We dreamed of going to the Louvre. In Abu Dhabi, all exhibition materials are organized in a cool modern way. All the paintings are in the last halls. There is Wi-Fi. You can download a QR code. Then they point at the exhibit and tell everything in Russian. That's cool! I recommend you to visit.
A very beautiful and interesting place! You can't go around all the exhibits in a couple of hours, you need to lay down three hours.
There is an audio guide, very convenient.
If you love art, there is an option to get acquainted. Especially for those who have not been to the original Louvre. But the collection is small. A very interesting interactive for children, that's why you can visit. But it's better to go on purpose, perhaps it's better to choose something else....
An interesting and fascinating place. The exhibition itself is unusual, informative, and I would love to go again. The amazing place of the museum and the architecture. I recommend.
Everyone knows about the Louvre in Paris for sure -
Their famous island of culture.
But Abu Dhabi also has a museum
With the same name exactly - "Louvre".
To get to the Louvre in Paris is a whole quest -
You need to go through both fire and water there.
How good that the Emirates has
A museum that you will enter freely!
To be called like the original, an
unthinkable amount was paid.
The Paris Louvre gave its masterpieces -
For rent (and not at all for "thank you" ...)
Civilizations of different eras
Exhibits are presented in the museum.
The collection of paintings is a complete delight.
There are also themed halls.
The museum is located on the island
- that island is in the distance from the city.
He meets tourists and guests
And the beauty is amazing!
Channels both outside and inside -
Such a delightful miracle.
The museum seems to float above the water:
Who has seen it once - will not forget!
Openwork roof - eight thousand stars -
This building is covered like the sky.
Construction was carried out here for eight years
It turned out to be a masterpiece - undoubtedly!
The Emirates are able to surprise -
And the Louvre is a good example of this.
Definitely worth a visit here:
The museum is magical and extraordinary!
A must-visit if you are in Abu Dhabi. The cost for an adult is 60 dirhams (1 dirham at the time of November 2023 is 25 rubles), children under 14 years old are free of charge, from 14 to 22 years old a discounted ticket. It seems to be 12 halls, Wi-Fi throughout the territory. You can download the Louvre app (there is a kuar code on the ticket) and listen to the audio guide in Russian. Or point at the exhibit, as if to scan it and the program will give a description. But I didn't read everything, I was lost, which was also very surprised and liked - a location for children. This is when you leave the main building, there is a separate entrance for children. There, as I understood, interactivity on the screen. We also managed to visit a temporary Cartier exhibition, there was also a separate entrance
Expectations were not met.
An hour is not enough.
I advise everyone! An interesting application, you can also provide a full description in Russian.
Maybe the exhibits are not super interesting, but they are diverse and not boring.
One of the places that you definitely need to see after visiting Abu Dhabi
We were in 2023. I liked it, but the tour is introductory, I looked and forgot. Just pictures. Strictly with women's clothing, you need to cover everything up.
A beautiful place in Abu Dhabi, located on the water. A branch of the Louvre in Paris. The exposition is not bad for half a day of viewing. There are cafes and many great photo zones.
An interesting place!
But from the point of view of the exhibits, I did not get a WOW effect.
Rather, this place is interesting from an architectural point of view, but there is not much time left for a group tour to explore architecture.
I am very impressed by visiting this museum, I recommend it, it is better to see for yourself once, beautiful exhibits, beautiful location, the country as a whole is very impressed
It really takes a lot of time about 6 hours to go through the entire exposure. A very convenient application that recognizes the provided exhibits by the image, but only sometimes they are incorrectly recognized. Unfortunately, you had only 2 hours and didn't have time to do anything else. I advise you to go separately, if of course you like this topic. The exposition is huge, but certainly not the Hermitage, the interior is the most modern, everything is in the best traditions of the Emirates
A magnificent museum. The first thing when we arrived in Abu Dhabi was to visit this place. In a souvenir shop, we bought a cool camel toy as a keepsake. There is also a great playroom for children there.
