Good afternoon. I really love your shoes - they are beautiful. I buy and am always incredibly satisfied with both the look and the quality. I read quite a lot of comments in the reviews about the attitude of the staff. I decided to write and I buy your products at the Castle shopping center and I have always come across very nice girls, just a wonderful attitude. But she asked her husband to pick up a model she liked. And he had the opposite impression from the service - my size was not there, and when asked how to order the right one, he received a complete loss of interest as a buyer. I still did not understand how to order where and where the shoes will arrive after the order. The answer was: it will go somewhere. It's not very pleasant, especially when you adore the store. I am writing without negativity, but only because I am sure that this is the only way the service can become better. Unfortunately, I haven't asked anything on Instagram for a long time - it's almost impossible to wait for an answer.
I made an order in the online store. They don't call back, they don't answer. I write in telegrams - they just intentionally delete the chat. Disgusting attitude towards customers. The first time I wanted to order shoes in this store, but apparently the last one.

I bought a leather backpack on 06/7.21. After 2 months, the skin began to rub off. I decided to clarify in the messengers (telegrams, mail, hotline phone) indicated on the site what my actions are to return the backpack, but I did not receive feedback on any of my requests, only a day later they answered me in Viber. Plus, the store promised to give me feedback on 08/23/21, and they called on 08/24 and then, after my writing in Viber that there was no promised call and that the feedback from the Mario Berluchi network and customer orientation was repulsive, to put it mildly.
