The wine was well advised, the snacks were also without question. There is a strange smell in the establishment - as we were told, from aquariums, maybe it really is (it smells like the sea after a storm).

The food is delicious, the portions are small, BUT ask for water-yes, non-carbonated- and include it in the bill-18 rubles-for 1 bottle-0.95 liters, some kind of Russian non-carbonated water, Karl. Will we live to see free water in establishments or at least at an adequate price? There is also an unpleasant smell from the toilet, it smells like piss, sorry. There is no desire to return. In Bergamo, Ronin is there, it is not.

Well, to begin with, the room stinks of piss. Moreover, to say it stinks is to say nothing. We were told that it was probably from the oyster aquarium. But when I got to the aquarium, it became clear that the aquarium was the only place where it didn't stink.
The shrimps were overcooked, they forgot about the scallop and it ended up being a 3-point stretch, the tuna salad is completely ordinary. There was no wine chosen, and neither was the crab. But there were a huge number of escorts. Apparently, they don't come here to eat, but to take pictures. In general, it's not tasty, the service is so-so and it's definitely not worth your money. I do not recommend this place.

I booked a table for Thursday evening, asked for a table with sofas on the terrace. They said on the phone that there would be a banquet in these places, but they would try to reserve for me. Upon arrival, it turned out that they would not be able to put me in, since the seats are designed for 5 people or more, which was not previously mentioned. Despite the fact that a couple were sitting in those places and there was no banquet. The administrator responded to the current situation by saying that whoever calls first sits down. This is about the reservation, which was made in 2 days. The general manager Maxim shrugged his shoulders and offered me a seat in the corner. I was forced to leave. Customer focus is at zero.

We went in, sat down in an empty seat, without a reserve sign. As a result, as in Soviet restaurants, the waiter came up and said he would not serve, the place was allegedly occupied. Because the waiter realized that the family would not order alcohol. And he offered to move to an uncomfortable place for cocktails. It's time for the restaurant management to understand that this is an unacceptable attitude towards customers. And therefore, our whole family from all accounts will rate this place: garbage. And of course he will never come here again.
