We went in for dinner, it's better to book a table in advance, we had to wait 15 minutes until a table was available. We ate delicious and with pleasure. They paid 178 bel.rub for two snacks, two hot ones, an alcoholic set (30 g x 6) and coffee.

A must-visit if you come to Minsk! Atmospheric and cozy. Borscht and solyanka are just a bomb, and "Vileiskie sorcerers" is just an incredibly delicious dish, I recommend everyone to try it! As in many places, try tinctures. Borscht with pampushki is a test, but I do not advise ear. The broth is strange, instead of pieces of fish there are some meatballs. Lida beer is quite high-quality.

Definitely the best restaurant we found in the center of Minsk!
Everything we tried is very tasty!
The menu is rich, made from fresh and delicious products!
We tried:
Noble salad - Caesar lovers will like it. The sauce is very tasty and tender.
Beetroot salad with homemade cheese is made from simple products, but you want to eat it over and over again, probably the beetroot is somehow pickled, sweet, pleasant.
Radziwill herring is salty, delicious - as it should be, served with hot potatoes.
Beef tartare is made from mixed meat, you even forget that it is raw - amazing!
Meringue roll is soft and airy, delicious, but not for fans of crunching meringue.
The brushwood is fresh, cooked to order, brought warm, well dried, the oil does not drain, the jam is delicious. If you don't finish, take it with you - the next day is also delicious)
And don't forget to try homemade tinctures!
Well, the cherry of the summer menu is a BURGER!
Burger with beef patty, delicious homemade sauce and amazing dumplings instead of buns!
In addition to delicious food, the restaurant is worth noting a very friendly and friendly team of waiters!

This was our 1st institution, which we visited upon arrival in Minsk and were very satisfied!

The dumplings are so delicious that I wanted to take more with me to Moscow)
