We rested with my husband from 3 to 10. 06.22. The service is normal, the bed was changed 1 time, towels every other day. The beach ones were also changed. The food is without frills, but there has always been fish, beef, and chicken. The drinks are normal. I preferred pink wine. They bake on the beach, it's delicious. There is only a forest between the hotel and the sea, the path to the beach is 800m through the forest, it is not stressful. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, but you can climb the ladder from the pontoon. I want to warn you: Turkey does not take $50 bills of the sample anywhere before 2000. The room was big and nice. The animation was a pro, but we only hit it once. Disco on the beach.

I am currently on vacation at this hotel. From 07.10 to 14.10.23. I do not share the enthusiastic reviews from the word at all. This hotel is not 5 stars in any way, 4 stars is a stretch. The food is not delicious at all. Every day, rice and French fries are garnished, once there was mashed potatoes. Everything is either bland or peppery terribly. In addition to Fast food and soup, it is difficult to feed a child at lunch. The only thing that pleased me was the gozleme on the beach. Ice cream from 12 to 14.30, but you can't run after it from the beach. There is a limited selection of drinks and cocktails in the bars, you can't walk around. Coffee from the machine is creepy.Glasses and dishes are dirty everywhere. Everything is kind of tired, starting with the rooms and ending with the pier, sun beds on the beach. The sea is more or less normal, the entrance to the sea is tolerable, the stones are small. There are a lot of fish. Towels and beach towels and those in the room as floor rags. The number is not removed from the word at all. Maximum towels will be changed and that's it. The floors are dirty, the bed has not been changed once. The staff is tired everywhere, either sitting somewhere smoking or resting somewhere in the shade.
Evening shows at the amateur level. At the children's disco, the same actions and songs day after day. There is no animation. Bocha on the beach and dartz and that's it. Russian-speaking staff one two and that's it. Not everyone understands English. The review is honest, as there is something to compare it with. If you want a detox from the outside world, then you are here, because Wi-Fi is at the reception or by the pool. But the pool is noisy, and the reception is very small, and there are a lot of people who want to talk on video with dear relatives.

We had a rest from 06/14/2023-06/23/2023 with a family of 2 adults and a child of 5 years old. I used to think that in the middle of June it would be cool in Fethiye and there were many questions before the trip, whether it would be damp, mosquitoes, etc.
I was lucky with the weather and my opinion has changed, you can safely go to this part of Turkey after June 10.
BUT be sure to take remedies for mosquitoes with you (there are not many of them, they do not buzz, but then the bites go away for a long time-you do not need to be afraid).
It's just that when you go to a mini disco with a child, you can sprinkle it a little and put a remedy for mosquitoes in the room at night (when you didn't put it in the morning there were a couple of bites).
Nature is incredibly beautiful and it's mostly worth coming here for.This is a completely different Turkey, comparing with the Antalya coast. The road from the airport takes about 50 minutes, the convenience is that when you leave the airport, the hotel is the first, and when you go back, I pick you up the last and immediately to the airport.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but very well maintained, green, the road to the beach is just a fairy tale, like in the jungle, while it is very comfortable, it takes only 5-7 minutes to walk.
Everything is clean, there are benches, lights are turned on in the evening.
The beach is really with a gentle entrance to the sea, but I can bet about the sand, especially when the waves wash away very large pebbles. It hurts to walk without slippers, because there is a strip of small pebbles, then a coarse pebble, then a little sand and then everything is mixed up. There is a high-quality pier.
There is a bar on the beach, in the afternoon you can have lunch without leaving the beach (French fries, nuggets, vegetables, tortillas with cheese and herbs, onion rings, drinks).
The staff is polite, try as much as possible for the comfort of the guests. Since the hotel has recently become an Otium chain and received 5*, they are gradually trying to improve the level, but so far it is a 4+* hotel.
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The pools are clean.
There were plenty of sun beds on the beach (even if you come at 10:00) and near the pools.
There are always more people at the pool near the bar and reception because Wi-fi is catching.
Wi-Fi is generally a separate story -I marked the free Wi-Fi zone in red in the photo.
The case on the left side does not catch Wi-Fi in the rooms. The building next to the pool with slides does not catch Wi-Fi.
There is no Wi-Fi on the beach and there is no Wi-Fi on the road to the beach either)))

In general, the rooms are normal if you don't find fault with the fact that few people clean the corners. The wooden doors are locked with a key. Our room was an attic on the 3rd floor, the steps on one side are steep, if you go inside on the other side you can go down more gentle steps. The bed linen is clean.
There is no tea set in the room.
We didn't find any Russian channels.
The cleaning is mediocre, but they cleaned every day, vacuumed, changed towels (the main thing is to throw them on the floor).

There are a lot of desserts, but mostly they are mini cream cakes with different flavors, once a week an evening of Turkish sweets.
The main restaurant has a 16+ zone.

