It 's terrible , like in 2021 , the electronic queue is always not working, people are crowding ...they do their work for a very long time, day in, day out, you may not have time to process the documents...
On a first-come, first-served basis. It's not convenient. There are enough cash registers for payment. The staff has plenty of patience. Reconciliation is a long way from filing documents.
The staff are great, they try, they help.... But, the lack of an electronic queue and the need to stand shoulder to shoulder for 2-3 hours....Brrr, tin
Everything would be fine, but their lunch break from 13 to 14 in all windows at once, of course, is inconvenient. Is it really impossible to make lunch in different windows in turn?
They seem to be working quickly, but the administration will take away the day anyway. And the client is not exhausted from stress, there is still a lot of room for improvement.something like this.Thank you.
Today was the first time I was in this mreo, selling a car. I am writing a review as a person who did not even know where to go and what to do, since before that I sold the car a few years ago, in another city, and I have already forgotten the whole process. The buyer generally bought the first car in his life, similarly did not know what to do. From the good: I arrived at 7.40 (Saturday), asked people where to go, in the window where the PREP is being compiled, the employee suggested what to do, payment at the bank for de-registration and statement, then for reconciliation of the number and then submission of all papers for paperwork. There are a lot of windows for filing documents, so the queue moves quickly. At 10.30 I was already walking, the buyer was told at 3 p.m. to pick up a new technical passport and license plates. And now the cons: terrible queues in which people constantly swear. It will be extremely difficult for an inexperienced person to figure out and quickly go through the stages, the mreo is located on the 3rd floor next to the shops of spare parts and other trinkets, there are no clues on which stages to sell or buy a car, spin as you want and show military ingenuity. Parking for cars is paid, and the site for checking rooms is generally in another place, and there are no signs where to go (I went the other way without knowing at all, and only lost time until I figured out where the reconciliation takes place). I spent more than an hour checking, then I came back to the parking lot and paid for the parking again.
Conclusions: by and large, the impressions are more positive, because the queue was moving quickly in the windows, plus people around suggested where to go and what to do. But the MREO itself is of a scoop type - endless queues, jostling, a bunch of dissatisfied people, there is no consultant or information window, no navigation and, moreover, paid parking. Be ready to spend the whole day to sell or buy a car, it will turn out faster only with a very successful combination of circumstances, or if you are not doing everything for the first time, or if you arrive at 7.40 and skip all the stages before the formation of giant queues.
On Thursday, at about 11:00, I arrived for reconciliation, and at about 12.50 I submitted documents for the second time. Rooms for the next day. There are pointers to reconciliation. The signs to the MRO itself appear only in the building. Local parking lots are some kind of private shops. In general, the usual bureaucratic bazaar. If people didn't egg each other on that everything was terrible, you could get through it all without much stress.
This is the most terrible place on earth. The documents are in one place, the body number is checked in another, check-in to the parking lot at the back and parking is paid... How can such a thing exist together with spare parts stores? Really, there was no separate building in Minsk with a normal entrance and a normal parking lot. I'm shocked... but it didn't end there, we went through this process and were told that the issuance of license plates only after 16:00 was impossible to go anywhere, we had to kill 3 hours, and in General, the whole day... if hell exists, then it is at Timiryazev's address.
It's not very convenient. Even if you manage to get in line first everywhere, you still have to give the whole day. The docks are given out after lunch.
There is no normal navigation, where to get an e-ticket. queues are barely found, people run from window to window, because it is unclear where to go, in what order. The staff are all angry and on edge. I think nerves would not be wasted if there was a good organization, like in banks, for example.
Maybe someone was here today or was able to get through-what is the work schedule now? They write about 12 hours and a daily routine. On Serov, everything is as it was before
Sooooo long queues. The coupon system does not help much with solving this problem. Stuffy. In theory, there is a waiting room, but it is also not convenient. The reality is that after taking a ticket, you can safely leave for the city on your own business, you will have to wait in line after a few hours. Parking at the traffic police is paid and also overloaded. Bottom line: a negative impression that spoils the joy that I experienced when buying a car.
I would like to express my gratitude to Oleg Yuryevich Smulkevich, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Executive Committee. Oleg Yuryevich turned out to be not indifferent to the disabled person and helped to sort out all the nuances of paperwork.
Thank you so much for your work.
