I wanted to put 5*, but after an hour in room 209, I can only put 1. There is a household under the number. The hotel block where the laundry is done is IMPOSSIBLE in the room! There is a noise from the water, carrying basins with laundry, the rumble from huge washing machines, dryers and hoods. I applied to the reception 2 times, they answer: "okay, we'll decide now" and everything goes on!!!

We booked a room with two beds. They put me in a room with one bed, promised to move me, but they never did it. Wi-Fi didn't work well. After repeated complaints, it was adjusted. Otherwise: clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is polite.

Nice hotel. The breakfast is decent. Staff 4 out of 5. Categorically refuse to go up to the room upon request. There are no drinks, come down yourself. But this is probably more of a quibble))

Excellent mattresses, clean, Underfloor heating in the bathroom. But the location is not very convenient if with small children and in the cold it is far from the infrastructure. In summer, it is quite possible to take a walk. breakfast for 4. Near the American consulate - 5 minutes by taxi, 10-15 minutes on foot

A new hotel, the decoration is still almost intact.
Friendly staff.