It's a beautiful place, although it's a long way from the Louvre in Paris, of course. I advise you to leave after 5 pm. An hour and a half or two to watch, then there will be beautiful night views)
I advise you to plan at least two hours for a visit. The most modern museum complex with its own style and smell. There is something in the collection for everyone that will leave you indifferent. Be sure to use the audio guide and quarkode when entering the exhibition. You can leave your bags for free.
An excellent museum, featuring works by famous masters. Chagall, Malevich, Picasso. There are a lot of interesting expositions. If you have a vacation in Abu Dhabi, you must visit it.
A very interesting museum: It is both an architectural object and a beautifully thought-out exposition. Da Vinci's masterpiece is available) You can get there not only by taxi, but also by bus.
The architecture is impressive, catch the sunset for good photos.
The exposition is small, if you have been to the Louvre, the Hermitage and the Tretyakov Gallery, you will be disappointed. I expected more.
Delicious cafe.
It was also a pity for bus tourists to run, and not to watch and enjoy in 90-120 minutes.
Convenient access, interesting exposition, the architecture of the building is interesting. But something is missing, perhaps over the years the museum's collection will be replenished and it will acquire a museum spirit.

A wonderful huge museum. There are two possible scenarios: if you are traveling on your own and are not tied to anyone, lay down 4-5 hours for a calm, unhurried visit. If you are going on an excursion, then usually 1-1.5 hours are laid for visiting the carpet. This is catastrophically small, so my advice is not to linger in the first halls, but hurry up to the middle and end of the exhibitions. It may seem to you that you are watching everything fast enough, but believe me, you will not even have time to watch everything quickly. It is better to download the audio application in advance, go into it, enter the exhibit number and listen to the description of the exhibit in your language. It is better to take headphones. You can take pictures of the samples you are interested in, so that you can see the number and calmly listen to everything you need in the evening. And at the end of the museum there is an exit to the outside of the museum, where you can take beautiful photos, everything is white, like in Santorini. Spaciousness and gigantic perfect geometric shapes. A pleasure for the eyes and soul. I recommend
A wonderful place, relics from all over the world! There are paintings brought for a while from the Louvre, I was pleased to see the works of our compatriot Marc Chagall there
The place is very beautiful for photos, but it's a little boring inside. We had breakfast in one of the restaurants inside, the food was amazing and the service too.
A good modern museum with exhibits from the Louvre in Paris and beyond. There is Kandinsky, Leonardo da Vinci.
Audio guide in Russian, if you download the museum's application to your phone. Two hours is enough to inspect the exposition
A beautiful place, a beautiful building, a good collection, clear navigation - you move through the halls as if on a time interval. There is an interactive children's room with a starry sky and mattresses

An amazing place both inside and out! Everything is done competently and beautifully, you can download the application right in the museum, it is informative and interesting to listen to a good translation of the presented exposition! It's just great! And lay down for a visit of at least 3 hours.
One of the wonders of the world! 80% of the building is on the water! The museum exhibits real antiques: figurines, paintings, icons, books, coins and much more! At a certain period of time, turtles come here. In the museum, you can download the application and by pointing to the quarcode of the exhibits, you can listen to information about each antique item. I recommend everyone to visit!
It's a great place, especially if you arrive early in the morning on a sunny day and feel the atmosphere of each hall and the magnificent dome with blue streams on the background
Visited twice in a short period of time. A luxurious Impressionist exposition, consisting mainly of exhibits from the Orsay Museum and the Louvre. As well as artifacts of antiquity, collected bit by bit by archaeologists from all over the world, take you to the prehistoric era: there are golden masks of the Maya culture, porcelain figurines of the Qin dynasty, Byzantine mosaics, and tombstones of Egyptian pharaohs...
I was delighted with the layout of the museum outside and the exhibits inside. As always, the Emirates is a wealth in all its glory. Open spaces after exhibitions, a great bonus. Giant turtles in the water.
A wonderful museum with an original composition of exhibits. There are ancient artifacts and paintings by artists of the early 20th century. Free Wi-Fi. I liked the application on my smartphone, which when you point the camera at the work gives information about it. By the way, you can just download the Louvre Abu Dhabi app and listen to audio tours.
