I went to the hairdresser Yu many times (and I live a kilometer away and it was convenient for me, and there is always parking). He was growing a beard on the sly... And everything was suspiciously good with this salon until one moment, after which I did not set foot in this salon anymore, because rudeness, like mold, blossomed there.
I signed up for this master at 17:00. And I was at the bank the day before, but I was delayed for 40 minutes because of the queue, although I calculated the time with a margin. Here I leave the bank and get into the car at 16:50. And to go, if without delay, 10 minutes. But what time is it? People are coming from work, you never know if I'll be late...
And so, with the best intentions, I call and say that I'm going, but I can stay for 5-10 minutes. And then the administrator hit me like a thunderbolt: "And you don't have to come anymore!" I, dumbfounded: "Why is that?" The administrator: "But the master will not accept you." To my "Why?" This naughty girl replied: "Well, you're not going to get a haircut! He won't make it!"
That's how, out of the blue, I was kicked out of the salon like a mangy pig... By the way, I passed the salon at 17:00. And I don't go there anymore, although Master Yu worked well.
Thus, such employees deprive the craftsmen and the salon of revenue, and the owner of income.

This is the first time I have encountered such an unprofessional attitude towards a client. The master was delayed for 30 minutes, they did not warn about it and pretended that this was how it should be. This is 1 - on the part of the administration.
I was painted in the salon earlier, when a wonderful master Oksana worked there, so I came only because there was a coloring formula, but to a new master.
When recording, I asked the administrator if the master has experience working with ken paint, they answered me - yes, the master has a lot of experience.
But the master could not even find dyes on the palette according to the formula and understand the formula and replied that she had not worked with the dye. In general, a strange attitude towards the client, when the master did not even ask for wishes, but was surprised at the request to show the palette and did not understand why I needed it.
During the contact with the master, only negative impressions remained, because they communicated with me sharply, they managed to say that they needed to be tinted every 1.5 months!!! (which absolutely does not correspond to my wishes and is not necessary)
This is the first time I leave a review, but I consider this attitude unacceptable. I just left without coloring. And the administrators, seeing that the client was leaving, did not ask if something was wrong! I explained the situation myself, no one apologized, on the contrary, they put me on the wrong side.
Yes, I am very sorry for the lost time, because the plans for the day were arranged for a visit to the salon.
I hope that the owner of the salon will see the review and think about the quality of the services provided, the professionalism of the employees and the attitude towards customers

My fears were confirmed, we can say that they were cut, making three parting on both sides, almost in one cut, on dry hair they were filleted three times, and with milling scissors. I was shocked when I looked at my watch, only 50 minutes...
The result is this: hair hanging in different directions, the strongest disappointment, money thrown away
Terrible provision of services - no one warned, a day before the recording, that a pedicure without foot treatment, they took the money in full, but they did not provide the service, the excuse that there was nothing to process the stop, something did not arrive - this is not the client's problem, it is necessary to warn about this in advance! to paint nails without foot treatment is half of the service, there is no desire to go there anymore, customer orientation is 0
I have visited this salon many times and have always been satisfied with everything. Today I got my first manicure and definitely for the last time. The master is a very nice girl, but as it turned out, she is very sloppy or maybe just inexperienced. When removing the varnish, the frieze touched the skin 5 times, the 6th time with the frieze turned on, she waved the brush and touched my finger with it! When she cut the length 2 times, she cut her little finger deeply, because she sawed with a saw with a replaceable adhesive sandpaper surface, which was glued crookedly so that half a centimeter stuck out like a blade, which did not bother her at all! The growth line of the plate is also broken! Apparently, the master does not know what it is and what it is fraught with. As a result, the nails will grow incorrectly, and I am generally silent about the appearance of hooks. For the color, I chose just a camouflage base, which I do regularly and with which, as it turned out, she also does not know how to work, because there are streaks and gaps everywhere (unfortunately, it is not so visible in the photo). The edges are not painted in many places. The nails themselves turned out to be thick and crooked . Maybe someone has nothing to compare me with and won't understand, or it's just my bad luck.I always treat with understanding, there were different situations, but I am writing a negative review for the first time, because it is not very pleasant to sit in constant tension for 2.5 hours.
The interior is very beautiful. The people are not crowded. These are the advantages. Minus is staff turnover, as soon as you choose a master to your liking, like bam - he is no longer there, look for a new one..

The master offered to build up 2 nails, as a result, at the end I saw that they were built up with gel of different colors, and my white did not block them. Plus the build-up form is a complete horror. The master definitely does not know how to do extensions
I signed up online on Monday to Olesya for a manicure and pedicure, the nearest time was on Friday, I was ready to wait for her. I got a call on Thursday, Olesya on Sunday!! She got sick and tomorrow (Friday) she won't come out, we offer you another master. I don't need anything else. I need a specific one. If they had told me this on Monday, then I would have signed up for another salon (which I used to visit, but I have to go there, and this one is near the house), but it turns out, either come to us, or wait another week in another salon. In fact, I had no choice. So the administrator also "ran over" me that I'm telling them off here, everyone is silent, I'm the only one dissatisfied. They didn't leave me. And I just needed the freedom of choice.
The second point is that after the pedicure I had to drink a sedative. I've been doing both manicures and pedicures in another salon for 7 years and there were no questions about my legs. And then it started, how do I even walk with such toenails. They imposed an additional procedure on me, either take it, or we just won't leave you alone))) as a result, I counted on the amount of 112p, but they put up 127p. I will not write anything about the quality of the manicure, I will just post a photo.
