I liked the hotel. The staff are all polite and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and cozy. The room has everything you need, including a mini bar, a comfortable temperature. The breakfasts are delicious. Plus the location is great, everything is within walking distance. The sound insulation is normal. If I'm in Minsk, I'll stay here.

Very convenient location, all the sights are within walking distance, 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The room is small, there is everything for a comfortable stay: shampoos, gels, a sewing kit, a razor with cream, a shower cap and even cotton buds with companions; among the disadvantages, the bathroom door was constantly locked and it was impossible to open it yourself. The casino is in the same building). An inexpensive mini bar in the room. The delicious buffet is delicious and varied. Good staff. If you go to Minsk again, then here.

A wonderful hotel! Ideal location: in the very center, on Independence Square, close to the metro, bus stops and attractions. Good rooms, daily cleaning, snow-white linen, slippers, bathrobe and hygiene products. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, a half-liter bottle of water, a refrigerator in the room. I really liked it!

Probably from the main one. A comfortable stay.
The air conditioner in the room performs the function of a loud rattler and that's it. We arrived when it was about 25-27 degrees Celsius in Minsk. To say it was hot in the room was an understatement. We closed the curtains, turned on the air conditioner, left the key in the lock and went for a walk. On leaving the room, our movements with the card were detected by the maid, and when we returned hoping for coolness, it turned out that the card had been carefully removed and the candy was not plowing (I can't understand the motivation of this lady, for the life of me!). Okay, we opened the balcony, we're trying to breathe. But the windows overlook the street with active traffic, it is impossible to sleep. The balcony was closed, the air conditioner was turned on - there is no air movement. In short, if you are going to live here during the warmer months, then take a fan with you from home!
Two words about the rest: a fungus in the bathroom, a shower holder hanging on 1 nail, the furniture got tired of life 20 years ago, towels and a bathrobe lost their former whiteness at the same time. However, the mattress and pillows are sooo good. I give 2 stars for them and for the convenient location.
We didn't take any breakfast, I can't say anything.
I won't come to this hotel anymore and I won't recommend it to my friends!

The hotel, for a central one in the capital, seems outdated (we lived on the 4th floor). The breakfasts are good (buffet), the coffee is so-so.. It's great that there is an option for parking cars of residents in the courtyard.. The staff is polite and attentive.

Great hotel! In the center, on Independence Avenue. Almost all the main sights of Minsk can be reached on foot. Next to the side is the underground shopping center Stolitsa. Huge.
Very nice restaurant in the hotel. The food is delicious and the service is very good. A great bar where you can always drink delicious coffee and something else.

A hotel with a great location on Independence Avenue, sparkling with the lights of a big city. The room facilities are old, but the towels and linen are spotlessly clean and white. Everything you need is put in the bathroom, from cotton pads to shaving kits. The breakfasts are varied! There are variations on the theme of eggs, there are cottage cheese casseroles and porridges that are understandable to a Soviet person since childhood.

Quick check-in, excellent rooms. We stayed in a family room. Beautiful view from the window. There is everything you need in the room. An iron with a board on the floor. Very friendly maids. Breakfast is quite sufficient.
Excellent parking with passes. There is even a car wash on site.
Great location.

The business lunch was pumped up - they brought it to us for almost 50 minutes, forgot about carbonara, and the local set was served faster.

A classic hotel in the very center of Minsk. From the car and railway stations no more than 10 minutes on foot. There is a metro station nearby. I lived in a superior room. We were very impressed with our stay. This is really the best location in the city: it is easy to visit all the main attractions on foot, even with children. As much as I liked the hotel itself (excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts in the most beautiful restaurant in Minsk), I didn't like the staff either - I didn't see any desire to help, but just to be friendly with the guests. Of the 4 hotels in Belarus where we stayed on our last trip, this hotel has the most repulsive staff: neither hello, nor goodbye, and the faces look like we came to live at their house. Alas, it is precisely because of the staff that there are doubts whether it is worth recommending the Minsk hotel to your friends (( dear girls and boys from the resort, you are the face of the hotel, I really want to see your friendly faces, not sour faces!

It's a very nice hotel. I think the comfort of a room depends on its status, double superior comfort is very good. You can find fault with the slightly sagging mattress, but in my case it turned out to be a plus, I slept like the dead, unlike perfectly hard mattresses. The biggest plus of this hotel is, of course, the location, it does not happen more centrally, the whole center of Minsk is within walking distance, there is no point in describing the standards here. Everyone has different criteria, clean and in the bathroom they give out a lot of all sorts of things for hygiene and washing, which is nice, but, in my opinion, there are also disadvantages: the price for a single room, it is hefty even by the standards of Moscow for similar hotels (although I have never seen single rooms except RB anywhere), then it would be nice to place coolers on the floors, because searching and buying drinking water for guests of a 4-star hotel is just not the right thing and, finally, breakfast would be a little more interesting to do

A very decent hotel. My husband and I are very picky, however, we were more than satisfied! The room is spacious enough, clean, comfortable, clean bed, enough bathroom accessories, a sufficient selection of drinks in the mini bar. The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression was that we arrived at 12 o'clock and the room was empty. However, we were not settled immediately, but offered to pay 50% of the cost of the day, or "take a walk" until 14 o'clock. It was not pleasant! It is somehow incorrect to pay 50% of the cost of the day for 2 hours, and even more incorrect to force guests to "walk" these 2 hours. Unfortunately, the impression of the reception was a little spoiled!

We visited Minsk in November 2023, as if on a birthday vacation.
The choice fell on the Minsk hotel, we were very satisfied.

Near the red Church, GUM, central shops, Communal apartment, Belarusian flax..
Nemiga and the Upper Town are within walking distance.
