I accidentally came across this restaurant in the reviews in the forbidden graph and on a New Year's trip it was decided to visit, the serving of draniki differs from the one stated on the menu and on the website, but this absolutely did not spoil them, the freeloaders deserve special attention, as well as the tinctures: a set of 6 pieces can be called a "date" set 3 strong and 3 sweet for a lady and a gentleman. The tables are positioned so that the neighbors cannot be heard, but I would like to see the interior a little more spacious, the same fireplace in the first hall, but it is completely closed... A wonderful restaurant - after one visit we became his fans!!! A nice receptionist will meet you at the entrance and take you to a table where you can enjoy a quiet selection of wonderful dishes! The waiters do not leave any guest without attention!!! Meals are served for half an hour.
The taste qualities of freshly prepared dishes deserve an excellent assessment, for which we are sincerely grateful to the chefs, waiters, and all employees of this comfortably decorated restaurant!

My wife and my cat stayed in Minsk for three days . I really wanted to see the local sights and taste the delicious national cuisine.
On the Internet, we saw a video review of this institution from the submission of a well-known food blogger . Then, without hesitation, we went to this wonderful restaurant.
At the entrance, we were met by a girl with the question "did we book a table?"
We didn't think at all that the place is very popular. And if you show up there without warning , then there may not be any empty seats .
Despite the fact that we did not take this moment into account, the receptionist went to a meeting and found a free table for us and our cat .
We were fed their signature dranburger , warlocks and three types of kvass .
Everything was very tasty. The atmosphere inside the establishment is very cozy. The background is national music and songs , which undoubtedly complements the image . The prices seemed to us a little higher than in other establishments where we had a chance to visit . However, this is quite justified .
I definitely recommend this place to all tourists and just lovers of delicious food.

Everything is decent enough, the cuisine, the atmosphere, the very interestingly designed menu - it is very pleasant to just read, you can say, like a book, the dishes and their history are described in great detail. It is a great place to get acquainted with the national cuisine of this region.
Of the disadvantages that I saw: the service is quite high, but the level of difference in approaches to visitors from different waiters was visible to the naked eye, at the next table the waiter set a very high bar for service, our waiter contrasted very strongly against him for the better - although there was no rudeness. It's just like someone was given a Rolls Royce, and we got a BMW for the same price.
Well, the price tag is quite high, although the food is delicious, but not familiar to the ordinary man in the street - since the restaurant has its own bias towards ancient cuisine. Therefore, I think that up to 5 stars do not reach the ideal price / quality ratio. Solid 4+. I definitely recommend it for visiting tourists, not only as a place of food, but also for some kind of cultural enrichment.

It's a very advertised place, but I give it 3 stars and that's why.
The place is located in the center, including the tourist one, and the attendance is large.
The hall is somewhat cramped, there is live music: the girl played the piano (beautifully), a very fashionable toilet, the staff is polite, the hostess is well done.
But the dishes themselves... it seems like the national cuisine and the menu is in several languages, but everything is very fatty (in other places it was not so fatty, I know what I'm talking about), and two different dishes had the same sauce (either there is no imagination, or the desire to cook something else).
I'm not sure if I'll come here again, I'll try to look for something new that can surprise.
Do I recommend it - once a tourist will come down to visit, and then if you haven't found another place and are sooo hungry. And so there are other good places.

I add a review after the official response of the institution..... What's the 90s-style answer? Where were you taught manners? There were 7 of us, 5 of them adults, and everyone's impressions of the kitchen are the same. You can have at least 200 dishes, the main thing is to have something to eat......

A wonderful place with amazing cuisine! I don't know where to start my review with the kitchen or tinctures? Let's go from the kitchen, perhaps the best draniki that I tried in Minsk! This combination of taste and texture of the dish is impressive, but sauces and toppings take it to a completely different level, literally to goosebumps! Thanks to the cook for that! As for tinctures: this is great, this is where I tried the crambambula, and it's very tasty, perhaps I recommend tasting sets and not just shots, 30 grams in a set is more pleasant to drink than 50 in a shot. Special thanks for the shitty one! Horseradish is a liquid jelly that warms you from the inside and fills you with a strong taste of horseradish. Summing up: this institution left a warm, pleasant feeling of home cooking, a lot of things reminded the dishes of grandma, mom, drinks reminded grandpa and dad. Thank you for the pleasant emotions of this place!

My family and I have been to this restaurant twice and once ordered delivery to the hotel. The staff is very polite and sociable. Expensive. Potatoes can't cost that much, even Belarusian ones.
The Krovayanka is gorgeous. The draniki could have been better (they were brought cold, the chef's attitude to salt is unclear in principle - either very salty or completely unsalted). The liqueurs are delicious. Overall, the impression is twofold. But we will come again, because in general, there is nowhere else in Minsk that will be served deliciously.