They make 6 kinds of cocktails at the bar, you can just ask for alcohol with ice, but everything is local.
A minibus runs to the city of Fethiye from the bus stop next to the reception every 10 minutes, it travels in time from 30-50 minutes. The taxi will take 20-30 minutes.(about $15).
MINI CLUB
opening hours are from 10:00-12:30 and from 14:30-17:00
There are no toys and filling in the mini-club, and there is no such activity either.
The kids are bored. They play either on the playground or in the pool.
There is a mini-disco in the amphitheater every evening (but the same thing every day), followed by an adult program until about 23:00.

For its cost compared to other hotels in Fethiye, the hotel is decent. I can safely recommend it. the 4+* hotel is definitely pulling and I think in the near future they will earn extra money and fix the shortcomings and expand the infrastructure.

I don't even know where to start (I don't recommend the hotel!!!! I'll start with the cons, there are more of them.
I rested here from 23.07 to 4.08, room 1215 . I've been going on vacation for many years, this is about 20-25 hotels in my life, there were 3-star hotels, but I've never met worse than this one. Apparently I was lucky before that. They were chosen based on reviews, I don't know who left them, I don't want to offend anyone, but it looks like these are the ones who went to Turkey for the first time. I'll start by checking in. First, we were given room 1401, where there was an unbearable smell of sewage and there were no ceiling lights (as in the basement). The next day, without any problems, it was changed to a good one. The food - lunch and dinner are good, there is a choice, everything is delicious. But the breakfast selection is small and all 12 days are the same; I repeat, I compare it with other hotels, including 3 stars. Now cleaning, this is what ruined our whole vacation ((as we were told at the reception, I do cleaning 1 every two days, sorry, this is a 4-star hotel. Well, okay, they swallowed it. We cleaned normally for the first five days, then we just stopped doing it, although we left tips of 1 euro or 20 lira almost every day. It's probably not enough for them. We were given soap only on the fifth day of our stay at the hotel, and a foot towel only twice during the whole time. There were no accessories such as cotton swabs, paper napkins, etc. at all. Now the most egregious moment is that once we came to the room, we saw that our towels had not been changed, but simply hung up on dirty chairs to dry on the balcony!!!! The next day, they didn't clean our room, didn't take out the trash, and didn't even put toilet paper. We've run out of it. We went to the reception, we were scheduled for cleaning at 9 a.m., but no one did or controlled it. I got the impression that no one cares. Dear hotel managers, maybe you forgot to warn your maids that you have a 4-star hotel? By the way, it would not hurt to change the towels either, it's just a shame, I do not know if the maid gave us such worn and dirty ones on purpose. And I forgot about the reception, the first week was a good shift, well done, but the second week, the shift was terrible, whatever. Photos of towels and garbage are attached.
Well, a few advantages!! The hotel itself and the territory are clean, lots of greenery, a super road to the sea, through the forest. The beach is clean, constantly cleaned. The sea is great, but buy special shoes for entering the sea, stones. The employees of the restaurant and all the bars, the employees who gave us ice cream - WELL DONE!! Thanks to them!! They are fast and friendly.

The hotel has old rooms and tried to upgrade but still needs to be renovated. When booking a tour, it is indicated that this is 5ka on the reviews website 4ka in fact, so in general HV) I did not like the food at the hotel (this is not the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with) You won't stay hungry, but not everything is delicious. We ate once in a la carte there was delicious fish. There were strange midges in the room because we were put in a room next to the bushes and there was a faucet and eternal water. To get to the sea, you need to walk for 7 minutes on foot, but the road is in the shade of trees and it was good to walk. The approach to the sea is terrible pebbles, big stones come across, special slippers are needed. But the view covers these shortcomings, we ourselves knew that we were not going for the sake of a hotel like in side or belek, but for the beauty of the eyes. It really has beautiful sunsets there. On the pier, you can take a photo on the swing. Be sure to book a car and go to different beaches. The beauty of this area is amazing)
I recommend the hotel to make normal repairs and revive the animation. She's suffering. Yes, the guys are trying, but not at full strength) only Burke lights up)

