We had a rest in early July 2021. I really liked it!!! The food is super!!! The beach is great!!! We lived in the second building on the second floor, balcony, sea view!!! The territory, although small, is very beautiful and well maintained!!! The staff is kind and attentive!!! Thank YOU for a great vacation, we will definitely return to this PARADISE again!!!

This time we got it by accident! It turned out that there were places and we moved out of the terrible Lontan Guest house. The last time was 8 years ago. Unfortunately, it is clear that time did not benefit the boarding house, in some places the devastation is visible. In general, the place is more than worthy! Compared to the last arrival, 100% disaster is wine. It's a shame to put such a drink on such a gorgeous table!

We rest in the Cote d'Azur 4 times.Everything was always very good.This year, the boarding house was upset.The polite attitude is only at the reception desk and the maids on the floors.They are really ready to help.In the dining room, the attitude is such that it seems that we owe them something.If you ask for something, for example, a missing wine, or a clean glass, then either they will ignore the request, or they will answer through their teeth.Tablecloths are washed simply with a soap solution, with us, they were 2 weeks old, they were not changed more than once.The food itself is normal, there is enough of everything.I want to be treated more politely.It's a pity that everything has changed for the worse.

We didn't notice any drawbacks, but we would like to have breakfast earlier). Good location, no hustle and bustle. The territory is landscaped, blooming hydrangeas, oleanders, roses....50 meters and you're at sea!

This is not the first time we have rested in this boarding house. And after a rest this year, I no longer want to return ((( the pool requires major repairs!!! The children skinned all their feet on the broken tiles! It would be possible to build a playground on the territory, namely a playground, and not a pathetic imitation of it with a dangerous carousel. For the first half of the holiday we lived in the building where the reception is located: disgusting mattresses and pillows! They are already many years old, and it is terribly uncomfortable to sleep on them. Then we lived in the second building - everything is fine with mattresses and pillows. Well, we should work with the kitchen, of course. The menu for diabetics is absolutely not thought out. All juices and compotes with sugar. Pancakes, casseroles and pancakes (sweet) are served with jams, jams and honey, which is not suitable for diabetics. Well, the cherry on the cake is outsiders on the territory. If the janitor (a great guy) sees and asks to leave, and if he did not notice, then they move quietly around the territory, I rest on the beach (not always culturally) and there is accordingly no guarantee that these comrades will not climb through the balcony into the room and will not steal something…
It was a good boarding house: the territory is beautiful, the location is excellent, the staff ... but the owners need to work to return to their former greatness!!!

We returned from this "beautiful hotel" with the children 2 weeks ago (children 3 years and 8 years old).
Gagra itself and Abkhazia are beautiful! I sincerely recommend it! 👍👍👍
But the hotel! We lived for 8 days in room 101. What is good about this hotel is only 1 line. But!!! The hotel itself is a passageway! The gates don't close, anyone who enters the territory doesn't care! There are no safes, kettles, or other nice things in the rooms! Oh, there is a bidet - if you need it vitally!😜
In general, the attitude of the owners, of course, is a complete trash!
Swimming pool... This is a separate song... He's terribly cold and skinned!🙆♀️
Who writes good reviews... Well, maybe you've never seen anything sweeter than a steamed turnip in your life, but for this money, my children and I clearly expected a different attitude and nutrition! When they cook a bowl of buckwheat, millet and obviously dried chicken for dinner, as for cattle, it's too much!!!
And there's also a cool feature: There are 20 glasses of wine for lunch!👍 Who managed to drink, who did not manage to drink...😜 Like a bookmaker 's office!🥴
All the towels and bed linen were stained, but we just gave up on it and enjoyed the sea and the sun. But to pay 34,000 for three people in 8 days (two of whom are children) and eat food for livestock!🤔
I wrote a letter to the hotel's website, informed the administrator about the quality of service, in response - silence ...
Well, apparently, the administration doesn't care! 🤷♀️
OK, I will post such a review everywhere, since I don't care about vacationers so much!
The last few days we went to eat in nearby cafes (by the way, Three barrels - I highly recommend it), because there was simply nothing to eat!
By the way, for some time now I have begun to evaluate the level of the hotel and the attitude towards guests in terms of the quality of tea and coffee for breakfast! The coffee here was not that instant... Have you seen the terrible cheap dust called coffee? Or the same stuff in tea bags? Here, it's right here!👍
What's it? Outright indifference to vacationers? Despite the fact that the tourist season in Abkhazia began on August 1, when the borders were opened? I.e. only 3 months?...
Maybe the hotel will somehow react to dissatisfied vacationers?

We had a vacation in September with my husband . We really liked it: a beautiful place, the territory is very well maintained, yes, most importantly, the beach is very close (you can say two steps away), sun beds and umbrellas in sufficient quantity for free, a double room with mountain views, but it is better to take a sea view, cleaned every day, linen was changed every three days. Horror , not a boarding house, the only star for the dining room. We chose it for the first line and the pool, as a result, the POOL DOES NOT WORK, IT IS DIRTY.
Because of such administrators (Anna), the boarding house loses guests. With her face, attitude and lack of competence, she spoiled the whole attitude towards this place.
We booked through booking, it was stated that the rooms were 20sq. superior room.
The superior room is 10sq., an anthill and flies as a gift.
