We had a rest for two years in a row in 2018 and 2019, August- September, we liked everything very much, food, service, all the hotel staff are hospitable, the sea is just a stone's throw away, shops too. Inexpensive transportation. In general, it's great, we plan to go again this year. And also wonderful nature, air and the purest sea.

I liked absolutely everything. I should immediately note that we are spoiled by good hotels in Europe and excellent beaches on the Mediterranean Sea. Here the beach, the room, the territory is not worse. There may be a kitchen for 4. There was not enough fish, good coffee and juices. Perfectly cooked vegetables were always delicious second courses.

We rested from 25.08 to 01.09, although we should have been on 04.09. There are no complaints about the accommodation.The maid Galya is a smart girl: cleanliness, order. Beautiful territory. Well, perhaps that's all of the advantages...The boarding house does not pull at the declared 3 stars in any way. There is no food. The only thing that deserves praise is baking.Everything else...Yes, there seems to be a lot of food, but the quality leaves much to be desired. If they declare kharcho soup, then it is assumed that there is a sufficient amount of meat, spices, garlic and herbs in the soup, while we were served ordinary rice soup with tomatoes. There were almost no meatballs in the rice soup with meatballs - we had 2 of them for four people!!! There was no portioned meat in principle. The fish baked with cheese was not cooked, had a damp smell, and this was repeated twice. In short, the food was very disappointing. Garbage was constantly floating in the pool. The price is too high for this boarding house, I definitely will not recommend it to anyone.

The three of us had a rest in September 2017 - everything is fine! Clean, neat, beautiful, cozy. The food is delicious and high-quality. The beach is clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and very carefully. The only thing I didn't like was some vacationers behaving rudely. There are no complaints about the staff!

I liked everything, the rooms are large, clean, cleaned every day, the sea is clean, if you leave the boarding house , there are a lot of cheap shops, a lot of buses go to the center , the cost is 25 rubles. They feed in the boarding house 3 times a day, as they say, taste and color, but I liked everything - there were soups, porridges, pasta, potatoes, eggs, various salads, drinks, pastries. The only drawback is that there is absolutely no disco in the city of Gagra, it would be very cool to organize it, since not only older people come there, but also young people.

The pension is located on the first line by the sea. The room is spacious with a sea view and a large balcony. I would add a sconce above the bed and a wastebasket in the room. I like everything else, especially the beautiful green area with a swimming pool and meals with pastries, fruits and wine for lunch. Umbrellas and sun beds are free on the beach. The excursion programs are varied.I would like to have locker rooms on the beach. The staff is polite, there is a TV and a refrigerator in the room.

- - Lack of drinking water/coolers/, a strange person is a beach worker: cleans the beach when people are already there, takes umbrellas when they are needed, and in other hotels they are in place and open. ?? Towels are changed every 4 days. Meals for 3. The price for accommodation is too high for this level (more than 10 thousand per room for 3 people per day)
