I have been going to the source since 2012, the organizers are certainly doing well for recreation and treatment. Every year they continue to improve and decorate this place. This year, the sunbeds were changed under the jets of the hydro massage (but the boards on the sunbeds were not processed, they were simply sawn and screwed, the edges were not rounded, the chamfers were removed at least with a plane. It is not pleasant to crash into the body) The time of stay is recommended less and less. They reduce it every year. From half an hour to 5 minutes. And this is all to spend more excursions. The owners became very greedy. On the contrary, the price rises and rises every year. It's like they're heating it up themselves. I understand when I came with an excursion, you can pay 300 rubles once, but if it takes 7-10 days, it's already expensive. Come up with some kind of visiting subscriptions. Once 500 rubles, three times 300, five visits 250, 10 - 200 rubles each.

Bathing in hot mineral water and hydro massage is just a miracle. This is my favorite place near Sukhumi.
It's especially cool to visit it in autumn and winter when it's cool outside - and you can get into a warm pool with some water.

There you can: lie in a pool with very hot and moderately warm water with hydrogen sulfide (if I know correctly), smear yourself with clay, stand under strong pressure of natural water - this is the coolest thing - especially on the back and lower back - and then, as if in a fairy tale, a Humpbacked Horse - get younger by 20 years))
I advise you to visit and diversify your vacation in Sukhumi. The price is 300 rubles - and it's worth it.

It's just a great place!!!
If you approach their visit with your head, you will feel just fine!!! There is a children's paddling pool, there is a hot water pool, there is very hot water, there is a small font with Artazean cold water. There is also boiling water from the pipes falling from a height of about 5 meters, I did not go there. I've seen psychos who sit under these jets until they burn and blister.

I love this place only out of season.
I rent a car at the border, although minibuses come here from the station. Comfortable.

Hangers and benches to leave your belongings .several pools with different water temperatures , hydrogen sulfide mud . I love Abkhazia, the year 2025 was celebrated there. It was probably my tenth time :)
Traditionally, Kyndig is one of the main locations in the land of the soul. We love it very much, and lately it's been nice to see how the place is changing for the better - you can feel the presence of civilization, many tents with delicious food and souvenirs have opened, there is wi-fi. Four pools with different temperatures: like a hot tub (I think it's about 40 degrees of water), a second pool with warm, comfortable water (deep enough), and 2 more cooler pools. There is also clay (where to go without it :) and a Charcot shower.
All in all, it's a great place to relax and unwind with a glass of mulled wine, especially in winter. But be prepared that after the procedures you will really want to sleep) Calculate your strength. I definitely recommend you to visit!) Especially appreciated by those who are in Abkhazia for the first time)

All in all, a great place! I didn't walk in the mud, and the waterfalls and pools are super! But there are nuances:
1. Paid toilet on site. Everyone is bathing and then they need to go to the toilet, and there is a 10₽ entrance.
And everyone has change in a special pocket on their trunks... yeah. Well, one or two people run off for change, and the rest go to the pool! 🤬🤬🤬 You cannot use a paid toilet at a paid entrance!
2. There is a blunt pizza knife in the Swallow Cafe. It breaks in the wrong place. It is not convenient to eat.
3. A MAZ truck constantly cruises past the cafe, which feeds diesel fuel to all guests of the cafe.
4. It's slippery near the barrels. I saw children and adults falling.

I liked the place. There is a parking place, a cafe, a luggage room. There were no queues at the entrance. There is a sign in the parking lot that parking is paid, but it is not clear who to pay. We had a car with local license plates, no one came up to us. Perhaps the fee is charged only from tourists. In hot pools, the water is cloudy, algae on the walls (apparently pools are rarely cleaned), there are barrels of cool water next to the pools. It was the first experience of visiting hot springs. We realized that in such places you need to be more careful, on the street + 30, in pools from + 40 and above, you can get heat stroke, in addition, a specific smell from sulfur sources. Several "newcomers" became ill, none of the employees approached them (a medical worker or a caretaker). In general, the impression of the place and nature is positive. The service is in the "BEST" local traditions. I advise you to visit, but you need to be careful.

The place is cool, 4 pools with therapeutic water of different temperatures, one cold pool, jets with benches under them, mud, barrels of cold water. There are a lot of changing rooms, there are places to hang things. But there's nothing to eat. What they sell in the cafe is tasteless and takes a very long time to wait. And I highly recommend it!
