Beautiful nature and well-groomed territory. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly. From the bad - there is no food, little variety, it is not possible to eat fish dishes, soups are liquid, chicken broth was served - it feels like it is diluted with water three times. The food does not seem to pull at its cost. The beach is well maintained, there are sun beds, but there is only one organized descent into the sea, despite the fact that the sea is very rough, the waves reached up to half a meter. I was especially upset by the transfer - it was poorly organized, why they asked for the time of the return train when booking a ticket is not clear. The transfer took place at exactly 13:00, regardless of the train, I had to wait 4 hours at the station. Moreover, during the transfer, the family was divided - they were transported in 2 cars.

We had a rest in the Literary Fund in June 2023. I liked the rest. Clean rooms, change of linen and towels every 3 days, including beach towels. The food on the buffet is simple, but of high quality. I have never had any problems with digestion. The territory of the boarding house is well-groomed, you can take a walk and sit on benches. At each bench, the lamp is made in the form of a person engaged in either reading, playing chess, photographing, etc. That's a great idea. Good children's animation in the evening. Music is strictly up to 23-00. There is a comment about the pool. Very quickly, the water becomes not transparent, etc. Although the pool is cleaned regularly. Apparently the filters don't work well enough. Excursions can be booked at the boarding house. There are small shops on site with fruits, drinks, souvenirs, cheese, etc. The beach is large and clean, as is the sea itself. Our people try to take sun loungers under umbrellas at six in the morning. It's visible everywhere)). Closer to noon, there are a lot of free sun loungers. Next to the guesthouse there is a cafe almost on the beach. And there you can eat khachapuri from the oven, well, it's very tasty! And of course there is a huge selection of Abkhazian wines. What else does a person need on vacation - the sea, the sun, delicious food and a great mood!

September 2024. We went on an excursion to Lake Ritsa in a minibus with numbers 024. The guide is Fatima. We have cursed everything in the world! The driver drove like a madman past the cliffs. The people on the bus were shocked!!! We rode on the seats like on horses! They beat themselves to the "bottom points ".. One man with two children made a remark to the driver that there were children on the bus, and he drove slower. The so-called guide Fatima sarcastically replied to him - "I don't like it - we can drop you off!!" Where to drop off? In the mountains, in the forest? Very rude. They took us to some waterfall, which was not visible, and stripped us of 300 rubles each, for what? For showing us some kind of rock?. They didn't even ask if we wanted to go anywhere or not. No one knew at all that there would be such extortion. At the Ritz, they dropped us off the bus and told us to go for a walk. They gave us 20 minutes, and they went to the restaurant.Guide Fatima (warned that if anyone is late, they will leave and are not going to wait for anyone. Everything she said during the excursion was not heard. She just said, "Look to the left! Look to the right! And what could we see through those black little windows, and even at such a speed, when everything was flashing so fast outside the windows that we didn't even have time to turn our heads! A complete nightmare! At the end of the excursion, the guide asked: "Did we like the excursion?" The whole bus was silent, as everyone was just in complete shock. And what each person paid 2000 rubles for is still not understood! The mood is ruined until the end of the holiday! We just got back...We are pleasantly surprised by the price-quality ratio (for the better). We lived in the main building, 3rd floor, it is convenient to walk, there is a queue for elevators during rush hours (everyone is in a hurry to open for breakfast, lunch, dinner).Rooms with fresh high-quality repairs, mattresses, blankets, pillows are normal, cleaning every three days. The room has everything you need.The territory is large, well-maintained, new football field, tennis court, basketball court.For children, trampoline, swing, etc.Daily film screenings are organized - the cinema hall is decent with comfortable chairs, large capacity. There are no complaints about nutrition-it is delicious, varied, there are, of course, dissatisfied -apparently they expected food like at 5 *.The transfer is free, the staff is pleasant. It is very convenient to relax with children - you can find activities for them around the clock on the territory, there are animators. I highly recommend this boarding house!

