We bought new buses. But..., the staff on the bus (specifically, one of the drivers) behaved aggressively and disgustingly. He told me that his word on the bus was the law. Hand luggage, in the form of a small backpack, cannot be placed on the luggage rack without explaining the reasons. (although the shelves near the driver are all littered with packages). He took the passenger's personal belongings and threw them off the shelf. In communication, he "pokes", arguing that he is older.

As a result, people had to trudge to the checkout and additionally buy stickers for 250 rubles. Stupor. The drivers were "attacked". Then it turned out that the bus charge is not 3 tons, but 2750.
A big request to the employees who accept the reservation is to explain it more clearly so that there are no conflicting and incomprehensible situations. So that passengers can buy luggage stickers in advance.

The road took more than a day, only the MKAD.At the entrance to the MKAD, the bus was stopped by the traffic police. After 40 minutes of standing on the spot, we were informed that the bus had been arrested and no one would go anywhere else. They dropped everyone off right on the road with the words, you get further as you want.On the way, we were informed that this carrier was not allowed to enter the bus station itself. Passengers were forced to travel at their own expense. If you have taken up the transportation of people, then be kind enough to provide comfortable transportation from the beginning to the final destination.
