakfasts to choose from on pre-order are very rich, the selection is large and everything is very tasty. The only thing that the cook failed to do was the pancakes, they turned out to be a little oily, but not crispy. The taste of the shingle is a crispy crust (exclusively for my taste).
The atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant is very cozy! All the windows look at the green forest. The birdsong in spring is simply mesmerizing. The staff is consistent, very polite and friendly! Thank you for such a cozy place where you want to return!

We were there before the New Year. Of the advantages, I can note the huge spacious and beautiful halls, which are also decorated perfectly for the new year!
The hotel/restaurant is surrounded by a forest, which is also a huge plus if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city
I can't say anything about the kitchen - we only took sherry ice cream (I liked it, moderately sweet).
There are many items in the menu.
In the evening we got to live music - we had fun)
Of the cons, I did not like the service, insanely. the waiters approached with such an expression on their faces, as if they were doing a huge favor that they condescended to us, ordinary visitors without rolexes and show-offs. Therefore, if you want to be treated more kindly and promptly , take some element of an expensive life with you, I take a point for this

The hotel is very richly decorated, but clearly tired. It's time to update the repair. The bathroom of a standard room has cheap showers, cramped and squalid. Accessories are only available on request. The bathrobes and slippers are good. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, they prepare a la carte breakfast, it's not fast. The quality of the dishes is excellent, but the execution of the same pancakes with caviar on the two days of my stay was nevertheless noticeably different, which is not permissible for a restaurant of this level. The hotel grounds are cozy, but the overall impression of the whole hotel is "cheap but angry". I do not recommend it for business travelers. In the center of the cathedral there is a more decent and convenient option with a more affordable price. This is not an advertisement, it's just that I was extremely disappointed in the comparison.

The room is clean, beautiful and cozy. The accommodation includes access to the pool and baths, but we did not have time to go. The breakfasts are good and hearty on the beautiful veranda around the forest and the fountain.

I've been there many times. An excellent place, in the forest, surrounded by a fairy tale. 1 time we were in the igloo - great service and a waiter. There is a dubious hostess sitting inside. The second time we wanted to book a table on Viber, we asked for a wine list, which was refused, they told me that they had already sent it a year ago) I can find and use it) But we managed to book a table, we were at lunch sitting on the outdoor veranda - everything is fine, the dishes, the service. At the exit, the hostess was again confused by the sitting. Once again, a large company came and then everything went wrong, there was no wait for the waiter, many times I had to go and look for at least someone to order more food for suitable guests. The rest turned into a quest - find a waiter. In general, the level of the restaurant is at an altitude, and the level of staff is at zero. That's why it's still 3*, but I don't want to walk anymore.

For the first time we walked in the park and went to drink tea and eat desserts. Plus, the big one in front of other establishments is the location, architecture and landscape, sitting by the fountain or inside you get to some other place. I must say right away we went here a year ago and two, and always something did not suit me, I honestly tried to write an objective review and therefore gave 4 stars. I think we have a lot of fans of this institution in Grodno and they would be surprised that someone did not like the restaurant. But we are all different and someone is just unlucky, for example, like us :)
Of the cons: an arrogant waiter, assorted desserts are more like micro desserts. And they didn't eat half of it at all because they weren't tasty.
The second day we decided to have breakfast there. Everything is beautiful in the photo, But there is one thing.
To be honest, breakfast was ruined.
The waiter forgot to bring napkins , there was nothing to wipe his mouth with until the end of breakfast . Nobody pays much attention to you. In the photo you can watch pancakes with caviar for 18 rubles. The pancakes themselves are delicious, but for 18 rubles to get 2 pancakes , a little cheese inside and a small teaspoon of caviar, it does not fit in my head since there are many places in the city center where the price is the same or cheaper, but there will be a normal portion corresponding to the description. I stood on pancakes, I would have thought that caviar was just an ornament there 😅
The rest of the dishes - croissant with salmon and brioche, too, did not give us any taste benefits.
Still, you come to an expensive French restaurant for as long as I remember cuisine, and even if it's breakfast or just tea with dessert, you need to keep the status and try to make the customer happy. The service is much tastier and more pleasant at least in Peshkov, Vugli and other places.
Maybe someone put a plus for the discount.
10% because of our comments and the waiter 's joint - but what's the point of it ? We did not make a comment for a discount, but so that the management would work out this point. The desire to come to breakfast or lunch, and even more so to spend dinner with the family, is repulsed with everything.

A great cozy hotel, actually located in the forest. Beautiful interiors, very friendly staff, it is possible to order a massage (after the road it helps perfectly), a good pool: small, but with additional functionality: directional jet, Jacuzzi, waterfall. Sauna for 3-4 people. The breakfasts are delicious, but plan for half an hour-40 minutes, because everything is not very fast, even if you order everything in advance by a certain time (for this they give a special order form in the evening). There are bicycles to ride in the woods. A cool separate table in a transparent dome. The center is 10 minutes away by car (2-4 BYN Yandex taxi).

In order not to write for a long time, this is one of the best hotels I have ever visited in Belarus. Excellent Parking, the staff is as friendly and well-trained as possible. The rooms are very cozy and music is playing in them. Great furniture. The trick is only soft dimmed lighting. We lived in the attic room, with an attic window. It's a very cool room. The area is sufficient, very cozy. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. I've been to restaurants in Moscow that have a Michelin star, where dishes in the spirit of "porcini mushroom ice cream" are just a strange dish. There are some strange things in the restaurant here, like halibut ice cream, which are also delicious. The butcher's steak is a masterpiece.
Breakfast at the hotel is the highest level. You order in the evening, and in the morning it's either in the restaurant or in the room. It's hard to think of what's not there. Milk, porridges, pastries, pancakes/cheesecakes, meat, fish, etc.

We stayed at the hotel for the Christmas holidays. The hotel was decorated for the New Year holidays like in a fairy tale! The breakfasts are simply amazing, we ordered almost the entire menu - it's very tasty. We had dinner at the restaurant and also really liked it. Belarusian tea and tinctures in the bar by the fireplace left pleasant memories. Swimming pool, sauna, park. In summer, I think it's even better than in winter. We recommend all friends to go to Grodno and stay at the Kronon Park hotel. A pleasant surprise was the free transfer to and from the city center.
