a review about MTBank in general. I needed to issue a halva card. I called the bank, spent 40 minutes on questions for registration. They told me to go to the department. A couple of days later I went to the bank, spent 35 minutes on the road. I took a leaf and waited another 40 minutes in the queue. After that, I sat down with a bank employee, who said within 3 minutes that we would not give you a card. The question is, why did I spend so much time to get rejected as well? I took an installment card from another bank, and I didn't have to go anywhere, of course you guys have the level :) The bank is still growing and growing. There are no questions for employees at all, they are doing their job

There was a moby application and it worked on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. It was worth going abroad (to Russia and less than a month had passed ), the application flew off ( although I did not go out , did not update, just woke up and needed to register again). But! On the territory of the Republic of Belarus only. So I have to fly 10 hours back to register in moby?! Also, the payment schedules for loans are not visible in the IB through the site, you have to sit and wait for an SMS, and if there is something wrong with the connection and SMS will not come in roaming, and what should I do? Can you not pay with this attitude?. Payments for both this month and the next are not visible . It is very inconvenient and there are simply no words! Also, a note on the belcard rate, was written off at the MT bank rate, and the operation was processed for an unknown reason. ( the calculation was in Russia ) I looked at all the courses -Mir, Belcard, there are no such overpriced courses, as a result, about 70 bel.rub were written off before. There are no complaints about the staff - everyone is literate and competent, especially on kamennaya gorka.

I would put minus 2 stars, but this is not the way to do it., Instead of repairs, more staff would be hired, conditions would be improved for them (if there is a problem with the fact that no one wants to work)- this is not normal. I don't even want to deal with those (organizations) who deal with you. Extremely terrible. I cannot imagine what is happening inside the bank if there is such a constant, unchanging constancy outside.

The bank's work schedule is terrible, weekends are off and they work until 7-8 pm. I would like to put the bill collectors on the street, not in the branch, because you come to the bank to replenish the card, and it is closed. Make a 24/7 ATM for depositing and disbursing funds. The bank has excellent card conditions and a large selection, but when ordering a card, it was made for a very long time (about a month). If the conditions of the cards, etc., are important to you, then this bank is for you
