I replied that it was scary, since the weather was not +30 and we were on vacation, I would not like to catch a cold. The manager started offering a large table for 8 people, I agreed, but she immediately gave the back one, explaining that she could not put two people at a large table with a full landing. I don't understand why everyone wants to visit this restaurant so much, but we were unlucky. We were in Minsk for only 2 days with a family of 2 adults and 3 children, and on the first day we never got there, because there was a crowd of people waiting in the lobby, and the administrator announced the waiting time of 40 minutes. On the second day we decided to wait, after 25 minutes we were seated at a table. Polite waitress Anastasia took the order. Soups (mushroom with pearl barley for the eldest daughter and borscht for the son) were brought quickly, in 10 minutes. BUT we found a worm in the soup ((. Photo attached. Naturally, they apologized to us, saying that they could be in mushrooms, but the appetite was spoiled. Then we waited for our hot dishes (for me, my husband and younger daughter) for about an hour, until I already asked the waiter, actually where? The dishes turned out to be average in taste, the wow effect did not happen. As an apology for the worm, the soup was not included in the bill and a portion of the dessert was presented with brushwood. But this did not brighten up the already spoiled impression of this place. In addition, while waiting, I witnessed that the receptionist scolded the guest for being 20 minutes late. Not professionally. And the prices are unreasonably high. In general, think about it. Minsk is full of excellent restaurants and high-level cafes. I'm definitely not coming here anymore.

We knew that this is a very popular place among tourists with a high rating, but the cuisine did not make an impression.The first to bring treats from the institution-garlic croutons, it would seem super-nice (it's clear that you immediately want to order beer), but why are they cold? It would seem a trifle, but why such an attitude towards such things? If, in essence, from what you ordered, then really the pancakes are mediocre, a lot of butter (I know that you will say that you fry them practically without it), a salad with warm chicken would be all right, but why so much sauce at the bottom of the plate? It looks like mayonnaise from the store. We took one hot dish-it's not bad, but it's definitely not ah! As it is written here. We have been to Minsk many times and there is something to compare it with. The place is not bad, but it's not worth queuing at the entrance. Plus, if you are such a well-known institution with many years of experience, then why is there not at least a primitive children's menu?
And one more point personally to those who respond to reviews, after reading many of the answers, I would like to say that they are often very unprofessional, harsh, and sometimes border on rudeness. I saw them after the visit, it was unpleasant, the overall impression deteriorated even more.

The place is a tourist destination, primarily due to the excellent national cuisine! The second factor is that the restaurant turned out to be the most expensive of all visited in Minsk. I am not an expert on the Minsk PO, but I believe that for tourists, such a receipt will look normal, but for the local population it will be expensive.
