Being a status member of the Marriott loyalty program, I have something to compare with. I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai. The girl at the front desk was incompetent and not friendly. The head later solved all the difficulties with the settlement, but the sediment remained. In general, the hotel has not been fully studied by me, because I lived for a day. The first impression is not very good. I liked the walking area. Nearby hangouts.
Nice hotel. But there is something to work on, there were no slippers, toothbrushes, a bathrobe and towels in the room-for one. We called the concierge service 3 times, contacted the reception 2 times before the issue was resolved. Cleaning is "lame".
Of course it's cool to take everything included, but we were poisoned there, they don't know how to clean, and it feels like they only come into the room to rearrange the slippers, and one day they left a DIRTY RAG on the bedside table next to the bed!

The next day we went to a restaurant for members of the elite status of Ambassador (for us for free) - we waited for breakfast for 40 minutes. At the end of breakfast, we were also charged 70 dirhams per bottle for water (total 140), that is, 1000 rubles = 2000 rubles for 2 bottles. This is with a free breakfast. Without warning. There was an absolutely sick coughing girl at the entrance again. As a result, I also had a sore throat at night, thank you, they infected me.
A day later we went to the main restaurant. The service is very, very lame. The staff snatches the food right out of their hands at 11 o'clock, when breakfast closes and the buffet needs to be cleaned urgently. At 11.01 there is NOTHING edible anymore, some kind of wildness - everywhere in all normal hotels at least they let you put on plates if they see that guests are rushing in search of food. There are no clean tables on the street. There's nowhere to sit, like at a train station. The level of waiters is very low. Plates are taken away with food without even asking. The request to bring bread was answered with indignation, what do you want, already 11 o'clock. As a result, they brought it with such a look, which is not pleasant.
In the lounge on the 14th floor for elite members of the club, they knocked on the door (it was on the afternoon of November 7, 23), tk forgot the card - instead of greeting, she received the phrase - don't you have a key or something with a dissatisfied look? well, according to tradition, if food is served there from 18 to 20, then at exactly 20.00 you will not see it there. not a drop. and you will not be offered to endure even a little, even though you are with a child.
And so yes, everything is very beautiful, new, I can mention good rooms, a normal children's club for Dubai and a very friendly security worker at the exit to the embankment.
Improve the service! Take a normal person, not a wild one from the alley!
