We were in all cinemas in Minsk. There are no better cinemas for today. We come here regularly. There are a lot of advantages.
Of the cons:
Huge portions of popcorn that you almost never finish and have to throw away the leftovers. Popcorn with leys is open: I had a situation when the collective farmers took the chips with their hands and shifted them from one pack to the second, so that there would be more. There are no mixed popcorns, I don't want BIG popcorns of only ONE flavor, I want a small popcorn of mixed flavors.
Schoolchildren with dirty bast shoes are sitting in circles and yelling.
The socks in the VEGAS gym are of disgusting quality. Make the price one ruble higher, but put normal cotton socks there.
There is no control over how the Vegas gym is visited, people with dirty feet climb on the bed.

The Mooon Cinema in Minsk is a great place for movie lovers! At first glance, it impresses with its modern design and cozy atmosphere. I love this movie theater chain. 💗
But I love the cinema in the Palazzo Shopping Center with a special tender love. It is the most modern, large, comfortable and functional. It's not just cool and diverse cinemas, each with its own twist, in my opinion it's its own separate and cozy world living its own life. And everything about it is fine.
One thing is that I have to get to it almost through the whole city, but I am ready for this, because I always know that I always have a great time and pleasant impressions ahead of me. Everything is fine in it, come and see for yourself. 🤗

The cinema is very good, there are many different halls, and each is unique in its own way. But there is one big disadvantage, if you want to watch a movie with your food, not bought at the cinema bar, you will not be able to do this, since this is allegedly a violation of the rules of the cinema. Although for some reason these rules go against the law, namely, the ministerial decree which states (The procedure for the provision of film screening services is regulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus “On approval of the rules for the provision of film screening services” dated May 25, 2007 No. 684. So, these Rules do not prohibit bringing food into the hall.)

I want to share my impression of the Mooon cinema space! This is definitely my favorite place to relax, and I only go here. Every visit is a real pleasure, the staff is always polite and ready to help, and comfortable chairs and excellent sound and image quality will definitely make your evening!!!

My son and I adore this cinema, especially the cinema hall "something KIDS". Instead of the first row, a grid is stretched in this hall. During the session, children can jump, crawl, roll down or just lie there. At the same time, children playing absolutely do not interfere with viewing: personally checked, because we usually take seats in the second row (i.e. immediately behind the grid). For active children and those who want to quietly watch a parent's movie, this is exactly what you need. No "I'm tired of sitting", "will it end soon?", because a little person has somewhere to apply his irrepressible energy.

I visited this cinema for the first time yesterday, September 28. Very interesting design, a wide variety of snacks on display. That's where all the advantages ended. Immediately at the entrance they ordered lemonade, which not only tasted disgusting and had to be thrown out, but also did not put pineapple chips, which are stated in the recipe and for which I paid money. When I was asked where they were, they told me that they were not there. No one was going to warn about this in advance. They just said, "I thought you were in a hurry and you don't need to. But if you want, we can run to the bar to get them." The other employees were also slow and not friendly. But at least there were no incidents.
Then it was popcorn's turn. All that showcase variety is offset by its disgusting taste. It's so not fresh that I had to throw it out too.
You enter the VIP lounge and do not understand where the row is and where to look for it. It was only later that I discovered small signs on the chairs with the numbers of the row and chairs. It's a good thing it was in the light. If I had come later, I would hardly have been able to find the right place.
The chairs were double, recumbent. They were not very comfortable. And the screen quality is disgusting. I was sitting in the front row and saw pixels, this is the first time I've encountered such a problem in a movie theater.
I would like to believe that the organizers will listen and fix something, but people have been writing negative reviews with such problems since the beginning of 2023. And now, after almost 2 years, nothing has changed. Therefore, I am extremely surprised that he has a 5.0 rating with so many negative comments

Recently we decided to go to the premiere of Deadpool with a large company, This time we decided to take tickets in a hall with separate rooms. To see what kind of people they are. It was a delight, I've been convinced for a year how cool and atmospheric it is to go to this cinema, watch the premiere with friends, it was great in such a cool room with complete comfort. We were not only shown to the right room so that we would not get lost, but also politely told everything and explained where the switches were. There were several huge, very comfortable sofas, tables for food and drinks, you could adjust the volume of the movie at will and the lighting in the room + you could order drinks and popcorn, and everything would be brought to your room. Our most favorite cinema and in general a place that has brought cinema in Minsk to a new level. The Vegas lounge with beds is recommended for everyone to try. We were with our family at the MOON cinema in the Palazzo on 23.07. Initially, everything seemed very good, but this is at first glance.
We were in the 7th hall (11th row, where there are sofas for 2 seats). I liked everything right away, and the review is good, and the sofas are soft...But the air conditioner! Just no comment. It was cool for adults, not to mention the children who were with us.
As a result, the children and I have a stuffy nose in the morning.
I don't understand, is it really impossible to think of a ventilation system so that it doesn't blow a direct stream at people?? The question is still open to me...
I would like to focus on the toilet separately. If you have children's rooms, you could make a children's toilet or a mother and child room.

In general, there is a fairly good hall and a normal screen, the rest depends on the cleanliness that the shift brings, and it attracts visitors who are hungry and with different levels of culture.
It would be possible to make slightly moderate prices for stale popcorn and all sorts of non-perishable "goodies", and something fresh and more natural would be more expensive.

If you are not satisfied with the prices of food at the cinema, just go buy everything you need at the shopping center and save your money.

There is a food delivery directly to the hall, I haven't used it yet, but I think I should try it somehow, a very convenient function.
I most often visit the Palazzo shopping center, as it is close to home, plus the staff is pleasant, I have never had a negative impression of visiting. The Vegas Lounge with beds is highly recommended to visit!
There is a cool waiting area with tables, delicious coffee in the cafe Moon, incredible sound quality in the halls. At the same time, the ticket prices are adequate.
There were not even any disadvantages, a super option for leisure, you will definitely be satisfied. Stylish modern cinema!

The good thing about it is that the picture and sound when watching movies are just gorgeous, very comfortable chairs / sofas in the hall. There is a wonderful bar in the lobby of the cinema with a bunch of everything you can take to see the picture.
I did not like the following points: several times I had to call the administrator to remove the places where the ticket was purchased, as after the previous session everything was in food and drinks. There was a situation that there was no one at the entrance to the hall, in fact, enter whoever you want. Prices bite at the bar with food and drinks, they could have done lower.

Отличный кинотеатр. Был только в одном зале, но очень понравился уровень комфорта, качество звука, места, атмосфера. Сделано все очень стильно и красиво от входа в сам кинотеатр, до последнего впечатления после просмотра фильма. Есть бар, разные ништяки в буфете и прочие побрякушки , но мы представители олдскула - виски в колу и на сеанс, НО!, Там вроде строго и со своим нельзя, поэтому просто купили попкорн и воду)))
