I would like to warn future guests about this place and about their specifics of booking tables. My friend and I wanted to celebrate a birthday there, we booked a table two days in advance with a request to sit on the terrace (on sofas), to which the administrator with whom the phone was held said that there would be a banquet in one part of the terrace, but we will put you in another on the SOFA! Why this was key was because sitting on a table where you can put two plates and where even one person won't fit, let alone more than two guests. Coming there, we are offered just this small table when there is a sofa next to it, by the way, there is no inscription "reserved" on any table, although the administrators claim it with blood in their eyes. We are offered tables that are just free at this time. Manager Maxim repeats the words of the administrator completely without any action and says: "If you want on the couch, then there's a sofa at the end, where people are on both sides and sit down there."
By the way, we are not some kind of crowns on our heads, but it was not specified how many people there would be, but there were more than 2 of us, seeing that we have a large bouquet of flowers, they all offer exactly this mini table, where it is simply uncomfortable to sit even for 1 hour.

Very decent kitchen!
To admit, it happened to be in this institution solely because of the impossibility of booking in more popular among Russians in Minsk.
It is all the more gratifying to encounter truly delicious European (Mediterranean) cuisine, cool modern interior and friendly attitude.
Perhaps the relatively high Minsk measures somewhat scare off the "broad masses", but in some cases this is very appropriate.
It can be recommended to visit when the promoted places are filled.

We were there twice. The menu is quite modest and specific. Veal cheeks are a masterpiece. The rest is interesting and unusual. The view from the children's veranda is beautiful, blinds if desired, the waiters are attentive, the administrator is cute. I recommend you to visit.

We were at lunch on a weekday, the restaurant was almost empty. The main course was waiting for 1h. They explained some kind of force majeure with the order. During this time, no one came up with apologies or explanations. We initiated a conversation with the waiter twice. As a result, the compliment covered the negative, but the sediment remained, as they say. For a restaurant of this category and application, the attitude of the customers and the work of the kitchen are very sad.

We came to have breakfast, no one at the entrance specified that everything would be very long.
We ordered pancakes, cheesecakes, bruschetta and steak. Everything was brought at the same time, after 45!! minutes after the order. This is unacceptably long for breakfast. At the same time, I note that tea and coffee were served immediately. I had to drink hot drinks without food for now, and then eat without drinks. We were with children who fell asleep while waiting for food.
The waiter said that this is normal, since everything is prepared from under the knife. I understand, steak, but pancakes and cheesecakes? I will also note that at the same time two neighboring tables came with us, who ate and closed the account before the food was brought to us. No apologies have been received for the delay. Well OK.
The choice of dishes is small, the food is delicious. But the overall impression is spoiled, there is no desire to return.

I don't understand the hype around this place. I gave him a chance twice, the last time was on December 2, 2023.
The taste of the dishes is mediocre or tasteless. We tried cheesecakes, fish dishes, rice dishes and something with pasta. The taste is 5/10 everywhere. Well, the cheesecakes were ok, 7/10.

We've been looking for a place to have dinner for a long time.
During the tour, we saw a fashionable Marbl sign - we went in, looked at the menu - we realized that this is what we were looking for. (Modern kitchen and conceptual interior)
To be honest, there are not many such places in Minsk - everywhere there is a mixture of national cuisine 🙂
As it turned out, the place is new- everything is delicious, and the service is right at the highest level, 5 points