An unusual building.
A good audio guide. There is wi-Fi in the museum, you can immediately download the audio guide via QR code. Tells about each hall and each exhibit
Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece is presented.
Kandinsky's paintings.
If you are with children under the age of 10, be sure to visit the children's museum. It's interactive. And very interesting.
The Louvre in Abu Dhabi is the most expensive franchise.
This is certainly not the one in Paris. But some of the exhibits are there. It's worth a visit!
An interesting and very large museum.
Such a museum, in which every room has rare exhibits, we would have put the same amount there.
It's inconvenient to shoot rils with sound, it's very noisy.
The output is not a profitable exchange rate.
I tried very hard to find more cons, but I didn't seem to find any more, everything else is just pros)
A magnificent museum! We lived in a hotel on Saadiyat, therefore, the Louvre was originally planned to visit. We drove during the day in the heat, people in moderation, did not stand on each other's heads. Tickets were taken online, passports were taken, because there was a 15l teenager with us, looking older. Just his document was asked, because children under 18 are free. The entrance to the museum is fast, water cannot be brought into the halls themselves. There are air conditioners in the halls, ladies, take a cape on your shoulders or a handkerchief, it's cold with bare hands!
The concept has already been written about, from ancient times to the present. In the first halls it was sometimes boring, because this has already been seen in archaeological and local history museums. There are spaces for relaxation between the halls, you can sit on the sofa. The temporary exhibition in October includes ancient religious books, the Bible, the Koran, and the Torah. There are a lot of books, specific, but interesting.
We went for the originals of the paintings, the child was eager to see Van Gogh. We didn't find the Dutchman, he hasn't been in the museum for a long time :) I am delighted with Monet and Kandinsky, the child also liked Chagall. I would really like to visit separate halls of painting, and to have more paintings.
Bravo to art critics for putting together such an exhibition. Compared to Paris, this Louvre is very large and you can see everything quickly enough. There are a lot of artifacts, not just paintings and sculptures. There are exhibits rented in European museums, and there are already those that the sheikhs bought and it is owned by the state. There are many interactive screens where you can view objects in 3D. There's not much contemporary art, but I think it's just a matter of time. I am delighted with the museum!!
The building is very beautiful from the outside, not ordinary, standing in the water, everything is white, the roof is extraordinary. The exhibits are super, but for connoisseurs. I'm an amateur, I liked it. The organization is good, there are no long queues or other problems
I was there in August 2023 ... the heat is 42 but in general it is normal to transfer) I liked the museum, it is made in the shape of a turtle and through the shell rays of the sun, so beautiful) the museum itself is not big. Lay down three hours. There is a parking lot nearby, I haven't seen a cafe. There are both modern and very ancient exhibits. About six or seven halls. There are turtles swimming in the bay! Very interesting there, I recommend
I recommend you to visit!
There are not many works, but all are unique - you don't get tired of viewing the entire collection.
Architecture is what this place is worth visiting for. A stunning courtyard and a roof with sunny bunnies, and a real sea turtle in a special pool.
Everything is very stylish, restrained and elegant. We were in June - there are not many tourists. Not everyone can be imbued with the value of such attractions.
Absolutely charming! The Louvre, whatever you say. The time that we were given for self-examination, of course, was not enough. You have to spend three or four hours here.
The place is wonderful, from all points of view. We got a little lost in navigation, but eventually figured it out. All the guards and employees of the halls are as friendly as possible and tell you what, where and where) you need to go to this museum more than once, that's for sure!
I highly recommend visiting this place. A small but concentrated exposition of the Louvre, and several other expositions. For example, this time Cartier brought her expensive jewelry. I can't take my eyes off everything!!! And the place itself is very pleasant, only you can look at the dome for hours.
It is beautiful, strict and concise. There are enough halls in the Louvre, which cannot be said about the exhibits located in them. Compared to the Hermitage, there are not many of them. It's definitely worth going