We spent our holidays from 05 to 09/15/2022. The hotel does not exactly match the stated stars. In my opinion, this is even lower than 3*. The behavior of the managers upon check-in is standard - you will be put in the stupidest room, which is with an explanation - everything else is occupied (it was 1606 with us - never take it). I had to change it the next day. We offered 1403 - there are windows to the disco and a corner balcony, in the end we took 1404 - it was one of all the proposed windows facing the forest and we never turned on the air conditioner. It seems that decent rooms are reserved for locals or their own, because there were a lot of empty ones.
For food - grade 4-. There is a choice, but most of the dishes are inedible. You can take grilled chicken, salads, stews and potatoes. Overall, it's not bad, but there are few tasty options. After lunch, ice cream is served for 2 hours. There is even a night dinner for those who arrived late, stayed in the city or on an excursion.
For the service - rating 2. Toilet paper must be requested through the reception. Apparently, there is little of it in Turkey and it is expensive for a hotel. Even after a call on the local phone, no one will bring it. You need to go and ask. The cleaning is very mediocre. It was only after the remark that the entire room was finally cleaned, not part of it. Garbage can just be forgotten... I have never encountered such service in any hotel before. Here I immediately remember 5* - this is the category of this hotel for many tour operators, in particular Coral, through which we purchased the tour. Forget it! This is a 3* hotel at best.
For the territory - score 4. In general, it is pretty, in a forest area. But, as usual, there are disadvantages. For example, very often we walked along the path along the forest - a rotten solar battery dripped on top of the vacationers, which no one was going to repair by the end of the season. There is 1 large pool, 1 medium one with 2 slides (worn out enough) and 2 small ones for kids.
Chickens often walk around the territory :) There is also a SPA - here is a 4+ rating for this place. You can take a massage course or choose other services. The manager Ferhat speaks Russian tolerably well, and the treatment of clients is at a very decent level.
The numbers are rated 3. First, you need to change them, choose carefully when replacing them, because managers are not interested in giving you a normal one right away. Only if you're lucky, and a good room will be miraculously free. In our room, the main "+" was in the view of the forest and the coolness from it. There was a faucet running in the bathroom, which NO ONE fixed in 10 days, although we addressed this issue. The doors are battered, the handles are worn out, the key is an ordinary mechanical one. The room was on the ground floor and one window could not be closed completely - the frame was repaired once and forgot to replace the vertical latches.
The staff - in general, the rating is 4. The reception staff is summed up (you need to ask for everything 2 times) and the cleaners. In the main restaurant, the covid buffet with glass delivery works in the "issue minimum" mode. You need to ask for an increase in rations. But this is probably an instruction from the administration. The guys working in the restaurant themselves are quite friendly.
The location is rated 4+. The hotel is located in a protected area. The path to the beach is picturesque, it is looked after, but the stream works artificially - the discharge of water into it from the hotel goes with pauses. Of the animals, we saw crabs in the stream, frogs and a snake - it fell from a tree near our room, flopped on the path and crawled into the forest. Wasps and hornets get a little bit. Wasps love hamburgers. Keep this in mind. They'll take it away! Flying striped birds are poisoned with some kind of solution periodically.
The beach is rated 3. The cleaning is mediocre, the sun beds and mattresses are in decline. The water is cloudy. But there is a pier with stairs. You can also jump into the water from the pier. There is no Internet on the beach, as well as in the rooms. But there is a grandmother who bakes Turkish tortillas for 4 hours a day. There is really a queue for her all the time. The beach itself is pebbly. If you are afraid of hurting your legs, you need "corals".
Cleanliness is rated 3+.
In general, the rest was a success, but all the time there were some nuances that we did not expect from a hotel presented as a 5*. The Fethiye region itself is very picturesque, there are many beautiful beaches and places worth visiting.

We had a family vacation of 4 people from September 22 to October 3. The hotel is for 4. The food is excellent (delicious chicken soup for children is available, meat, fish, fresh vegetables and steamed, various side dishes, sweets). The rooms are different, there are new buildings with good furniture, but there are also rooms with old furniture. We had a two-room, although a one-room was booked. The room cleaning is not very good. The dust has not been wiped all the time. The territory is not very large, but well maintained. There are a couple of water slides. There are no slides for kids, but there is a large separate children's pool. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach (pebbles), along a shady path near a stream where you can find small crabs. The sea is warm and clean. The main thing in this hotel is that WIFI catches only near the reception, and partially near the large pool, there is no one in the rooms, and for money too. You can get to the city by minibus or taxi. In general, the rest was a success, the impressions are pleasant.

You need to walk through the forest for 5/7 minutes to the sea. There are a lot of mosquitoes, take something with you. There was no party at the hotel, it was more intended for couples with children. The hotel is nice, but with special features. A nice area, a beautiful beach, which is reached through the forest, and it is very refreshing. But the kitchen is suitable only for those who do not have any stomach problems and who do not sit on a healthy diet. We rested at the hotel in October, the second half. I really liked it! They write here about cleaning the room. We didn't litter. We tried to keep order and it was easier for the maid. Our room was always clean. A very cozy, compact hotel. The territory is green. And going to the sea to the beach along the green corridor is a pleasure. 5+ meals! Fish and seafood, more than 7 types of cheeses. The restaurant is clean. And it's great that they started serving us food. We're not all rummaging there. The restaurant staff learned the word and repeated: "More?" We even had Wi-fi from the balcony. There were no problems with this. Everything is fine.
The claims are only against the Tuya operator. They changed our flight to an early one. We were supposed to leave at 14.40, but we had to leave at 5 a.m. Moreover, they warned about this not a day in advance, as it should be, but 8 hours before departure. With this, they smeared the joy of rest. So the fact that I chose a specially normal flight and accordingly overpaid for it does not mean anything to the operator.

