We recently visited this restaurant (04/12.23), everything was very tasty)the kvass set is stupid, especially apple) I would like to mention the blood, because I spent all my childhood in the village and the blood and kvass were self-evident, I tried blood in many places in Minsk, but here it turned out to be the same grandmother's!But there are a couple of disadvantages: 1) if you order borscht with pampushki, keep in mind it is salty such that ... ppts, for a long time afterwards I drank everything I saw, borscht should not be so salty, the whole taste of borscht was gone ((2) the waitress, as it was noticed here, with a disdainful look, it seemed to me she did not notice me, and when I ate, she came up from behind and for some reason reached across my plate to pick something up from the table, in my opinion, to put it mildly, it is not hygienic, unpleasant😒

We had dinner in a restaurant with foreign guests. Dishes and service are on top - culturally, carefully, promptly. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Playing the harp impressed the guests, not intrusive, interesting.

It's delicious, but it takes a long time to cook. The choice of dishes is decent for a delicious place, focused on local cuisine, which is very cool. The only thing I didn't like was that when there were 20% free seats, a company of only 3 people waited 15 minutes for boarding because of the confusion and fuss of the waiters or the administrator.
But then everything was on the level - both the food and the hospitality of the waiters. And yes, this place is not cheap :-), but also not pretentiously expensive.

We are in a gastronomic delight! The menu is very well designed, the dishes are diverse and each in itself is very interestingly executed. We ordered "Vereshchaka with pancakes", "Lamb stew with vegetables", "Paparazzi-kvetka cutlet". Everyone was very satisfied. Great atmosphere, very pleasant and attentive waiter service. Wonderful staff and atmosphere. Probably the best restaurant in Belarus for 5 days of our visit. They ate Vereshchaga, Cabbage rolls and Walleye. It is difficult to cook these dishes better. We were sitting outside, but inside it was no less comfortable and beautiful.

If you want a good, hearty, big story and a tincture / vodka, then the place is great.
I took off the star for the fact that all the dishes are too heavy and greasy for my taste. There is another place in Minsk where you can taste authentic cuisine, but it will be devoid of this drawback.
But it is definitely worth returning to this place for apple kvass, it is excellent.

A very colorful restaurant, advised by a local guide. Not far from the President Hotel. The staff is polite. The food arrives quickly enough. I really liked the non-alcoholic set with kvass and mors. An unusual apple kvass. Even a child who does not like kvass liked this. I was with my daughter for 12 years. I didn't take anything for myself because the portions are large, I couldn't eat everything. The price tag is a restaurant, not a cafe. You have to be prepared for this.

A table for the New Year holidays had to be booked strongly in advance, the restaurant is very popular with tourists. Prices are not cheap compared to other restaurants in Minsk. Therefore, after visiting another restaurant with national cuisine of the same level, there was a slight dissonance between expectation and reality. In general, everything was delicious, but there was not enough of a highlight, or something.
Of the minuses: the tables are very crowded, the lack of normal ventilation, in this regard, a very strong smell of food from all the tables in a row.

Borscht was a tasteless broth on which borscht was cooked, not at all rich, it felt like it was cooked on water!

But the waiter runs past and says that he will be there soon. Yes, I came right away, and immediately without hello, my name is so - what did you choose? Fortunately, at least after my greeting, they bothered to say hello to me. I am a guest of your country, I came to a local restaurant, I am ready to leave everything I have, throw a place of food, I will shout with hungry eyes, "do you recommend?! Come on!" But I ordered three, I'm sure not even medium-sized dishes. No advice, nothing. Is it a transmitter of dishes to the kitchen, or a waiter? I'm sitting upset, my appetite is gone. The restaurant differs from the dining room not in taste, but in service, which I did not see here. I was sitting right by the kitchen, take five steps, and the borscht was poured a little and in the other hand there was a dirty phone. It's a trifle, but damn, I'm already looking closely (I ordered horseradish in puffs, I wanted honey, the waitress did not specify. Yes, I asked for a horseradish, but why is it difficult to ask - which one of the two do you like, or compare both at once?
On food: borscht is good, well, it's borscht. The dumplings are bland, and the simplest sour cream from the store (liquid moreover) does not add to the taste at all (I give you a hint - butter would be thrown on top, it would be tastier) then. Apple kvass is delicious. Shingles are soft pancakes with a strange sourness, and the same liquid sour cream
It's also stuffy. I waited until all the dishes were brought, so that I could leave as soon as possible. PS: while I was writing a review, the waitress was running around empty tables, not paying attention at all that I left the plate, I obviously won't finish eating. Excellent prioritization of PS: then when I didn't finish the shingles, it seemed like there was interest, and then, feigned or something. And I did find out the name, and that was on a piece of receipt.

Cafes, menus, music are very entourage, the most important thing is to get into the culture of the Republic of Belarus. The waiters are efficient and polite. But there are questions about the kitchen. We took a set of drannikov, fortunately we tried it in other places in Minsk and to be honest it was so-so (everything looks beautiful, but tastes average). Caesar brought some empty, I do not advise you to take it at all.
The rest of the dishes (soups and lamb with dessert) were delicious, but just depending on what rating the restaurant has, you expect "wow", and not "in principle it was fine".
Plus the prices are higher than the competitors.