Check-in from October 9, 2023, a two-week vacation is coming to an end, in Abkhazia and the boarding house for the first time. Impressions are very ambiguous....something is great, something is not very good. The boarding house as a whole made a good impression. When we arrived by plane at the exit from the airport, we met a transfer, a big bus went in 10 minutes, we passed the border in 20 minutes. 40 people arrived in the bus, everyone thought - we will be registered for 4 hours, but....surprisingly, everyone was registered in 30 minutes!!! (To the girls at the reception - a low bow, for patience and attention to vacationers! ) They hung up a bracelet for everyone and after 30 minutes they were invited to lunch, after lunch they immediately received the keys to check in!!! The room is on the fifth floor of the main building, brand new, the linen is starched. The disadvantage of the room is that there is no towel dryer, there is nowhere to dry the swimsuits. There was not enough shelf above the sink, it is simply missing. Otherwise, there are no complaints. Canteen....this is a separate conversation, there are no comments on nutrition, staff. The chairs were the most annoying...what a prid..ok came up with their design with curved backs and, most importantly, completely unsuitable for sitting leaning on this back, but they (these fucking backs) completely blocked the passage between the tables and to pass with a bowl of soup you have to go around the whole hall in a circle, and how they creak when they are moved is generally a "song"! Many people will think these are trifles, but no, you need less annoying moments on vacation. Now the territory is well-groomed, the paths are swept and washed, there are many small forms in the form of benches. Especially pleasantly struck by very well-groomed palm trees, such well-groomed trees have not been seen even in the richer sanatoriums of Sochi-well done! The sea is clean, transparent, we swam even today on October 21! From the treatment, I really liked the hydrogen sulfide baths in the Gagra hydrotherapy, buses were sent in a very organized manner every day. The overall rating for the stay is 4. Perhaps we will come back here again, the boarding house continues to develop, get prettier, is being built! Thank you for the rest!

Excellent boarding house, rested from August 20th to 30th. As for the food, I don't know who writes that it's bad, it's just a lie. Everything is delicious and varied, there are always two types of first courses and very tasty, especially I liked the pickle. There, in the reviews, one lady wrote about cottage cheese, which is bad, well, I don't know which one she needs is very tasty and sour cream is also wonderful. You can always choose the second one according to your taste, there are plenty of them. The side dish is not only buckwheat, as they say, and potatoes and pasta, who likes what. Food is not the most important thing. We are used to overeating in Turkey. The main thing is a clean, beautiful sea and nature. The air with the Pitsunden pines is simply a paradise. From entertainment, everyone will find what they want: excursions, a concert, horseback riding, tennis, basketball, football and movies can be watched. And a disco in the evenings. I was on vacation alone, the children grew up, so I won't say anything about holidays with children. I will definitely go next year, we can do without Turkey and Egypt, we have already visited everywhere.

4. In the bar, if you sit on the second floor, they will forget about you for a long time, here you have to run after the bartenders yourself, who turns on the music so that you can't hear yourself)))

We were a 2+2 family in August. Booked in February. The small building is a 2-room junior suite. The room is great. We immediately checked how the water in the shower goes away - it does not go away)) they called and immediately did everything, there were no more problems. Ballu condees are very noisy. We advise you to count all the dishes with the cleaner under the painting! When the cleaning lady was evicted, 2 teaspoons were missing, I immediately noticed that there were fewer of them than others. They are deducted 50 rubles each for these unfortunate spoons. They gave away 100 rubles, of course, but it was unpleasant: We did not sign the acceptance and transfer act!
Dining room - you can eat, don't even try to compare with Turkey! For breakfast, eggs are either boiled, or an omelet, or fried fried-overcooked fried eggs, pancakes are the same buttered-oiled. I ate cottage cheese + grated carrots + dried fruits and some honey. 2 types of cereals. We didn't always find something to eat for dinner. It is very tasty in local paid establishments, but the prices are like in an average cafe near Moscow, not cheap at all.
For those who play volleyball, take sneakers - they play here after dinner on a well-lit playground, they don't play on the beach. You can also play basketball and tennis there: balls, rockettes - everything is there, good. The playground is great. Consider there is no pool - it is always very dirty, the cleaning system, apparently, does not cope. The beach - sunbeds under the pines, very cool, the smell is awesome, at 8 o'clock they calmly still got themselves sunbeds. The sea is suuuper, we bought from the bottom of our hearts - both warm and clean. For a couple of days, of course, there were waves and brought sticks and household garbage, the next day, as it happened, everything was clean again. In the evening, bonfires are made of these sticks on the beach. Household garbage is collected on the beach, but we ourselves did not disdain to take something to the trash can. There is a cartoon in the cinema every day at 12, a movie in the evening. There are 2 tabletop tables next to the cinema - rockettes are not particularly what they are, but there are balls too. The library is good. A children's club, or rather a room with a not very convenient schedule and a strict aunt supervisor, not all the children then wanted to return, but she is basically good-natured, just keeps order very much. Go to the nearby Boxwood Grove, especially with children, there is a cool rope park, the passage is free. We went to Gagra, to the Ritsa, to Mount Athos - we liked everything very much, be sure to look at everything! Overall, I have a very positive impression. All the disadvantages were known in advance from the reviews, so we were ready for them and tried to have fun. We went to Pitsunda, where the water is generally a magical azure color, stunningly clean. In general, I highly recommend it, either here or in the Boxwood Grove. But somehow I liked the Literary Fund more - we played enough volleyball)). Of course, food is sad and longing - for those who care about it very much and in the first or second place in the priorities, but you can eat delicious food on the territory for a fee.

