It's a great place! We went to brunch with friends twice, we were delighted with everything! The stylish interior, incredibly delicious cuisine, the service is very caring, attentive, at a high level. The Mediterranean breakfast and pumpkin pancakes will remain in the memory for a long time, insanely delicious!! Steaks are maturing in the restaurant, there is an aquarium with oysters, the kitchen is magnificent. At first glance, the dishes are simple, but they are cooked exclusively, the serving is beautiful.
Wine lovers will be especially pleased - the wine list is excellent, there are several worthy offers with a coravin needle in the "by the glass" positions, even great wine is available for a special occasion.
From the negative, they cook well, but for a long time. I wish it was faster. Cold snacks were waiting for more than 40 minutes. But in the end, they forgave this expectation, because it was very tasty. I will not reduce the assessment, but I hope the management will take note.

We were in Minsk for the first time. There have been several restaurants over the days. Heading to bulbashi, we found a full landing, and did not break off, as we found this wonderful place nearby Marble. The presentation, taste, and aftertaste are all at the highest level. The freshest oysters, excellent wine and signature cocktails are aerobatics. The price tag is below the Moscow Time. The qualifications of waiters and bartenders are at the highest level. They gave us a compliment in the form of author's candies. Special thanks to the waitress Alina and the bartender Egor for the high-class service and cool cocktails. We will definitely come back not once)

The service staff are anxious and impolite snobs, but as I saw, only in relation to those who look like an ordinary person, and not in a heavy suite)) For such a price for food, they could pour a glass of water, and not steam water for ~ 20p. There are much nicer and tastier establishments in the same building

Guys, I don't know if it gives you pleasure when the staff, from the manager to the waiters, endlessly roll their eyes, respond passively and aggressively, and generally do not put the guest in anything, but personally we did not like this attitude, it definitely spoiled the impression of this good restaurant (from the point of view of kitchens).
In short, there is a kind of snobbish vibe.
The prices are adequate, the cuisine is normal, I tried cod with black rice – it's quite tasty.
The pate is also good. I recommend you to try handmade Dorblo candies.
The rest itself is made in the style of modern contemporary. Nothing supernatural, but normal.

Gorgeous! The service is excellent! The menu is gorgeous! Hedgehogs! Oysters! Author's cocktails are something! We tried 4 cocktails out of 8. The serving is very interesting! Well done! Keep it up ! Great place: very tasty, cool service, cozy terrace. We were at a birthday brunch, the price tag was pleasantly pleased (as well as the taste of the food), we made a compliment with a candle. The desserts are very tasty - we tried Napoleon and carrot cake!

The cocktails are good. Service too. The portions are not large. Cheese soup is a complete hat. It is very salty and does not look at all like cheese soup, rather fish soup with cheese. They returned it only after trying it, even my wife, who loves everything fishy, did not like it. In theory, they should have been removed from the account, but apparently it is not accepted there. We won't be coming back. In addition to the boorish response of the institution (which was deleted the next day), I would like to add that I probably need to write "fish soup with expensive parmesan" or something else on the menu and not "cheese soup". Personally, I didn't want fish soup, but I got it. And believe me, the people who come to your place have been and eaten in many very expensive restaurants much above the level of your restaurant around the globe. And instead of taking note of your answers, you show your low level of attitude towards guests, it's a pity to see this.

a hair was found in the dish and the waiter simply said "sorry, our joint" , quickly took it away and asked to wait another 15 minutes
for the new one, everything was OK, but neither the manager nor the waiter offered anything to smooth out the unpleasant aftertaste
when the bill was brought to us and a question was asked whether we liked everything , we replied that we would like to solve the situation with the hair, to which the waiter sharply and displeased replied "firstly, we were going to bring you a compliment and secondly to make a discount"
Honestly, judging by this attitude towards their guests, it is immediately clear that the institution has not encountered similar situations
The sediment is unpleasant both from the expectation and from the attitude of the staff

Only the bar is open - the guys are working with a bang
There is NO kitchen.
The order was delivered in 45 minutes and then not to everyone. And they also came over - wait a bit, like the kitchen is overloaded.
Only the exit from the kitchen was in front of us and in 40 minutes 1 dish came out from there.
As a result, we refused to prepare the dishes, so the manager, instead of apologizing, tried to make us wait for the dishes.
And this is despite the fact that the price tag is higher than the neighboring restaurants.
When we left , we looked at the visitors sadly waiting for their orders on the veranda.

The most delicious puree with truffle is only here!
Green salad with avocado is divine!
We were on weekdays, there were few people, the order was delivered quickly!

Perfect in almost everything! Absolute love. Food! The atmosphere! The service is probably the best in the city. The bar is a separate love. Delicious, high-quality, concise, decent combination of cuisine, location, service and drinks. One big, even huge disadvantage for me is the inability to order food from the main Menu at lunchtime or during weekends before 16-17.

I liked the food. That's all.
The service is terrible. The staff all had sour faces, came in with a friend and stood at the entrance for 5 minutes, no one came up to us.
The waiter came and asked about the table. For another 5 minutes we decided where we could be put and whether it was possible at all (the place was half empty, it was a weekday).
They sat down. The waitress who served is very unpleasant. I couldn't orient myself adequately on the dishes. Ok.
We ordered food and ate. It was 22:25 on the clock, 35 minutes before closing time. The bill was persistently brought to us (we did not ask for it). They showed us with all their appearance that it was time for us.
At the exit, they did not help us put on outerwear, they just threw it into our hands.
I won't come back. Such service at the restaurant does not pull from the word at all.

I definitely recommend it. I liked the kitchen. All the dishes were light and fresh, each taste was felt separately and at the same time they combined into an interesting bouquet, but without overloading each other.
There are no complaints about the service, except for one somewhat rude employee, but he was quickly removed and did not interfere with enjoying anymore.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. We booked a table in advance for 8 p.m., we arrived literally 10 minutes before booking. It turned out that there were people sitting at our table and we were asked to just stand in the doorway. Don't go to the terrace, people will come there now too. The cherry on the cake: the restaurant was full of empty tables. What was the problem with putting us at an empty table and the next guests at ours? We stood, looked at the staff wandering past us, and left this institution.