Accommodation in a room pulls 3 stars, it is cleaned very formally, changing only garbage bags, towels are not given from check-in, you need to complete a quest to find towels in the room. Sorry, there's not even a toilet brush. The territory of the hotel itself is cleaned well. The food is normal, there is enough of everything, the staff in the restaurant and on the animation compensates for the disadvantages of accommodation, thanks to the guys from the staff. The beach is dirty steers and garbage, there are few sun beds and they are placed randomly. There are a lot of stones, there is nothing to do without coral slippers. They write everywhere a 5ka hotel, but it barely pulls at 4. Only the restaurant pulls the hotel at 4ka.

We had a rest at the end of September 2021. The hotel is a solid three. The room stock is old, the doors are wooden, it is not realistic to close noiselessly, these doors are hammered all day so that it seems the ceiling will fall on your head. The plumbing, at least in our room, was more or less. But from time to time there was a very strong smell of sewage. I also know that there was no hot water in the neighboring rooms on a regular basis. There are no slippers, bathrobes, travel kit in the bathroom, soap and shower gel were poured only after the request. The room cleaning is disgusting. No one just goes into the bathroom, neither to wipe the floors, nor to change the towels, to clean the sink or change the bed linen, I am generally silent (in 2 weeks they have never changed the bed!, the towels themselves were taken out into the corridor, thrown into the basket to the cleaner and took clean ones). The gym is not working! No one warned (and this was one of the criteria for choosing a hotel, I dragged my sports uniform and sneakers in vain). The excuse is covid restrictions, but for example in a nearby hotel, where they went for a walk, everything was open and freely accessible. There are no complaints about the beach and the kitchen, in principle, as everywhere in Turkey. The animation is very poor - evening shows 3 times a week on other days of self-entertainment such as karaoke or bingo (for a fee). The tennis table is in the sun, the rackets are all torn, the balls are crumpled, the beach volleyball court is covered in stones, cleaned only by the vacationers themselves, there is no playground for playing Bocce (just in the shade under the trees). The kids' club generally works very strangely. Firstly, it is for children from 6 years old! (although in the description from 3). There are opening hours like everywhere else, but it doesn't always work. Sometimes it's just closed during business hours and no one is there. There is no program for children in the club. In fact, it's just a room with a small number of toys, which is sometimes open. Moreover, we left our daughter there several times, with a note not to let her go without parents, and she found us herself somewhere at the other end of the territory, so leaving a child there is not very reliable at all. All kinds of activities with a child, such as sand painting, coloring T-shirts, etc. for a fee. In general, only minidisko was relevant for the child in the evenings (the animators themselves conducted, without costumes, the same songs all the time, in general, in the opinion of an adult, it was boring, but it seemed normal for a 6-year-old child). An adult disco on the site near the beach, but the dance floor is smaller than a child's one))) although many people have never been there, because no one knew that she was there... And there is no sound insulation, not at all... that is, you and all your neighbors are just one family))) The staff is responsive and diligent. The territory is not large. In general, a solid three, but not 4 or 5 stars, as it is positioned on some sites.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days. In general, everything corresponds to 5 stars, the food is good, the infrastructure is also normal. There was no animation, but that's understandable - quarantine times. The room was cleaned daily, everything was fresh and at the entrance flowers, wine and fruits. Many complained about the cleaning in the rooms, we were probably lucky. The only thing that depressed me was the lack of WI-Fi, it catches only in the lobby area and a little by the pool. It's just a sad thing ((I had to buy a local SIM card.

We rested June July 19.The place is amazing.Dragonflies are flying on the beach in flocks.The rooms are not great, but everything is clean and beautiful.Plumbing is in order, cleaning and linen change daily.The host country is not particularly smiling, unlike Antalya.It is difficult to talk to the administration at the reception without a guide.I need English.The food, in my opinion, is perfectly organized.There are a lot of staff, they clean up quickly, so there are no queues.The beach is clean, cleaned all day.I will especially note the path to the beach.Very beautiful, in the shade of the trees.You rest your body and soul.Birds sing in the morning.Gorgeous.It's neither hot nor cold.I'll be back here again!

The hotel is solid 3. The rooms are long for 2. The hotel is not worth the money and time. There are a lot of disadvantages and the kitchen, and the territory, and the cleaning, and the attitude, and the staff. It can only be considered if it is very cheap or a burning ticket. And so, I do not recommend it!!!