But..., Poor nutrition. The child ate pasta and chicken for 10 days. For breakfast for 10 days once, (one, Carl!,) there were boiled eggs. There were casseroles, only two days of scrambled eggs, the rest of the time - an omelet! Well, my son does not eat omelets and casseroles! There is no choice, from the word - at all. Although the food is delicious.

And not because I'm so mean. We love this country very much and have been traveling here for 10 years. The rooms are poorly cleaned. We rest for 6 days, the bed and towels have never been changed. Well, if you don't bother with that, then nature interrupts everything. The casserole and omelette were snapped up immediately, since there was nothing to eat. Anyway, we already left at lunch. I do not recommend it. And I've been waiting for a voucher for a week! A great boarding house! A large, beautiful territory, the sea is nearby, you just need to walk along the path. The beach line is wide, many vacationers take sun beds early in the morning, but you can always take a sunbed from a beach worker and put it anywhere, even under the pines, even in the sun. The rooms are new, after renovation. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, plates and even a corkscrew. There is a dryer on the balcony and a table with two chairs. There is a hairdryer, soap, shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom. There are enough towels. The food is delicious, homemade, if any dish ends, they immediately bring it. There is a large swimming pool, and a children's disco takes place near it in the evening. There is also a children's room and a modern playground for children. Friendly staff. There are two big disadvantages: 1- there is no toilet next to the pool, 2- there is no drinking water anywhere.

I am currently vacationing at this hotel. Pros: a large beautiful territory, a playground for children, the presence of a swimming pool, a wide beach line, proximity to the sea, sun beds, sports fields, rooms with new furniture and then I think the hotel will be even more transformed, because repairs are underway here. Personally, I have not experienced any inconveniences related to the repair work.
Cons: DISGUSTING FOOD, ALWAYS COLD, TASTELESS. There is very tasty food and pastries in this country, but not in this hotel. I have never seen such horror anywhere else. There are practically no vegetables except tomatoes and cucumbers for dinner, apples and oranges are stable from fruits. Lunch of one day for an example: 2 types of soup are disgusting, one of them is broth + onion + potatoes+ dumplings, stewed potatoes-it is impossible to eat-cold, spaghetti and meatballs- cold greens- parsley and dill, vegetables- terrible green pepper, fruits - apples, tea - Lisma or something similar, compote. For tea: marshmallows that dried up 100 years ago, and something like Turkish jelly is terrible🤢
Dinner is terrible: pollock fish is smelly and cold, rolls are overdue, chicken liver is cold rubbish. IT'S DISGUSTING.
The main feature of the dining room of the hotel is that it is divided into 2 halls, such as part of the hall are suites, the other part of the hall is standard. Question to the hotel manager - are you out of your mind? There is no such thing in any country. I would advise you to work on the quality of the food and then people will reach out to you. I repeat once again that in this country they cook very tasty, and the pastries are simply divine, why the hotel managers do not correct the situation is unclear.a lot of people have written about this problem of this hotel before me. I came here specifically to check it out for myself. A lot of people come with children and how can we feed the children with this?

They know how to spoil a good place: the clear sea, the beach in the pines, the singing of birds and all this idyll is broken by the infernal chanson and other pop music that the administration of the boarding house puts on from 19:00 to 23:00 - infernal music does not pour, but hammers into your window, you cannot hide from it in the room. I really want to relax, but the administration considers it necessary to entertain vacationers in this way - two children are dancing, their parents are sitting, drinking alcohol.
Also, locals have settled in the territory with their own shopping tents and excursions: they walk around the territory, yell into phones and do not hesitate at all, as if they paid for a ticket and live here.
By the way, accommodation per day costs 11 thousand rubles.We paid for 14 days, now we are suffering for our money, apparently we will not be able to get enough sleep and recover from working days!
There is a restaurant on the territory, which is also kept by locals, so in the evening other music screams from their iron, trying to shout over the disco. All the buildings form a well and this eerie cacophony is amplified by the echo - not rest, but torture! To the question: why put the music on full blast until from 20:00 to 23:00, the administrator rudely replied that you are not a nursing home here, people want discos!
In the dining room, all the coffee machines are broken and the administration is in no hurry to repair them.
For breakfast, there is a queue of 30 people for boiling water while milking tea and it does not end. There is no natural coffee at all.
Scrambled eggs are taken out in 10 portions and it is scattered in 15 seconds - we did not get scrambled eggs. For breakfast, porridge, pasta, meatballs are everything. From fruits - chopped apples. It's a pity that you can't post a video tour of the dining room here so that you can see it all with your own eyes.
